Grass sites are in bad shape. It’s mostly dirt and dead grass. New fire pits are great and the facilities were in good shape.

Loved the hot tubs and family activites as well as the text reminders of what is going on. The kids loved it as well as my husband and I. It rained a lot and the hot tub was the BEST!! So CLEAN!! The man who maintains them was so friendly and took pride it what he does and it showed. We will be returning with friends next year, Thanks for a great weekend!

10-7 quiet time was great. Campground personal we’re polite and friendly. Campsites are crammed together, barely enough room when sliders are out. Dirt roads, dirt campsites, old splintered tables, dirt turns to mud, and causes another issue to deal with, such as car washes. Trucks parking sideways on the grass/ dirt. Making it impassable with a big rig. Could have had the same experience on BLM

It rained heavily, which KOA doesn’t control. What KOA can work on is the roads got very muddy and stayed muddy for a couple days. Needs paving or some work on drainage or both. This is a very family oriented park with lots of activities for children. Downside is children were playing loudly up and down the street well after 10pm. Suggest staff “sweep” the park right before 10 to enforce qui

Sites and activities for small kids are outstanding. Bathrooms and showers are a detractor. Lock units for doors are very problematic and we had to use the "reset" feature every single time. Bathroom cleanliness was poor. Showers suffer from smell of mildew from curtains, curtains were too long for the showers. Virtually no ventilation in restroom/shower. Shops right next door, huge bonus.

The campground was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I love all of the outdoor activities there for families to build memories together. Our grandson particularly loved playing miniature golf over and over and over.

The dip at the entrance is hard on vehicles. The gravel in the pull through could be packed more and level. Put people with animals in an area so those that don't have animals don't have to hear the barking all day.

We always enjoy Staying at Bear Lake KOA. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have is to have staff wander around and remind campers their music shouldn’t be heard outside of your own space. We dealt with two groups that played music above the acceptable limit.

I had a 26ft trailer with towing vehicle. The site was very narrow and barely long enough to move forward to adjust for the power box, so I was unable to operate the slide function. I noticed several people had the same problem. Sewage connection too far away from the direction of the trailer so 20ft of hose wasn't enough. The power went out so we left within 4 hrs after paying for 2 days.

The Bear Lake Marina Side KOA and it’s staff are wonderful and always very accommodating. Our stay at the KOA made our attending Raspberry Days 2022 that much more enjoyable. We have stayed at this KOA numerous times since late Summer 2021. We plan to stay again and again and again. The place is clean, comfortable and friendly. They make all the raspberry shakes you purchase in town yummier

It was a good visit except quiet hours didn't apply to the group adjacent to us. They were up past 12:30am being very loud with dogs barking. It was a group of over 20 people as well. Ruined the trip. I wish that was enforced. We came up to relax. We were so tired the next day we cut out visit short and went home. Campground was very clean and staff was very nice.

stayed there for the pool & the outdoor activities. Pool closed early every night. Once because of rain, next because they thought it was going to rain more and the last night I have no idea. There wasnt anyone in the office @730 to ask or get equipment for any of the other activities. Tried calling and left a message to see what the problem was.No return call. We stay here every year not sure now

As usual, we loved our annual visit to Bear Lake and staying at the KOA with our family. We appreciate all there is for our children to do while there. Was a bit disappointed with the condition of the laundry facility and grass this year. Hoping it improves for future visits. :)

We love the many recreational activities at the KOA including swimming, pickleball, mini-golf and more for the kids! We also love the great location for using the Bear Lake Trail, the Marina State Park, and visiting Garden City for shops and restaurants. Full hook-ups along with the very nice bathrooms and showers make it perfect for all camping levels!

The grounds need a lot of maintenance. The grass was dead and the dirt was so dry there was dust everywhere. The kid play areas need work- bricks were falling off at the mini golf. About half of the washer/driers were out of order. It was a bit disappointing, especially for the price!

Bear Lake Marina Side is our favorite KOA. We visit every year with family to enjoy all the campsite has to offer and Bear Lake. Front desk/employees are always happy and helpful! Big new grocery store is just around the corner.

We participated in a lot of the activities offered at the Koa. Swimming, tye dye, treasure and scavenger hunts, panning for gold, rented bikes. We had a great time and we will certainly return

The stay was pretty good overall. I don’t like some of the changes implemented by new ownership. The bathrooms were dirtier then I have ever seen them and there was less staff taking care of them. I don’t like the new higher fees if you want to choose your site. And I really don’t like that you can no longer put a tent on your cabin site. Very disappointed with these things.

We didn't use the park facilities much but when we did the bathrooms by the cabins we dirty and the shower shelf was slimy. The newest bathrooms the hot water didn't work. The grounds seemed to need some attention also with weeds.

We had a fabulous pull through site with a covered patio, BBQ and fire pit. The only issue we had was that we had booked our stay back in January at one rate, but when we got to the campground they charged us a higher rate. If not for the eagle eye of my brother, we would not have caught it. They did correct it and refunded us the difference so all was well.

Put us in a 30 ft spot and we have a 36 ft trailer. No where to park my truck except on part of the grass. 30 amp service asked for a 50 amp? Spot was #53. Looked like there were some nice spots in the park we just didn’t get one of them. We ended up leaving a day early.

So when I booked it was at a different rate than what I paid for so I didn't like that I was charged 45 bucks more than expected. Like the new fire pits, miss having someone escort you to your site as there were a lot of confusion. Bathhouse was super hot Mayne some fans would be good investments. But other than that nice facility.

We stay here annually, it’s well kept, people follow quiet hours well, staff friendly, however this is the second year that we had reserved a year ahead but on arrival they charged us the increased prices. Had I not noticed they just keep the amount above my reservation. This year I brought it to their attention and got a refund, but had to return for an additional $29 missed, CHECK YOUR BILL!!!

This is one of the best KOAs we've ever been to. Super clean and many amenities for the whole family. Mini golf, playground, bikes, dog park, swimming pool, wifi, fire pits and very nice outdoor furniture.
