accueil chaleureux, service de base disponible sur place (piscine, glace). Nous avons fait la location d'un VR disponible sur le terrain c'est très bien dans l'ensemble sauf pour la section coucher le mur était abimé et il n'y avait pas de store dans la fenêtre à la tête du lit tout le reste du VR était bien.

we stayed in one of the cabins for 10 days, it was nice to have just the beds, a fridge and a microwave in there. perfect just to come back and sleep at the end of the day, wake up and make our breakfast the next morning and do it all over again. it was also great that there's a nice pool, the bouncy pillow thing and a park for the kids. thank you KOA

Absolutely perfect! Barry and Donna are amazing hosts. Music nights are a must to sample PEI hospitality and joy. We loved our stay in the cabin.. facilities were spotless, staff kind and friendly! Right by the bridge so a perfect base to see the island. Small but sooo much to do for the campers. Great job done by the owners! Thank you for making our honeymoon travels so memorable for oue stay

As always, KOA never disappoints, no matter which location you stay. Staff is always so pleasant and extremely helpful. Just an overall great place to stay!!!

Arrived late into a cabin but had no tables and 1/2 a curtain, lots of mosquitoes! Spots crammed in for RV Bathrooms weren’t very nice w/standing water floors wet first thing in morning

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Unfortunately with the frequent rain this spring, PEI has been experiencing a problem with mosquitoes. This should drop off as things warm up. We actually have wide RV sites but people from a caravan were doubled up the night you were here.

We rented an RV for 3days/2 nights at the Borden KOA. The family had a great time and all staff (and other campers) were extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay in the cabins. It was a rainy weekend but still lots to do. We played bingo and went to a music jam, used the heated pool. They had a game's room that we were able to spend time in. They had a large covered over barbecue area we were able to use the barbecue that was there. There was a bar fridge Keurig and toaster which was a nice surprise as only a microwave listed. Thanks

We had a great stay - rented a trailer. It was clean and had everything we needed. My kids always enjoy the jumping pillow and pool.

I see allot of updates being done to the campground which is great as we stay here on an annual basis for the past 4 years. Only negative experience we had was in the cabin the toaster wasnt cleaned and there was crumbs all over the counter surface, when we went to use the toaster 7 earwigs came running out of it!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Hi. I apologize this happened. The crumbs were the result of a Quality Inspection and we turned the toaster upside down to check for crumbs and then forgot to get back and clean up our mess! Earwigs are a problem throughout PEI this year but we normally ensure they are not inside our cabins.

We had a great time, even with the wind and rain. Excellent amenities, lots for our grandkids to do- they said it was the best campground they've been to, and they have camped at several places in PEI where they live. Friendly staff, great service, and we loved the music nights. Close to the bridge for getting back to NB. Thank you so much.

It was great. We stayed in the rental RV (sleeps eight) Campground was quiet/well maintained. Staff were friendly/helpful. Pool was clean. Would be great if amenities in the kitchen ie Keurig and coffee maker etc... and things like paper towels, bathroom tissue and access to bbq were listed on web-site to allow for optimal planning and packing.We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

other than a noisy neighbour (which was solved somewhat) we had a terrific time and will return. The owners and staff go out of their way to make one feel welcome. Friendly, courteous and most helpful.

It was great, we had a cabin, with a 1/2 washroom deal breaker for me. The cabin had lots of room and was great for breakfast with all the gang in the other cabins. The campground was very well maintained and washrooms , pool, activity area spotless, you can tell the owners and staff take pride in their campground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and bouncy mat.

It was a great weekend. We stayed in one of the cabins which was nice. The only thing that I was thinking is that there is not much activity for kids except for the pool and the bouncy pillow.

Nice and quiet. Clean, well kept. And a few updates which made it very nice. Would like to see a bit more family programming..or at least activities for kids, but this may have been due to COVID. Overall, another fun time.

The only thing that prevents me for giving a 5 star rating, was the attitude the manager of this park gave us regarding the speed limit on the park. We weren't going that fast and I got told that we were going too fast as they were children around. 1st we weren't going fast and there was no children anywhere near. Should have posts right at the entrance of the park, not just by the office.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have a speed limit of 10km posted throughout the campground that we enforce for camper safety. When you were approached about the speeding, you apologized and said you were trying to get to the washroom quickly. Anyone speeding will be politely reminded of the speed limit.

Le camping en général est bien. Nous etions dans une cabine de luxe et aucun ustensile, n'y vaisselle??Pas d'installation ou de parc a chien. Pourtant le dernier koa visité avait un enclos et des jeux pour les chiens. De plus personne ne parle francais. Je vous rappelle que nous sommes au Canada et qu'il y a deux langue officielle...

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We've done many upgrades in the 2 short seasons since we've taken ownership of this park. More upgrades are to come, such as a dog park, but they do take time. Although we don't have any bi-lingual employees, it's never stopped us from being able to serve our French campers.

We had a fantastic stay in one of the deluxe kabins at this KOA. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, the kids loved the pool and the jumping pillow. The new playground started to go up when we were there and it looks like it'll be great!! I highly recommend this KOA!

We stayed in the cabin that had a washroom and a sink. Great location in the trees very woods like but was also near office and showers which was convenient. I would recommend that Koa upgrade the bed. At $107 per night I expected a bed with the quality of a motel or B&B.

Very near the Confederation bridge. Easy to find. Decent size camping sites but it seems to be expanding so many sites had no trees yet.

Beau camping très bien situé pour arrêter en route. Beau parc avec trampoline et parc à chiens. Toilettes super propres et douches gratuites ! Il y a même une salle de spectacle avec des prestations en saison.

Definitely a great stay! Eveeyone is friendly. Lots of stuff for the kids to play with. Quiet and clean. The BBQs are free to use and includes propane, and free showers. Will definitely stay again. Also we rented a cabin there and it was great!
