This is our seventh time staying at the particular KOA. Our eighth will be at the end of this month. It is my favorite one so far, and we have been to quite a few KOA. The staff at always so pleasant. The activities for the kids are great, especially having a lot for free. My son enjoys your jump pad and playground. We are storing our camper there for our next trip which is very convenient.

We enjoy camping at the Boston/Cape Cod KOA at least once every year. The campsites are nice and there are many activities to do in the area.

Rv spots were tight and not very level. Not much room between spots. Found it challenging to walk my dog as there were no specific trails and not many unused grassy areas. Facilities were old but clean. Front desk staff were helpful about the Boston area. Best part of this KOA was the location. Easy to access the commuter rail into Boston.

Small sites, felt cramped could not open my awning the whole way due to a large branch. Some sites shouldn’t be sites. $50 lock in fee is ridiculous. Don’t know why KOA has to do that. Why can’t you just have people book a site and that’s it? . Nowhere on reservation did it show what site we locked in. All the people I came in contact with were very pleasant and customer service minded.

Fantastic KOA. Busy yet quiet. Lots for kids to do and they seemed to be having a great time. Very well patrolled and accommodating. Big trees throughout the campground.

Thank you for the survey. When booking our site I specifically asked that the site must be a level one for the length of our Motorhome. " It is a level site " was the answer. The "Highlands " is a hilly area with uneven and unlevel sites. Not only was the site not what we were told , the people next to us had barking dogs and we received no answer on the call for after hours. VERY DISAPPOINTIN

Booked a site for 8 nights and we were put in the front of the campground where campers were coming and going every morning and evening. We were woke most mornings with campers getting ready to leave at 7:00 am . It would have been nice to be farther back in the campground especially with the price we paid.

This KOA is very well maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The site sizes are pretty spacious. We usually book a pull through when we stay and have enough room for our rig and car. There is quite a bit to do and see within an hour of the campground. We have stayed here in the past and will come back.

We’ve stayed between 50 to 60 KOA and I have to say the staff here is amazing the service was exceptional highly recommended it

Unfortunately, we had a lot of rainy weekends this season. The staff always had alternative activities ( plan b) to keep everyone engaged. Hopefully the weather will cooperate next season. The staff is very friendly and helpful. See ya next season. Thanks

Nice KOA. Sites and roads need additional gravel. Water services are unique, four connections off each service. Hopefully your neighbors don't do something stupid.

We stayed here one night while stopping to visit Plymouth. Friendly staff and nice campground. The site was level, gravel and very shaded. Showers/Restrooms very clean and lots of hot water. Although are children are grown, the playground was very inviting! We would recommend this location.

For the price, I was disappointed. I’ve stayed at much nicer KOAs for less. The amenities were mediocre. I wouldn’t come here to hang out at the campground. Texting/emailing daily the agenda of events should be done. A small paper copy at front office is not effective. Pull through sites were subpar All need to be leveled with new gravel! The sand/dirt/mud was terrible for paying over $100/nig

Beautiful campground, lots of trees and many spots with patios. Some sites come with a fenced in area next to your patio for your pets. We stayed in the highland section of the campground and noticed there were no bathroom facilities. You either had to walk quite a ways or drive. Normally this would not be a problem but if you’re camping with several people in your rig one bathroom is not enough

We have a 45ft coach with tow rig, we had to drive through a field to get to the site. It had rained the previous three days, yes, we got stuck. We had to undo the tow rig to get going. We were also put by extended stay sites when many patio sites were available up front. The extended sites were a little unsightly, blankets were hanging over vehicles and garbage around the site.

Sites are not level, it was impossible for us to level our rig. Very muddy, limited rocks or grass.

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
