The campground was very well maintained and beautiful. Although there were a lot of sites for camping, and many options to choose from, the campground did not feel super large and overwhelming. The areas were broken up nicely and made for a very comfortable campground.

Very noisy and the staff do not care!!! could not sleep three knights and paid $180.00/night; better stay at the hotel in town... the pool is crowded and the rules are not enforced so we could not use safely; never come again. Dan.

This is the first campground of any brand that I was not allowed to check in before 1pm. There were plenty of empty sites. With traveling you never know what the traffic will bring. The campground was nice avery close to train station for a day trip to Boston

Came down for work. I was skeptical because KOA is a big name and from my experience they tend to be expensive. I've lived in my camper for 5 years traveling for work and this has been my favorite campground so far. They handle trash. The sites were all clean, all staff asked how help make the stay as great as possible. Will stay again. Totally worth the cost. Thanks Ed for the support. Was great!

While the setting is lovely, and we especially enjoyed our back-in site on the Highlands, we were negatively impacted by the very sticky sap drippings from the trees. We are still struggling to remove it; very time-consuming and detracting from our vacation.

I have stayed at this campground before and the service is always been wonderful. Great job keeping the bathrooms and showers spotless!!!!!

I booked two sites at the same time for ourselves and travel companions. We wer disappointed that our sites were not close to each other and no effort was made to correct the situation. In fact we were chastised for not pre-booking specific sites at an additional cost of $50 per site. The pool is in need of repairs and it wasn't very clean. Not the experience we usually have with KOA campgrounds.

Staff was great everything was clean one of the nicest places I've stayed in a while...... 1 negative and everyone around us agreed the LARGE recycled gravel at the sites it terrible!!!! Caused several kids to trip and fall I personally almost rolled my ankle even with the carpet layed down in front of campers it's Unbearable to walk on.

Spot was too small even though I gave the campground our length. The dump of the camper next to us sat at our door with a constant odor, leaving us unable to sit outside. Couldn’t have a fire as it sat too close to the parking spot. 4 campers shared one water source leading to many moments of low to no water pressure. The pool sign said they closed at dusk, yet they kicked everyone out at 8. +mo

The staff was super nice and attentive to our needs. We add issues with our 30 amp and they were there to help in just minutes even though they had a packed house.

Space too small even for our 20 foot rig. Neighbor’s slide out hanging into or spot. Fire ring by street is an unsafe location 2 dump stations, both broken Someone pooped in a shower stall. Not nec your fault but I wonder how you sanitize after that. Can’t unsee that. At least one member of the staff was very rude—something I’ve never seen at KOA.

We stayed at this KOA for four nights during our summer vacation. Everything was nice and all of the usual amenities were there, as well as a lot of entertainment options for children. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that some might not enjoy is the fact that there aren't very many tall trees, at least not where our site was situated.

We have been planning this trip for 6 months! We have family and friends in the area, and it was the perfect location. Our stay was fun filled with bike riding every day on the grounds and we used all the facilities. My grandchildren enjoyed Christmas in July activities too. It was very comfortable, and the grounds were well maintained. The staff were great and helpful.

Great communication, texts updates made a good impression. Clean grounds, friendly staff. Only bummer-we were on the end of a row closest to highway-and semi-truck traffic could make staying asleep a challenge. Would recommend-but ask for more interior camping space if possible. Proximity to Boston perfect. Nice experience-would stay there again.

Too many golf carts driving around the highland sites all day and night. It gets annoying after awhile, especially when your site is right at the entrance (site H12)

The staff was very accommodating. We wished to move our spot to one with shade. Our hybrid trailer comes with challenges in keeping it cool in the sun. Your staff made that move seamless. The new location she moved us to was absolutely perfect.

There were loads of activities for both adults and children. This KOA is also very pet friendly. I also cannot say enough about how helpful the staff were in accommodating us. They are great.

This was an excellent campground for our stay in Boston qnd Cape Cod. Everything was clean, sites were big and well maintained. The staff in the office, riding on golf carts were all amazing. I would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!!

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
