Bismarck KOA is our go to stop when we are in the area or passing through. Love to see the improvements they are constantly making to the park. Lots of amenities and areas to walk our dog. Great place to stay!

This was a fabulous KOA Kampground!!!! Really liked all the open space and the trees and shrubs. The staff was really nice and helpful. I will definitely look to return up here.

This is a very nice KOA, I only stayed one night and did laundry, but the staff was helpful and friendly . The place is clean, and it was very quiet!

If #43 was any closer to the highway, it would be on the shoulder. Absolutely a crap night's sleep. Waste of money for where this was located. There were many other open spots, but somehow this is the one we got assigned. It was after hours so we couldn't change. Won't be staying here again.

Only stayed one night. Nice big gravel pull thru site with concrete patio, picnic table and fire pit. Only thing that would have made it better was if the lot was paved. Would have been easier with leveling for only one night. All the employees were pleasant and park had lots of shady sites. We picked a full sun to dry out everything before winter storage. Would recommend!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful ! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next summer ! The only negative thing I could say is our spot location it was right next to the road and traffic was pretty loud. So next time we will request a spot farther away from the road.

We love that when we call to book a campsite, the staff knows who we are and goes above and beyond to accommodate us! We've been camping here for 5 years, and the upgrades and improvements just keep coming! :) Great work! We'll see you next Kamp trip!

We are headed west and the Journey KOA in Bismarck was perfect. We arrived at 8:00pm and our reservation details were ready. We were guided to our spot and settled in. The accommodations were excellent and we appreciate being able to rely on KOA. This is a well managed location. We’ll be back again. Thank you.

This wasn't the first time we've stayed here. Each and every time we stay here, the people are so friendly and helpful. We had a flat tire on our camper, My husband was down on his hands and knees. Trying to fix it when the guy that worked there came by and said you get up and let me do that. We will definitely be back! Really nice KOA ... most sites have trees and great spacing between most sites. We had a friendly greeting, and the fellow that led us to our site was most helpful. I don't know why this is a "journey" ... it's nicer than some "holidays" that we've stayed at. We WILL return!

ND century code t23c12 states Smoking is prohibited within twenty feet [6.10 meters] of entrances, exits, operable windows, air intakes, and ventilation systems of enclosed areas in which smoking is prohibited. Theres a no smoking sign on the office building and one at the pool gate (right across from the office) and an employee smokes there EVERY DAY MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. This needs to be fixed.

Tent camped there on 7/9/2023. Tent site was prefect for what I needed, very clean, lots of soft grass and well groomed. The shower and restroom facilities were extremely clean. All the paperwork was prefect as I booked online and arrived after hours.

This KoA is very nice. Cabin was very clean. Showers and restrooms are very clean. The cabin we stayed in had a very strong scented smell. I told KoA about it. I am sensitive to scents and that was too much.

Very nice RV park. Reasonably close to the I-94 but also handy to downtown Bismarck. Sites 44-49 (where we stayed) were nice, level, shaded patio sites, well away from Centennial Road, so no traffic noise. Sites A-K looked suitable for big rigs but were out in the open and adjacent to Centennial Road. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. We cycled into Bismarck. There is a good cycle route that starts just down the hill from the KOA gate and takes you all the way into central Bismarck.
