We LOVED having a camp site in the Highlands!!! Perfect!! We have been so busy at our museum jobs at home and various health concerns that it was great to have a site with peace and quiet. Also the bathrooms and showers were always clean. Thank you!!!

Bad weather but campground facilities and staff were welcoming and while we did not get to participate in any activities due to incline by weather we still enjoyed the stay.

Great base camp for traveling to Boston, Martha's Vineyard, Plymouth and Cape Cod. Good camp store! Friendly staff. Typical KOA experience.

This KOA was fine for the 2 nights we stayed. I’d give it a 5 out of 10. Not the best, not the worst. Staff at the front desk was friendly.

Large campground but the spot we had was too narrow and not level. We had to reposition our fifth wheel to not scrape the back and then had trouble parking our truck. Some other spots looked better.

Very aggressive staff presence. No need to escort me or anyone else to their site, unless requested. Then all I see all day and night is staff on golf carts making sure that no kids have any fun. Bounce balloon was deflated at 7:45pm while kids were still on it and it was still sunny out. Just seemed aggressive patrolling of any fun.

The staff are so friendly, they make you feel like family. Paul and Katie go above and beyond to help guests feel comfortable and welcomed. They are the reason why we camp at this KOA as much as we do.

We had a great time as always while staying here! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have all your needs met and make the camping experience enjoyable and comfortable, simply being able to get your ice delivered to your site as well as wood, just superb and trash pick up. The site was great. I loved the firewood and ice delivery. The camp store was awesome especially because I forgot a few things and the prices there were fantastic. There were tons of activities to do. The staff was all fantastic, especially Katie, the husband and wife team, and also Paul. I would definitely stay there again.

We like it there and our stay was good. But we were VERY disappointed to find out that the site guarantee went from $10 to $50. Also, the cost of the site that I always book went from $128.11 to $185.00. Between the guarantee and the site increase, that's a $210.67 difference for our 3 night stay.

Centrally located to all the attractions. We went Memorial Day weekend and the park was full. The Staff there is very accommodating and handled the crowd. If you want directions or an itinerary, talk to Ed. He really knows the area. Thanks

We rented three cabins and one RV site. Cabins were clean and pretty comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have tissue boxes available and maybe more options for serving dishes. Luckily we brought our own. The sitting area and bedrooms were comfy and clean and so was the bathroom and linens. Overall we had a fun family weekend! Much more fun than staying at a hotel! We will be back!

It was great. The park was beautiful, clean, more spacious than many others and some shade as well. I will say it was the highest price KOA we've stayed at so far.

Stay was good. Staff is always excellent. The price is getting cost prohibitive for seniors on fixed incomes. We love the location, and we love the campground, but the price continues to climb.

Way too expensive for what it is. I'm a VIP KOA member. I've stayed at many KOAs.

It’s a very nice camp grounds. The staff was very Helpful and courteous. Beautiful grounds well maintained. Would highly recommend this campground, For Boston or Plymouth Rock or Mayflower.

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
