Great staff, friendly people, clean spaces

From the booking process to checkout, we had a very positive experience! Paul was helpful on the phone and a hoot in person! Michelle was super! While she waited for us to get checked in so that she could escort us to our campsite, she was out picking up garbage along the fence line. She had a fantastic attitude and helped us get familiar with the camp ground.

Clean campground; sufficient space between sites; and, employees were nice. Especially liked that there were 2 fenced in dog areas, making it easy to play frisbee with our pup at the 2nd area if there were dogs already in the first area.

Friendly folks, always there to help. They did want to charge us $25 for a one hour early arrival fee for an RV site. We decided to go out to lunch instead.

This campground is very clean and well maintained. The people are super friendly and helpful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved how they are not only family friendly, but pet friendly as well. Thank you!

The camp was clean and everyone was very nice. The owner of this camp was so nice and the activities they have for children is awesome and they get to know you. I wish I could have stayed longer. Had to go back to Wisconsin. Can’t wait to come back.

We had an excellent time. One of the staff members (Missy) went about and beyond to give the kids and enjoyable experience during the parade. She was upbeat and my son adored her. All of the staff members were pleasant which we truly appreciated and made the experience so great that we booked again and we recommended it to other family members. We really had a blast with all the kid amenities.

The Highlands pull-through sites are not quite level and the sewer connections are uphill from the parking level, making it very difficult to drain holding tanks.

Family had a good time here while in town for a weekend youth sport competition. Only suggestion I have is the bathhouse could use an update.

Very nice kampground. Friendly staff. Handy location. In particular Jose Montanez and his wife went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Way above the service of other campgrounds. We’ll be back….

The staff is always amazing. Very nice people. I was a little surprised that the grounds were not very well maintained. They also told us last year that the lazy river construction would be started, but it wasn't. Prices have gone so high!

The spot I was in had a water connection for three sites, it was about 30’ away. We just had a 20’ hose. Had to move the camper closer, then the sewer line was stretched out as far as it could go to hook up. The camper beside us had a slide out, and when I put my awning out it touched their camper. The shower building only had 2 working showers, and the pressure was so low..it quite dirty

We just got back from a 5-day trip to the Cape Cod area, and we got a very spacious pull-through site at a very nice location in this campground. It was not at their so-called "Highlands" area, but we thought our site was better because it was one of their largest sites next to the wide-open "Group Tent Area". All the hookups were great, and all staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice. Only issue was the WiFi was not working correctly. But they were working on it. Throughly enjoyed otherwise

Placed in the Highlands area. Nice sites except for the septic dump was UPHILL, from the camper. Not a good set up at all. Would stay at campground again, but will be a bit pickier on sites.

We have the site 117 so smal no privacy and the fire pit was so close we have to move the car next Time we Will chose an other site not this area we have Nice NEIGHBORS....what a bless this campground is well maintien and Nice

Stayed 4 nights. Nice area, near the ocean. Clean restrooms and laundry facility. Wish there was a path to the store and restrooms, had to walk through sand or grass.

We just bought a camper and decided To go to the KOA up the street to make sure everything worked before our long trip down south. Check in person was amazing, friendly and gone above and beyond. The maintenance man…. I can not say enough about him. We had a water issue so I called the after hour number and he came immediately. Friendly and got it fixed above and beyond, both total assets to KOA

A nice campground but the area they parked us in was undeveloped --did have water -sewer - electric but other than that was dirt- some grass and mud. NOT what we expected for what we paid . Staff was fairly friendly and courteous. There were other nice sites - We should have been told about our site when reserved - we would have looked elsewhere. If it gets developed would consider it again.

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
