Although it was very cold, our stay was amazing. The staff was great. Our kiddos loved the playground and pool. It was so nice to have the RV site with the hot tub. The restroom and shower rooms were well maintained. I will definitely be going again. Hopefully in warmer weather.

Went here for fathers day weekend, there is a lot of activities for the family and kids. The staff is very friendly, and do a great job maintains the sites.

We stayed at the KOA Marina Side for our annual family reunion. It is a beautiful park with all of the amenities that anyone could ask for. The close proximity of a very nice grocery store as well as Ace Hardware was a real plus. We drove our motor home but if we had known how beautiful the cabin’s were we would have just driven. We can hardly wait until next time!!!

Week have stayed here 3 times and have had a great experience each time. We love the activities for kids and camp cleanliness. However, the Rec Room has never been open during any of the 3 times we've stayed (over the past 4 years). It would be nice if it was available.

The campground is very nice and clean. There are lots of things to do. The staff are really nice.

For the most part it was a good stay. We had a couple of issues. First the air conditioner in our cabin did not work it would only blow out hot air. Second the water heater wasn’t very reliable. Sometimes the hot water would last 15 minutes sometimes it would only last 5 minutes which made it very hard as a family of 4 to shower.

This Bear Lake KOA was very organized, the staff was friendly, and the campground had fun amenities for kids!! My rear window in my truck/van shattered after I arrived and a staff member named Michael Kemp helped my work to clean it up, vacuum up the glass, and tape a black trash bag over my rear window. I was very grateful for the help and caring staff. We will definitely be coming back!!

Booked my camp site almost a year in advanced and I was jammed in the back of the park. When being im sure an early reserved i would have been up front by the playground. I’ve been spending like 800$ a year for like 6 years at this park and I won’t be back.

Beautiful, clean campground with lots of fun amenities! My kids loved mining for gems, the jumping pad, and mini golf. Having our own private hot tub was so much fun for our family! Would definitely stay here again.

+ The campground itself is great. You have enough facilities! - I had a 10 procent discount via my tour operator. Mensionted this at checking in. Later looking at my receipt there was no discount. Service is bad. We wanted a upgrade to a hottub site. The lady told it wasnt available. 2 nights in a row, 3 sites where not occupied. That felt very mislead and not welcome.

There were a couple issues that occurred multiple times throughout our stay. One was the TV, close to no channels worked. Another was the coin machine on the laundry room. A few times I had to have an employee help with the coin machine. Lots of washers and dryers didn't work. Any time I asked for help with anything the office staffed seemed very confused, chaotic and not helpful. The price is hig

We had a family reunion there, using two RV sites and two cabins and everything was phenomenal. We had a range of ages from small kids to older kids and we were so impressed with all of the activities you had available for all ages. We had a blast!! Your staff was amazing. Each staff member we came into contact with was so friendly and helpful. This is our new favorite place and we will return.

We had a great visit!! This campground is the best! The staff are very friendly and eager to help. They provide so many things to do. We used two cabins and three RV sites. Two of the RV sites had a hot tub. We loved it! We will be back next year for our extended family camping trip.

We have stayed here every year for a very long time. We will definitely come back next year. But this stay was absolutely the worst. We were given the wrong cabin. It was dirty. The sky lights make it hard to sleep the pool was milky and the bathrooms were filthy. Judy was so fun at the kids activities.

I’ve been taking my kids and grandkids here for ten years. I love all the activities they have. Most important is how clean they keep the bathrooms and showers!! The staff is always nice and helpful. If I have anything negative to say it would be how quickly the sites fill up so you have to book early or you miss out!!

My family and I had THE BEST TIME! The cabin couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone was so kind and helpful with directions. We are already trying to plan our next trip. One of my favorite things is that there were so many options for the kids to play on. And the pirate bounce party was so fun. My kids loved it! Honestly, things couldn’t have been better!

Great amenities and location but the hot water in the showers was not working the entire duration of our stay. The showers were the only amenity we actually needed/used during our stay (aside from the hook ups) so this was a bit frustrating.

Our stay was nice, amenities are awesome for the kids. Only issue is the allowance of smoking. We could not leave our door open with the screen and could not enjoy sitting outside due to site neighbors excessive smoking. Either ban it all together or go back to the 90’s rule of “smoking or non smoking” sections of the park. As kid friendly as this location is, allowing smoking is not ok.

First very confusing to park in # space, the people that cut through your camp site all-day and all night, I had left some tools on Picnic table and someone decided to help themselves , Staff not that friendly when asked about certain things they treated like you were stupid. Can't walk outside barefooted in the grass because they Nothing but sharp weeds Thistles , and some other sticker weeds.

This is one of the best KOAs we've ever been to. Super clean and many amenities for the whole family. Mini golf, playground, bikes, dog park, swimming pool, wifi, fire pits and very nice outdoor furniture.
