Nice park, however, small sites (awning nearly touched the trailer next to us), narrow roadways tequiring tight turn for big rig site exit, over-priced.

Beautiful Campground! My first night there, I could not let me step down fully because the site was too narrow. I was too tired to deal with it so let it go. On my return visit, I had a different site and it worked out fine. The group camping in tents, as you entered the campground, were somewhat intimidating in nature. Wondered about my safety as a single woman. But I had my 135# pup!

We only stayed one night, passing through. I wish we had had a longer visit. This KOA is beautiful, well cared for and the BEST Kamp K9 we've ever seen!! There's a nice mini golf course and the bathrooms are superb! Also learned this is the first KOA. A perfect place to camp! Loved it here!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean and everything worked. I especially liked the fact all the showers were private and had toilets instead of splitting them into groups like most campgrounds do. Best KOA I've been to yet!

We stayed one night at the Billings KOA. Easy to find with their outside signage. The desk person was extremely nice and informative. our site accommodated our 41' motorhome and tow vehicle without unhooking. Slanted sites provided plenty of room. We will definitely stay here again

Easy access off of freeway. Very quiet campground. Well maintained and very modern and clean. As this was the first KOA it is a very nice campground. Staff are very friendly. Great facilities.

We had a great time. Loved the location close to the river and the park was lovely to walk around. We don't have a dog but the dog park looked so lovely I almost want one. We also loved the patio tables and the shower was really lovely too.

Campground was nice, but man our site was tight and had no markings of where people’s trailers were supposed to be. Our neighbors had placed themselves 5 feet from our fire pit so it felt extremely tight. If we were to of had people on the other side of us I’m not sure we would all fit…

We were here for an overnight only while to SD. It was Labor Day Weekend, so it was packed & noisy, as to be expected (last summer hurrah & all that!). Sites were close. Lots of amenities here for both kids & adults to enjoy. The highlight for us is that it is situated right on the Yellowstone River. There are paths to go down to the river, which we took advantage of & loved.

One of the absolute best we have stayed at...impeccably maintained, large lots with cement patios, incredible bathrooms, great laundry rooms, and friendly staff! Outstnding!

Stayed at 10 different KOAs (up and back) on trip to Glacier. This is absolutely the best! A lot of KOAs seem to have LOTS of extended stay folks (living at the KOA) - NOT this one. It is also off the road/hwy enough that it is quiet at night. Very nice restrooms. Pool, miniature golf, playground all well maintained.

we typically spend two weekends a year at the KOA in Billings and this past weekend was one of those times, 9-22 thru 9-24. The wife and I commented on the pool which was full of leaves and not kept up and the office (club house) not having some essentials such as milk ect. Also when you pull in at registration the staff does not golf cart you to your camping spot. Although our spot was easy.

Camping here at the 1st KOA in the world in 1962. Passing thru for one night. Nice park as most KOAs are. It's next to Yellowstone River. They have playground, mini golf, pool, laundry, nice showers & restroom. Sites seem pretty level. Not all sites have a grill.
