They’re doing a lot of work to fix up the campground. The pool was being built. Staff are great. Clean facilities.

Great location. The campground is clean but untidy. Managers were very helpful and friendly. There are very few amenities. It needs investment to rank higher. We believe the location is excellent for the many places to see like Tombstone, Saguaro, Chiricahua, Mission San Xavier, etc. The one day trip pamphlets that Ken made were very helpful. The dirt road entrance should be paved.

Workers were extremely rude all the time and made our group feel unwelcomed for the most part almost like we had ruined there snowbird season cuAse there regulars couldn’t get in cuAse we where there, mind the fact our group had 7 paying monthly spots! Staff needs to be updated on what to say to customers and make them feel like there wanted at the benson Koa

Staff is amazing Ken has made maps and brochures about everything in the area went to Tucson had a great time went to the saguaro national Park did a bunch of hiking there's no pool only downside if you are a western buff you'll love the sights and history

Very nice campground A little barren and could use a small patio at each site Have to be very careful if you have pets because there were a lot of stickers in what grass they had and it’s very painful and gets in between the pets feet!

Nice facilities. Clean. Friendly staff. Needs more shade trees. Would have liked a site where the sun wasn’t shining all afternoon/evening onto the door side of our RV. Couldn’t use the awning because of the strong winds.

We chose Benson KOA because it wasn't to far from our home. We just purchased a motorhome and wanted to learn how to use it. The location was perfect for us. It my wife and I along with our 2 dogs. It was quiet and peaceful for the most part. I did not like the dirt road. But it is camping. When they finish getting the pool installed it may be good for the entire family. Not much for kids to do.

Great overnight stay for us wish we had more time here. This KOA is tucked way far enough away but still close to the city . Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Clean clean clean. Definitely will be coming back .

It wad difficult to find our camping site at night. The road to the camping area behind the registration house is narrow. No signs indicating where to turn. Also the camping sites number were hard to see. After 3 circles around both campground areas another camper helped us find our site. There was a vehicle already in our camping site, so we had to wait for the ownwer to move it. Dissapointed.

First impression is pretty sparse grounds. There's Limited foliage and the site. Campground host couldn't have been nicer. Including warning us that there is a lot of stickers that will get into dog's feet throughout. My two dogs became victim of these thorny stickers several times, there were many of these in the one campsite we stayed in.

Clean, courteous and spacious. The park is just far enough off the freeway to minimize the traffic noise. It was a great overnight stop on our trip home.

We travel alot between our home and Los Cruces. Staying here is clean, quite and friendly. It is our preferred place to stay.

The campground has a lot of potential but needs people to put the work in to make the many improvements they advertise. They do not have a pool or mini golf which virtually left nothing for the kids to do. It works for a quick one night stop but not ideal for any type of extended stay.

If it weren't for the obscene lighting this could be a great campground. The place is lit up like a truck stop though. Not a good choice for getting a good night's sleep or star gazing. We will not be staying here again.

It was a stop along our trip. We enjoyed Tombstone. Desert campgrounds are difficult embellish.

Quiet, level sites, friendly staff. The only downside for us was the showers. While clean, I couldn't get the water temperature past a lukewarm. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but for 3-4 min I moved the faucet all around and couldn't get it any warmer. Decided to do without and wait until our next stop. Otherwise, would stay here again if the situation arises.

This is a lovely camp with good thing to come. The manager Mike and his wife are the nicest people. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great visit. The showers and bathrooms are spotless. The parking spots are a generous size and the hooks ups are well placed. They also have the cabins if you need them. If you are going to Benson AZ this is the place to stay. Highly recommend.

I always get my propane refilled here, they're extremely friendly and helpful. It's always quiet, clean and especially easy to get to.
