the greetings and escort to site were totally great , however the campground is basically a safe parking lot or gravel pit ? pretty uninspiring and very tight conditions. friendliness overcame our disappointments.

I have stayed at many KOAs…this one was “ok”. Wifi would not work..tried it several times. Also, sign outside said propane was unavailable..one of the reasons I stopped for the night was to fill up.

They claim to have Wi-Fi, but it drops so consistently that I just had to use my phone’s hotspot.

For the price we paid, this is not a good value. Sites are too close together and water froze at the spigot. We'll try another KOA in the area before coming back here.

The staff were not friendly. There was dog poop left on our site from the previous camper. They were unable to fill our propane tank because there was a water shutdown from freezing weather? Hot tub not available as advertised….. no discount? We find that KOA is more expensive than other places and would not stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights. Rained a lot during our stay so we were not out and about much. Staff was friendly and helpful especially when we needed a tree trimmed over our motorhome. Campground was quiet. Didn't use any of the amenities. Would stay again.

Nice clean campground with lots of trees. It is about a mile from the interstate so I thought it would be quiet. However a train went by about every hour all night long. It might be ok if you had some white noise in your camper but that wasn’t the case for us so we didn’t sleep well. Also some of the long term campers were sitting outside taking and laughing very loudly which was annoying.

Loved our long weekend stay at this KOA. Late check in was super easy, access to the site was a breeze even in the dark. Facilities were exceptionally clean. Very friendly staff, even while having a good time in the game room. We did notice a slight slant in the pool table, but it was fun. The pool was under construction, but since it was New Years that was no big deal. Can’t wait to come back.

The park was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Our biggest problem was the Internet, or lack of it. When we are travelling and stop at a KOA we do expect that we can stay in our Motorhome and get Internet access. This was not the case at Benson where we could not get Internet anywhere. We will most likely not be stopping there again until they get their Internet issues resolved.

Staff I’d great service was wonderful. However you really need to spend some money and get your pool and hot tub done this is the second time in 2 years we’ve been here and that hole looks the same.

Common area clean. Facilities clean. Playground for the kids was great to have. I as an adult enjoy the swing and the tetherball to play with my great grandson. Hopefully a horseshoe ring toss will be available in the future and complete the basketball court and volleyball. Great place to stay and relax.

In future may be nice I hope but at this time it is at best a work in process. No warning that pool and hot tub is non existent and game room just a tv and pool table. All gravel and grass full of burrs that stick to everything. Dirt and gravel road leading to the KOA is dusty and bumpy. I will say people running are friendly but I would not recommend and price should be discounted

As a campground it was a nice place to stay but there were some resident trailers that had multiple dogs that would bark incessantly starting at 6:30 am. No one asked them to quiet them. The trailer folks also wandered around Thanksgiving Day with multiple guns each making us feel unsafe.

Nice for a stop over. I think the price is way too much for what is there or lack there of. Tombstone is only 33 mins away. Bathrooms look newly updated and spots are good distance apart from each other. They don’t really have a park for kids, just a swing set. They have burs so watch for that when walking your dog. Would stay again for a stop over

We just stayed for one night and it was perfect. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful filling up our Propane. Dogs loved the K9 area and the sunset was amazing.

The people who run the place are lovely! They went out of their way to help us. The bathrooms and laundry were the cleanest of any campground I’ve stayed at.

They were very accommodating and outgoing. I will make this my go to stop when traveling the southwest.

This is a lovely camp with good thing to come. The manager Mike and his wife are the nicest people. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great visit. The showers and bathrooms are spotless. The parking spots are a generous size and the hooks ups are well placed. They also have the cabins if you need them. If you are going to Benson AZ this is the place to stay. Highly recommend.

I always get my propane refilled here, they're extremely friendly and helpful. It's always quiet, clean and especially easy to get to.
