The campground was very well maintained, the pool was clean. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful, they let us know some fun things to do in the area. Highly recommend staying here.

I visit often and have always enjoyed my stays. This side of the campground was not at all what I come to expect from the facility and I would not stay again if the other area is not open. As a repeat guest especially, this was not my normal experience. I dont want to rate poorly based on this 1 experience.

It was nice. Quiet, beautiful area. Bathrooms weren’t very clean. Hosts or managers were very friendly and helpful.

This was a nice one-night stay. Trees, grass and all the usual KOA amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Spaces were very tight, even the big rig sites. Not enough room between campers if anyone had slides. Length was not good either. Sites were level. Just too many campers crammed into a small area. Next to interstate so very noisy. Nice shade trees, grass, and pool was nice also. Picnic tables were old. Expensive. Easy access but only would stay for one night. Wish it had been better.

Everything was great except the pool. My grandkids ended up with conjunctivitis from the pool. You may need to keep up with checking chemical levels

Stayed here on our way to South Dakota, Liked it so much we stayed here again on our way home. Easy on and off I-90. Easy in and easy out of the campground.

Very nice staff, campground well laid out. Very close to highway but couldn't hear traffic inside camper. Nice to have dog park. Easy to get in and out. Very close to Greycliff Prairie Dog State Park which we enjoyed.

This is a noisy campground between the interstate and trains. The dog area was full of poop and muddy with water running in it. It’s ok if you need a place to stop over but not a destination.

We were shocked this was a KOA. We would have NEVER stayed there knowing the run down poor conditions the entire park was. Staff was very nice and attentive. However, all of the issues were out of their control.

Okay, but like most KOA camp grounds, they charge 50 - 100% more than comparable comp grounds along the way. Big Timber/Greycliff was unremarkable.

I came in after office hours and called for assistance because I mistakenly made my reservation for the wrong date. The KOA Host came right away, and although the campground was 99% full she found a site for me. I've been RVing since 2005 and this was the best treatment I've ever experienced.

Nice park, a little tight for big rigs, although I pointed out something that made it harder to make a turn and park management literally removed it within an hour. Dog park was flooded due to a broken pipe. Site was fine, i would definitely stay again.

Was there for a week and they kept the park clean. The bathrooms and showers were cleaned every morning. The people were very friendly and helpful.

We had a log of a good time. Stay was too short. Site and staff were awesome and friendly. Wish the rewards program was also available to Canadians not just Americans. Will stay again.

After a long day on the road we planned to grab a bite at their snack bar which is listed on their website and the campground map. They DO NOT have a snack bar. I was left very frustrated as we had made our meal plans based on their listing. We were just staying overnight and did not want to unhook the car. This place is right off the highway and the traffic noise was intolerable.

It was a very good stay. The facilities are well kept, the staff is great, the camp store is very good and there is so much for the kids to do. The spot we were in was tight but we managed.

The staff at Big Timber/ Greycliff were exceptional by any standards. Immensely helpful, cheerful and progressive. The site was superbly managed and in an excellent location. I lost my wallet and the office retrieved it and emailed me immediately so that I was able to return and collect it.my real score for this team is 12 out of 10!!! David Howard

Just passing through. Most amenities were fine except there was no TV and was more expensive than most other RV parks on this coast to coast trip.

Great campground, friendly staff, good facilities. The spots are small and close to each other, but with enough space to set everything up, also have trees to provide some shade when needed. It has K9 camp, playground, laundry, bathroom was neat and clean. The free coffee is a nice touch. 😍 We had a smooth booking using the app and a easy late night check-in. It's super close to the highway, so it can be a bit noisy for those who are light sleepers.

Welcome was great, efficient and friendly. Spot /area clean and level. Store was a little low on stock but still good variety. We bought hotdogs and buns for chili dogs! Yes we heard a train but it didn't wake us or anything. We run a small fan at night so that provides a great white noise background. We recommend this campground and would stay again.
