A quick overnight stop. Friendly staff. Site under renovation, no pool (not that it would be used a lot in Nov.) Fees quite a bit higher than other KOAs we used this trip. Site was good and all services worked well.

Great staff. Quiet park. Clean and well maintained. Looks like owner is upgrading this older park. WiFi was slower but workable. Site was almost level and only required a small leveling block. We would come again. Thank you Mary Lou and crew.

Worse KOA that we have ever stayed at. We are Workcampers and know the KOA standards, this Campground needs allot of attention. The GM put me in the “Back” with the Workcampers. Back there the people have too many dogs who bark nonstop, and the people party to much, trashy looking sites in the back. Ken and Mary Lou is the best thing you have here. Too much to list, needs work for sure. Call m

The campground is okay but there were low growing burrs all over. It was not safe for a dog to walk unless on the drive.

Staff = Very welcoming and friendly, eager to assist when needed. Location = Perfect site for of local adventures. Campsite = Comfortable. Bathroom = Clean (though the men's restroom needs more than one shower stall). Were aware of construction at KOA, but we did not have electricity at our site. And no picnic table at our site - we had to go get an unused one from a nearby RV site.

The staff women were very friendly but the place is a mess. Stuff, junk sitting everywhere. Cricket and spider infested. Spider web, eggs and spiders in rooms. It needs some major cleanup before I would ever consider coming back.

The host and hostess were great . It was not clear when making the reservations on line that this camp ground was being updated . Would suggest that the goat head weed is eradicated as it is harmful to dogs . The bathrooms were clean . It as guilt too. Please spray for bugs as well

I and my wife intended to stay for a year.I am a Veteran and I receive my medication through the mail and when I enquired about the mail I was told they Do NOT allow mail to come there unless it is packaged and that I would need to get a P.O. Box.I have been to RV parks for the last 16 years and have never been told this before.I am a Veteran that has to take medication.I don't recommend KOA

After arriving, we had a mechanical issue with our motor home. Very nice lady (sorry, I forgot her name), told us about a young man who was living at the campground who works on rv’s for a living. He came to our site that evening and diagnosed the problem. After having to order a part and install it, we were back on the road. Thanks to Sean and the office lady.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The woman in the store Recommended a few places to go on a journey into Bisbee and it did not disappoint. It was very clean and quiet At night. You can tell they are doing a lot of upgrades and I would like to visit again after the upgrades are finished.

This property needs work. The office staff was very nice. The camping cabin was comfy. Nice touches like a TV and toiletries. The bathroom needed some minor repairs but was functional. The grounds are shady BUT in serious need of a clean up. Construction debris everywhere including old toilets. Seriously? Also the roads around the site need grading.

Good stop over spot. Off the Highway far enough to eliminate road noise. Not sure I would want to stay long term. Spots would be tight if the camp were busy.

Beat up facilities, no internet, grasshoppers galore in the bathroom/shower facilities, which had 1 shower. Lady was nice and the dog friendly

Not as advertised. Our door faced an outdoor spot and camper that was used by an employee. Ant hill at hookups. No privacy.

Super low key KOA. Not a lot to write home about with this location. Dirt/gravel spaces off the beaten path. Quiet and easy to get in and out.

While the staff and newly remodeled shower/restrooms get and A+ I would not have booked here if information about the pool being under construction and no available sewer hookups. RVers stay at KOA sites for the full amenities and this camp should simple close until repairs are complete. We stayed only one night, leaving early for better amenities.

Didn't care for the place. No pool, very disappointed. The man and lady were nice and helpful. I will not stay there again.

We arrived at the campground in the early evening and it was very dark, and there was no camping kitchen as advertised. There were building materials scattered about in disarray. We had to unpack in the dark with little lighting. The Wi-Fi would not connect, and to top it off, we ended up with a nail in our tire, that needed repair. I was travelling with three children, so upsetting for all of us.

I don’t know why there’s a TV in the cabin. Even though we were not there for that amenity, when we tried to watch, it didn’t work. The cabin that we stayed in was allotted for people who have pets…we didn’t. We would’ve preferred a cabin closer to the bathrooms and under the trees. Nevertheless, it was peaceful.

The pool is not there and this should be updated online as this was the whole reason we booked. We also booked for the WiFi to be able to get a few hours of remote work done in the evening which also did not work at all.

This is a lovely camp with good thing to come. The manager Mike and his wife are the nicest people. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great visit. The showers and bathrooms are spotless. The parking spots are a generous size and the hooks ups are well placed. They also have the cabins if you need them. If you are going to Benson AZ this is the place to stay. Highly recommend.

I always get my propane refilled here, they're extremely friendly and helpful. It's always quiet, clean and especially easy to get to.
