No television, no internet, absolutely perfect. Peaceful and cozy. Well maintained property with a wonderful staff. Tucked away from highways but easy access to town and hiking trails. Didn’t want to leave! Headed back next year.

Most sites have heavy tree coverage; does not allow daytime sun warmth to penetrate; nighttime is very cold even in summer. “No Tree” sites are available but make sure you ask for them. We parked in row H9 in August and I still had to wear sweaters to sit outside. In all fairness, they disclose that very well. Desk is responsive, took care of excessive barking animal incident. immediately

Sites are too narrow. sewer hookup was in the driveway of the site. grounds were well kept. Pool was very clean but the pool deck needs to be repaired. If the recreation center is rented and not available, the guests should be notified by at least a sign. No reason for the domino club to be rude to my wife and kids. Probably some typical KOA permanent residents.

We have stayed at this KOA 3 times now with anything from a travel trailer to fifth wheel to now a 43 ft motor home. The owner is very nice, store is well stocked. Town is not far and the cool nights here even in the middle of summer can’t be beat. We have had a great site the last 2 visits. Thanx Boone KOA!

This is a great KOA, great sites, plenty of trees, staff are all courteous, friendly, helpful. I have stayed there 5 weeks at least and am coming back in October. Prices are very reasonable, especially compared to beach campgrounds. The weather was fantastic, 50's at night, 70's day - welcome relief to a flatlander.

We stayed for five days and four nights with our three young kids. The kids loved the playground, especially the colorful merry go round. They also enjoyed feeding the goats and playing mini golf. My wife and I enjoyed the views from our campsite and cooking s'mores from the fire pit. We all agreed that this was our favorite trip of the summer.

Really nice staff. Putt-putt course is in great shape and a lot of fun! Ping-pong, feeding the goats were a big plus.

It was a very relaxing vacation. Loved the angus that were in the field next to campground. Surprisingly there was no odor that is normally associated with these animals! Our grandson enjoyed the goats that he was able to feed and pet! Thank you to the owners of this KOA campground!

I think if you are going to advertise that you have WI-FI, you should make it available for the whole campground, not just around the office area, and if you can't make it available for everyone just say it is only available around close to office.

Well, we were surrounded by dogs. They barked, whined and pooped in our area. The space we were in was too small for a 34' fifth wheel with three slides. There was no view when we were sitting out. The people in the office were extremely nice though. We just needed a bigger space maybe on the end so we could see a mountain or two. Thank you

We had a great time. Spots were nice, close together but still nice. Staff was nice, bathrooms were clean and our kids loved the pool, playground and mini golf! We will definitely come back!

Stay was good until we pulled out. This campground is tight, very tight. So when no one is checking to see if camper are pulled in far enough and the camper across from you is still in the road (due to campsites not really being long enough for the campers they are putting in) it makes if very hard to get out of your site. Trees need to be pruned of low branches to help with this situation too.

The staff was friendly and the facilities were very clean. The wifi signal was weak and they need to add either dish or direct TV, most KOA's offer that or streaming. Some of the camp sites needed leavened, but over all a great campground.

This is a good, average campground. Very quiet and peaceful! Everything was clean and grassy areas were neatly maintained. My site was very small for a 32 foot towing. Parking for my “toad” was almost non existent. The space between my door and the next site was no more than 6-8 feet. It’s a difficult place for a campground in that all sites are on a hillside in the mountains.

It was great. The folks were nice. Spot was good. The only complaint I have is the dog park is not only small but very unlevel. The goats gave way too much room and the dogs too little !!

This is a nice, family friendly campground with shaded sites and an easy going, laid back vibe. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Bath houses are clean and well stocked. Road to the campground can be challenging for long trailers and large Class A’s, but the campground’s worth the drive.

I had a wonderful time and I was there to work! The goats were entertaining. Very nice to see the playground full of kids being kids. The staff were awesome especially Kristina! (Not sure about the spelling).

Nice older KOA, staff is very nice. Goats are awesome. Live music was very good. Sites are. Wry tight and not level. Not big rig friendly lots of trees in the way

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay at this campground. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and it was professionally managed by Christina, who was absolutely amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the area allowed her to offer numerous recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and local attractions during our visit. Her friendly and kind nature went above and beyond, making our experience even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this campground and eagerly anticipate our next visit. Christina is truly the best and excels at her job!
