The people were nice. However, park is in a middle of a rework, so the amenities are very few. When they finish, it should look good. Their opening website should state that there pool is not working.

We would not have stopped had we known they had no pool and we're under construction. Even the email that we got welcoming us to the campground listed pool hours, but there was no pool. When traveling with kids and the temp is above 105 you need a pool.

Granddaughter disappointed pool just a big hole. They should say that when I called for reservation. I was really hot pool would have been nice

Our campsite was level and the kids loved mini golf. Showers were big but need hooks or bench to place dry clothes/towels. We can’t wait to see it when everything is finished.

Didn’t know that the pool was being redone. Arrived to find a dirt hole in the ground. Other then that the facility was nice, bathrooms were brand new!

The pool is a dirt hole and rec room nonexistant, both apparently under construction for sometime. In the Az heat the only thing to do was to hang out in the RV in the air conditioning. Still charging full price, we would have chosen another location if these concerns were known. If this is an example of KOA's we won't renew our membership. Pool was to be completed by our arrival date.

Good campground with good hosts. Much of it ws under construction and we were warned ahead. Should be great once complete Easy on and off highway.

Staff was very friendly. Laundry and showers are new. Convenient to shopping and Post Office. Would stay here again.

We stayed only one night. Our hosts were very friendly and the park was very quiet. They have recently redone all of the electricity and we had a nice lantern at our site.

We stayed here while spending time in Tombstone. Even with remodeling being done we could the upgrades and it will be great. We look forward to returning and staying again!

Were tolthey were renovating the buildings, pool and all amenities, but did not expect large piles of dirt everywhere you looked. Also the road into and in the park itself were in bad condition . Asked for discounted rate on phone to offset the inconvenience and was told I was getting one. More expensive than many we’ve stayed at. Will not stay there again and plan to cancel my KOA membership.

No pavement all gravel. The entry road four feathers road is a dirt road. The place did not have any grass, the dog run was dirt.

All facilities were closed- even tho website says likely open by April 26 and we were there during the week, but no work was being done , so either construction delayed or not actively being completed- can hear semis off freeway and its basically a big dirt lot - one of my least favorite KOA’s - only interaction with staff was at check-in-

The RV park was remodeling the clubhouse , the. laundry room and the pool which was being re-built however our site had all the hookups working fine. It basically a diamond in the ruff. The staff were very nice and helpful.

the pool was a hole in the ground, it was gone.. NO rest rooms the cable TV was terrible, would not come in. The were going through a re model, But with NO services they should have lowered the charge for the stay.,

A great single night stay for us in a level pull-thru in our 39ft Class A towing. Easy in/out. Distant from highway/train traffic. Good cable. 5G Verizon signal. Incredible sunrise view of mountains. Owners are super nice and accommodating. Katie is a hoot!

An extremely quiet location away from freeway and railroad, new electrical pedestals, water and sewer convenient, friendly staff. Complete rebuilding bathrooms and laundry (plus office) appears near completion (so until done, self contained units only). Definitely will stay here when in the area.

We knew there were no bathrooms working but to have no amenities at all, no where that was not dirt... There was no where to go to get away from the dirt. And then the roads were being graded making an already dusty situation even worse. We're still cleaning the camper and truck. Would not recommend.

We were told dogs aren't allowed to do their business anywhere and if people were caught letting them pee or poo on the trees they would be asked to leave with no refund. There was poo under almost every tree in the park. While I can give them a break for being under construction, it really wasn't all that great. When we left we both said to one another we wouldn't stay there again.

The owners are renovating and that is the only reason i gave it a 3. Larry and Katie (I believe were their names) were very nice. Love to see them bringing the Benson KOA back to shape. Had a great stay there.

This is a lovely camp with good thing to come. The manager Mike and his wife are the nicest people. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great visit. The showers and bathrooms are spotless. The parking spots are a generous size and the hooks ups are well placed. They also have the cabins if you need them. If you are going to Benson AZ this is the place to stay. Highly recommend.

I always get my propane refilled here, they're extremely friendly and helpful. It's always quiet, clean and especially easy to get to.
