Excellent hospitality and customer service. There was a slight smell of sewage, but otherwise our stay was great and couldn't ask for more helpful and friendly staff.

New owners and they were working on upgrading roads. Beautiful campground and a staff that was so nice and treated you like family.

Beautiful Park! Just started using KOA Parks ..this one was the top! Great customer service . Had a wonderful stay.. will be back again!

Our stay was terrific! The employees were super - friendly, organized, helpful. The campgrounds were clean and level! We were right across from our spot. The shower area was clean. I would definitely stay there again, and I would highly recommend it to others. I wish I'd realized there was fenced dog exercise area when we pulled in.

i had a summer job in Bismarck and commuted out, somewhat blindly, from N.H. without knowing anyone. My nervousness was unfounded as Mark, Kyle, and everyone else treated me as a guest, friend, and eventually like my family away from home. The accommodations were great! The service was impeccable! And, I would recommend this place to anyone who camps with any setup. Outstanding establishment!

1st time visit to ND. Liked the bushes between sites. Close to a noisy road but it’s a journey so that’s expected. No pet park. Level sites.

My understanding is this particular campsite is under new ownership, and is/has expanded the number of sites and fixed things up! Has all the amenities you would ever want at a campgrounds. The clean, well maintained outdoor pool was especially enjoyed, as it was warm during our stay. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. We will be back and make this a part of our summer camp trips!

The Campground it self was very clean and very Nice. Bathroom’s we’re clean and well kept. The sites kept clean and groomed. The only down fall to your park is that Road. The Noise is terrible. That would be the only reason I would not stay there again. Get with the city if Bismarck and get them to put up a sound Barrier wall.

Everything was nicely kept. We enjoyed the pool. It would have been nice to have Cable TV & better WiFi.

Staff was very nice, and helpful! On our visit they were doing construction on the road in the park. Can’t wait to see the park with asphalt! Will most definitely improve the experience!!! But very clean bathrooms/showers. Will most definitely stay again!

I was very satisfied with the facility and stay in Bismarck KOA. I actually stayed they a couple of times I’m 2004 and 2005. Felt like coming back home.

Our site was long. The place was clean. We used the laundry and it worked well. They were working on the roads the last day, but we were able to get through with our RV.

nice place, over priced, staff didn't like any constructive criticism. I sent an email saying the park was nice but over priced and received a fairly tacky note back. we stay at KOA's on a regular basis, this one is off our list which is to bad. word of mouth goes a long way with us retired refers. frankly there just isn't enough value at $110 a night to return

I do apologize sir but you have only stayed with us one night ever and paid 53.10 with your Koa discount. We love campers input good or bad being new owners we are so opened to campers opinions. We have lots to learn. who better to learn them from but our campers. We hope to see you again.

Very nice sites, lots of trees! Very clean bathrooms, nice dog park, and perfect location! Check in was fast and very courteous staff! Will definitely be staying back in Bismarck.

Tent camped there on 7/9/2023. Tent site was prefect for what I needed, very clean, lots of soft grass and well groomed. The shower and restroom facilities were extremely clean. All the paperwork was prefect as I booked online and arrived after hours.

This KoA is very nice. Cabin was very clean. Showers and restrooms are very clean. The cabin we stayed in had a very strong scented smell. I told KoA about it. I am sensitive to scents and that was too much.

Very nice RV park. Reasonably close to the I-94 but also handy to downtown Bismarck. Sites 44-49 (where we stayed) were nice, level, shaded patio sites, well away from Centennial Road, so no traffic noise. Sites A-K looked suitable for big rigs but were out in the open and adjacent to Centennial Road. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. We cycled into Bismarck. There is a good cycle route that starts just down the hill from the KOA gate and takes you all the way into central Bismarck.
