Great park space. Level. A bit tight pulling out of space, doable due to the consideration of kampers parking their tow vehicles to allow others to navigate exit. Friendly, accommodating staff. Loved the band concert Saturday night!!

Nice and quite campground. Sites were nice not big but big enough and they were somewhat flat so it gave you something to work with on leveling you rig. I would definitely go back to see it again.

Our first camping trip to Boone KOA was in August of 2001, which started a yearly camping vacation there. This year proved to be a challenge due to vehicle problems. The staff went above and beyond to help with our misfortune contacting mechanics and towing our camper to a storage facility. This campground has set the bar to an all time high. The sites are tight. Our car dolly got stuck on tree roots going into the site. We had no room to even put our chairs out. The pick nick table was hanging off the dividing wall so we couldn't use it. We had to craw over tree roots to hook up sewer and water. Being seniors it was a difficult site.

The Boone KOA is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it's located conveniently to Blowing Rock and downtown Boone. Can't wait to return.

Site was flooded during thunderstorm. Sites very close together. Lot's of single-wides and permanent trailers nearby that are not on the site map. Goat farm within 200'. Not the usual KOA we are used to.

We come here every August to enjoy the cooler weather and enjoy the surrounding area. The campground is good. Will continue to come if the rates stay reasonable and we can get a site that we want. The band that performed on Saturday night was a big plus. Some sites could use some more gravel and be more level. Wish the Internet was better.

While we were there they had a water leak and had to shut off the water I want to say that they did a great job getting it fixed and back on in a very timely manner!!!!!!!!!

Office staff is always friendly and helpful, bathrooms are always clean. Showers are always hot. we were excited to see an orchestra play over the weekend too

We first stayed here in 2017. The mini golf , at that time, was a mess. It’s good to see that this feature has been improved. Unfortunately, their WiFi is as bad as it was in 2017. Facilities are clean and the store is well stocked with basics. We stay here because it’s the closest to our grandkids house.

This is a very pretty and wooded campground. It has a country feel to it including grazing cows and a bug silo to greet you. Close to Boone which is a great little town. Sites might be a little tight for the bigger rigs but just right for my 24 footer.

Great place, great management! Had a wonderful Celtic music concert that was free! How nice is that! Restrooms were always clean and entire campground well maintained. Enjoyed every minute!

The campsites are pretty small. My campsite was as wide as my camper+open door+width of picnic table. It was supposedly a 32-ft site, but barely accommodated my 17-ft camper & tow vehicle. There was no place to set up an awning or Clam Shell. The full hookups sites are set up for rear gray & black tank valves. My camper has its tanks valve in the middle of the camper. I doubt I'll return.

Camp sites are too small for larger rv’s such as 5th wheels. Had to back out of site because of large tree and could not make the turn. Other wise enjoyed stay and surrounding area.

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay at this campground. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and it was professionally managed by Christina, who was absolutely amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the area allowed her to offer numerous recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and local attractions during our visit. Her friendly and kind nature went above and beyond, making our experience even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this campground and eagerly anticipate our next visit. Christina is truly the best and excels at her job!
