Facilities were clean but dated. Sites were too close together and very unlevel. Dryers in laundry took forever to dry. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing but top notch service! Grounds are beautiful, clean and everything orderly. Staff friendly and always helpful. One of the best resorts we have ever camped at.

Worst KOA I've ever visited. RV sites very close together. Lot of rocky and uneven walkways. Not a campground for elderly people with handicaps. I nearly fell just try to plug my motorhome in. Booked for two nights but only stayed for one.

The cabin had cobwebs on lights and corners. WiFi was slow . And verison didn't work there. But the trees was beutifull. And the people was kind. Things was spaced out good.

I love this place. We had some very cool nights while our older family members were visiting and we asked if we could use the game/recreational room to eat in after we had cooked our meals outside. Our family stayed warm and enjoyed the time together. Very much a blessing to be able to do so. The grounds and the bathroom/showers are clean and well maintained.

The campsite is located very conveniently to everything in Boone. It was also clean. The sites are VERY narrow and you are very close to your neighbors. The sites are also sloped and you will need leveling blocks. There is internet but it is so weak that it is basically barely usable. The freshwater water pressure was also low. I would stay here only for the location.

Row D spots are a little small, but had all the hookups and was relatively easy to get leveled. We went to Grandfather Mountain, the Winery, Boone and Blowing Rock while we were there. The icing on the cake is that our grandkids were there on one of the huge patio sites.

Great stay at Boone KOA, sorry that it is likely our last for the 2022 camping season. Looking forward to returning next Spring. Wish the Boone KOA family the best along with a save winter. see you soon

We loved our stay. We camped in a tent. The site was extremely clean, as were the bathrooms. The store had everything you needed. The play ground was in good condition and the views were beautiful. It was a wonderful family trip for our first camping adventure.

Very friendly reception, spot B6 too small as a pull thru so we were able to upgrade to C7 with a simple phone call to the office. One of the nicest KOA's and in general, one of the nicest parks we have stayed at. The bathrooms were nice and showers were great (Very important to us). We will be back next year as we take this business trip every year.

the staff was very friendly. The camp store had a good variety of supplies. The bathrooms were clean. The GOATS were so much fun to feed. This campground is great for families

Nice spot. Level. Extremely friendly staff. WiFi was good enough, just reboot your router daily. A good location for home base exploring the area. Friendly campers.

Site was small, unlevel and muddy. All KOA’s seem to put one nighters in the worse spots.

One of the most frustrating things to us is barking dogs…either inside or outside of the RV. Our reason for going to Boone KOA is to be able to enjoy the mountains and be outside to enjoy the mountain air, etc. We frequent this campground and have noticed a pattern of barking dogs that the owners seems to be ambivalent about. I’m not one to complain but it’s becoming more and more of a nuisa

Very friendly and helpful, even accommodated us for the hurricane Friday night by renting us a cabin on the campground to make my wife feel safer while sleeping. Will be back.

The staff was outstanding and very pleasant. We had to leave early because of Hurricane Ian and they refunded us 3 nights without question. We will definitely be staying there again. We highly recommend this campground to anyone visiting the Boone area.

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay at this campground. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and it was professionally managed by Christina, who was absolutely amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the area allowed her to offer numerous recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and local attractions during our visit. Her friendly and kind nature went above and beyond, making our experience even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this campground and eagerly anticipate our next visit. Christina is truly the best and excels at her job!
