If I could separate it, I’d rate the staff 5 stars and the campground 0. Small, cramped, noisy (highway/train traffic) less than 1MB internet speed, zero TV channels, no cable. Our first site was 10 ft too short, the one we moved to, the septic was overflowing. Whoever owns this place should give some serious thought to caring for the grounds as well as they do the store.

Between the trains going by every half hour and heavy freeway traffic you don’t get much sleep. Tiles chipping in shower area. Sinks not appealing. This place needs a good handyman. Repair work is substandard. Wifi won’t play a movie on your ipad. For 60 bucks a night internet should be better, we shouldn’t have to pay extra.

Clean, hospitable, and (except for the trains), quiet. But, as Paul Simon say, “Everybody loves the sound of a train in the distance, everybody thinks it’s true.” Josh was very helpful. The Veteran’s discount was much appreciated.

Pretty clean, right next to highway and train tracks so had to run fans to block out noise. Other than that, it served its purpose!

There for one night. They put us 200 yds from the interstate, so we listened to trucks all night. There were at least 12 sites back in the quiet area.

Great if you are passing through and just need a place to sleep. Very loud between the trucks and trains passing by during the night.

Rating could be higher as staff was extremely friendly. What prevented a more complimentary rating were site size, too narrow to open our awning )which extents ~8 ft), and, most annoyingly, the sewer hookup for the neighboring was less than 1 foot from the site’s picnic table. Property is well maintained landscaping, very clean laundry area and nicely designed play area.

Nice little stop in the middle of no where. The trees over my site needed trimming and rubbed on my RV all night. There where plenty of same size sites in the middle and I still wonder why I wasn’t assigned to a better site in the first place? The KOA should always assign the best site to fit your size RV. The grounds were kept nice and the store and game room was nice.

We absolutely loved our stay there, and wish it could have been longer! The kids had so much to do, and it was just perfect for families!!

The cabin was decent but the beds were very uncomfortable. Old worn out mattresses and the futon one was ripped in two. There was not enough forks for 4 of us to eat at the same time. Hot water ran out in one shower. The fireplace pilot put out a lot of heat and made the cabin too warm. This really should be turned off for summer months. Play balls were all flat and there was hair piece in pool

Decent basic KOA journey (ie road noise and a train). The usual awesome KOA friendly service and nice trees throughout made it pleasant enough. Also Prairie Dog State park literally 200 yards beyond the freeway ramp was a fun 10 Minutes on our way out!

Loud train going by all night, terrible interstate noise, a huge tree stump right outside our door, very tight camping spots. The map of the campground really didn't help us to our site. Would never stay here again

people where very freindly the cammpground was clean and well maintained. The only reason it doesn't great a great rating is the awful train noise at night

My husbands truck broke down in Big Timber when the motels had no vacancies. The KOA had a cabin for him with some linens. They even came to the place our truck was towed to pick him up. He ended up staying 3 nights. They certainly went above and beyond. Great service. Friendly people.

It was very nice. We did not have a prior reservation and they were very accommodating. Very pleasant personnel and the property was in very good condition. Felt very safe!

Stayed in many KOAs over the years. This is the worst campsite I have every had at a KOA. For those with small dog or in fact any dog, they charge $20 a night. Camp site so bad I only sat at picnic table 20 minutes max with the dog. So another way to look at it is, dog cost $1 a minute to camp with us.

We just stayed for 1 night. Campsites are your typical KOA close together. Extremely close to highway and train tracks. They actually offer earplugs for the noise. I wasn’t bothered by either since our camper is pretty insulated. I personally love the sound of a train horn!

This was an overnight stay. The park is close to I 94. Staff is great, park and facilities are very clean. Many sites are pull throughs. Nice pool and play ground for the children.

campsite was fine - kinda close to fellow campers. their picnic table was was directly next to our kitchen window ( no slide) and we could clearly hear the conversation taking place.the office apologized for the train and traffic noise even offering ear plugs.i’m a sound sleeper and thought “ how bad can it be ?” i managed to make it until 0230 then listened to the passing trains , unbeliev

Great campground, friendly staff, good facilities. The spots are small and close to each other, but with enough space to set everything up, also have trees to provide some shade when needed. It has K9 camp, playground, laundry, bathroom was neat and clean. The free coffee is a nice touch. 😍 We had a smooth booking using the app and a easy late night check-in. It's super close to the highway, so it can be a bit noisy for those who are light sleepers.

Welcome was great, efficient and friendly. Spot /area clean and level. Store was a little low on stock but still good variety. We bought hotdogs and buns for chili dogs! Yes we heard a train but it didn't wake us or anything. We run a small fan at night so that provides a great white noise background. We recommend this campground and would stay again.
