Very crowded. Racetrack noise so loud couldn't be outside ran into about 11 at night. Yet they complain about a tiny dog that bark had 2 big dogs that bark next to us. They ran up and down the driveway and lied about our dog as we had her with us. Have stayed there before with no problems. This time was difficult ��

KOA holds high quality and standards, and this applies to Boise KOA with clean and modern facilities, and friendly staff. What we didn't like was the urban setting, with KOA surrounded by commercial and residential apartments. This site is also very cramped, with very little space between sites, and no privacy. Amazing staff working together to keep the facilities in pristine condition and exemplary customer service. The Thursday evening bluegrass music and Saturday pancake breakfast made our time there very special.

The employees/hosts were friendly, but I don't feel this campground met KOA standards. We were squeezed into spots like sardines, there were just as many permanent residents as there were guests, and the "playground" was a small structure tucked away in the back corner. It felt like we were moving into a trailer park (not a jab, we've been there). Had we had more than one slideout we wouldn't fit.

Staff was friendly and premises were clean. We had neighbors that kept us from sleeping at all. They were drinking until 2:30, and then started to loudly pack up from 4-5:30. No hot water in the shower or sinks. Two of 3 bathroom stalls did not lock. Will not stay again.

This KOA went above and beyond to help us with a last minute need for a site when our plans changed. The KOA is not in a rural area and has a lot of places to eat and shops nearby. There is a large waterpark nearby too that we did not attend, but caught our kids' eye for a return visit. Thanks for helping us out in a pinch.

Came up go a graduation at NCL and were very pleased with the park. Clean well kept and close to everything we were attending.

The caretakers are very efficient and friendly. My only issue is that the sites are very nearly on top of each other with little room for parking a vehicle. Otherwise it is clean and well run. We will be staying again.

Spaces are extremely tight. Everyone is on top each other, and that is not the way the park is advertised. You sit in your RV and you smell cigarettes from people around you. The Jets in hot tub never did work and no one seem to care. They drive you out to your spot point and drive off. That is not the service KOA typically gives

We accidentally booked the wrong KOA. We wanted to be beside the River. The people were very friendly, and the campsites were clean, easy to access, and enough room to barbecue with four slides out.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. The pool is nice too. The sites are agreeable. Close to main road, which is convenient for an overnight like we did, but a bit noisy at night.

Very tight close spaces, felt like we were 6 feet apart from each other. After parking my trailer I had barely any room to park my vehicle next to me as it was getting way to close to the other trailers. Dog run was basically a large kennel so not to many other spaces to walk your dog. I gave it a 3 because it was well taken care of and clean, the lady that checked us in was very nice.

We were placed next to 2 campers with a total of 7 small children. The children were not closely supervised. 1 threw rocks down your sewer drain. I wonder if you should consider a separate area for campers with small children. The trailer behind us left their dog unattended and it barked for over 2 hours. We did notify management and it was taken care of. It wasn't our best KOA experience.

Friendly staff. No problem extending stay. Negatives: Campsites are super close together. Sewer drain is 40’ away from trailer connection. Had to go to Walmart to purchase $40 20’ extension.

This KOA was clean and well maintained. Very busy, mostly long term residents, but everyone was friendly. We felt safe. The staff was friendly and eager to help. Despite being completely full of guests, it was quiet at night.

The staff was friendly and the grounds clean. This campground is mostly full timers, a lot of traffic inside the campground, sites are close together, not easy off I84 to the campgrounds. It shouldn't be considered a journey. Maybe KOA should consider another category for their campgrounds called extended stay! I don't know how it got the President's Award, I guess a lot of the fulltimers reviews.

It was the perfect place for us to rest for a couple of days. We visited family in Nampa and had a great visit with them while we stayed at your sight. I had to made a couple trips to Lowe's and Walmart and they were close and convenient. I also had to make a trip to the local RV center next to Camping World, the name has escaped me, but they had everything I needed to correct the issues I was hav

We were packed in sardines, roads were narrow, and backing in and leaving the spot was very difficult. I would not recommend this RV park to anyone.

This is a trailer park… those of us camping are packed in, back to back, with a narrow strip of grass on the sides, and never able to connect to the KOA internet. If you don’t mind walking 2 blocks to the K-9 park, and tight RV spaces, you’re fine. A plus—The staff is friendly and professional!

To tell you the truth, we didn’t know what to expect. It appeared we were just lining up in a parking lot, but once we pulled in and saw we had a lovely tree, grass and a picnic table, I was pretty happy. The way everyone is parked, there’s plenty of privacy. The very clean bathrooms and free showers were a nice bonus

The weakest WiFi of any camp we've stayed in. Never could get hooked up unless we were sitting in the game room and even then it had only limited connectivity. Very tiny sites with a small concrete walk and 4' wide grass strip. Other RVs are close together and backed up to one another. Only good thing to say is the pool and spa are inside, but the spa jets were not functioning.

So nice and clean! I enjoyed taking a nice hot shower! Cups for coffee in the front could be a little larger. They're maybe 8 oz.

The hosts were great. But, the Wi fi was not good enough to search the internet, the previous reviews said it was good. The location was very centrally located in town.

It was snowing in western Idaho and we pulled in late to have a place to plug-in for the night. Best late night check-in of all the KOA's we've been to. Open spots were listed on a white board so we didn't have to disturb the whole park driving around to find an open spot.
