Pull thru site, very nice view, lived the goats. Patio was very nice, friendly staff, really appreciated and enjoyed the green grass on all sides of our site.

This was our first time at the Boone KOA and it will definitely not be our last! Clean camping Cabin, bathrooms and showers! Staff was always super friendly and helpful! Peaceful little set up will beautiful Mountain View’s!! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Clean campground, interior roads are very tight, camp sites are also tight and very close together. Wifi was adequate but only supported streaming when campground was about half full. Campsites were almost level. Appeared to be alot of activities for kids. Close to Boone, located in a very quiet scenic area.

Came to the campground with a church group. The group tent camped but my family had a cabin nearby. It was very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were all clean and well maintained as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a very nice and peaceful campground.

We were camping with a large group from our church and the campground hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds and bathrooms were clean. The kids loved the pool and playground. We will definitely stay again.

The area was beautiful but sites were uneven badly. The sites were smaller than normal. The KOA it self was well maintained and the facility were excellent.

This is my third or fourth time staying at this KOA and folks couldn’t be nicer. Everything is always well taken care of, grounds and cabins. I would offer one suggestion. I think $12 a night is too much for a pet fee. I would rather see a flat fee per stay, maybe something like $20 up to 3 nights, then a fee up to 7 nights. Hotels often do not have a pet fee

The campsites are very close together. The security vehicle should be labelled so individuals know who it is (even if a magnetic label). We were concerned seeing a vehicle go by slowly looking and stopping at campsites and watching them. We were uncertain who this was and it made us uncomfortable.

Overall very nice. Convenient to Boone and surroundings. Friendly staff. Clean overall including restrooms good water pressure in showers. Shady property. The site was a little cramped. Quiet at night. Not so quiet in the morning. One day it was mowing. Next day dumpsters at 6:30 am. Third day general nearby farm equipment.

We stayed for 10 days for a motorcycle trip to meet up with friends. Joan and crew are always welcoming and accomodating to us.

Excellent in every way. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The have unique amusements such as metal sculptures. And, while not part of the KOA, an adjacent fenced property has an entertaining heard of goats. All parts of the KOA were exceptionally well maintained. The restrooms and showers were always clean. Highly recommend Boone KOA, would definitely return.

My family and I had a wonderful time at KOA Holiday in Boone,NC. When we arrived we had a “tentastrophy” while setting up our camp site. The staff was so nice and so accommodating to us. They transferred our reservation to the empty cabin next to us and made our trip even better. If you are looking for a safe, clean place to go camping with your family in Boone,NC this is the only place to go.

A little noisy many bikers up late, nothing open yet so no extras. Store needs more options, but everything was ok, nothing special about resort

Everything with stay was great. Only had 2 issues. 1- the internet is terrible. We were only 4 spaces from the restrooms where it looked like the signal should have been coming from. I understand no being able to stream and such but i could not even access basic email even when usage should have been low. 2- there was a damaged area of fence in the dog park and one of my dogs got out. It got fixed

My husband, son, and I stayed 3 nights. Very nice campground. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful setting. Children could stay busy here all day. The bathrooms and showers were the CLEANEST I’ve seen at a campground. We drove to Tweetsie Railroad and Cascade Falls. Loved both. Both were 20 minutes away.

Patio was covered in mud. No drainage to allow for runoff. Staff very friendly, bathrooms near and clean. Enjoyed the goats. So cute!! Very quiet setting.

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay at this campground. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and it was professionally managed by Christina, who was absolutely amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the area allowed her to offer numerous recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and local attractions during our visit. Her friendly and kind nature went above and beyond, making our experience even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this campground and eagerly anticipate our next visit. Christina is truly the best and excels at her job!
