I was over charged by $198 Joann said it was because of the new owners, and that it was my fault because I scheduled it a year in advance. So if it is going to cost me $198 more next year we will not be staying. the bathrooms by are cabin were are all closed but one. They even asked if anyone could help fix the bathrooms. Nice area just not organized, or friendly.

We had so much fun. So many things for the kids to do in the campground. We had a fan in the cabin that was super loud and they fixed it within hours of being notified.

I think the camprground was in a great location in proximity to the lake and town. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. The only problems were the lots were very small, the "grass" tent sites were dirt with a few patches of grass, and quiet time wasn't enforced. There were people on one side of us setting off fireworks until 12:00 a.m..

Joanne and everyone on the staff both inside the office and out in the Park are TOP NOTCH. Everyone is helpful and courteous. This is amongst the best parks we have stayed at over these past six years of RVing. You can tell that all of the staff care - they keep this Bear Lake Marina Side KOA spic-n-span in great condition. Can’t wait to return.

We have talked this place up every year but was dissatisfied this time. When I said something didn’t feel they cared much. My opinion only the place is getting run down. I know help is hard to find but I feel the help was not utilized in the right way and response was a bit rude. They cared more about up coming KOA inspection than customers concerns. May not be back for a while but you are busy

I have always wanted to visit Bear Lake and this year I brought two of my grandchildren along from North Carolina for my visit. I have family in Logan and we all met at KOA and had a blast at the lake and local areas. I would highly recommend this stop on your trip if you are in the area. Book your stays at KOA, they are clean, friendly and welcoming. Enjoy the camping life, it's fabulous.

The staff was extremely helpful. Even when we needed to leave early, they were still so helpful. We loved having lots of other families that we knew staying there too. The community is fantastic and the location is fabulous.

It was fine. Cons: Lots of dust. Trucks race through the campground with no thought of all the kids playing. Play areas have little shade so they are basically useless most of the day. Pool was cloudy. Pros: the location was beautiful. Camp kitchen was very useful. Mikes market next door was awesome and had a wonderful coffee shop. Quiet hours were observed.

We stayed 2 days, never been there before. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a water hose rupture while we were away, staff turned off the water and called me on my phone to advise me of the incident. I got texts on happenings at the camp and events. I and my wife were very pleased with our stay.

We stay at many KOA and this is the first time it wasn't a GOOD experience. Our son check-in and paid the fee for his car, nothing was mentioned about where to park. Since our site had plenty of room he parked there. TWO DAYS later at 9:30PM the general manager showed up and said we can only have one parked in our site and wasn''t very nice about it. Been drinking planned on moving in the morning.

Being run under new management, the staff in the office are not friendly. Bathrooms are constantly a mess. Majority of the time there was either no hand soap or no toilet paper. We were overcharged from the price that we had originally reserved The cabins for. The only reason I gave this place three stars is because my son loves it here. There are so many kids and he loves it.

Loud & disrespectful campers at night that played music and had fights until 3:00 or 4:00 am. This happened all three nights of our stay. Very disappointing. None of us felt rested.

We’ve stayed at this KOA before & had a great time but the staff (specifically the Manager in the office) was extremely rude this time. We were shocked at the way guests were treated & talked to. We’ll find a new place to stay in the future.

Very pleasant stay, but the Cabin that they offered us for 9 people, is a lie. There is only one comfortable queen bed! The mattress of the sofa bed is horrible, you cannot sleep there, because you feel the springs of the sofa, and the three mattresses that they have in the loft, are a shame, there really is no way to sleep with pleasure, or without getting a great Back pain. It's a theft!

A lot of the bathrooms were out of order and Johann in the front desk was mean when I was requesting a refund because I was over charged.

We love this KOA. There are tons of wonderful trees. The sites are very well maintained. But..... I love Joanne (manager) the most of all. She works do hard, is always accommodating, kind,warn, welcoming, professional, and just outstanding. Please give her a raise. She is irreplaceable.

Unsanitary bathroom conditions, bordering on health crisis. BATHROOMS were NEVER clean! Used tampons on the floor. Poop on floors and toilets. No toilet paper. No paper towels. NO hot water!! Shower took 10-15 mins to get warm from ICE COLD. NO customer service! Rudest staff, don’t answer phones OR HANG UP ON YOU. I overheard staff talking about how they weren’t even being paid. We stayed in spots 82 and 83. There were nice shade trees. The facility is very well maintained and family oriented. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool and jumping pillow. The sites are spacious and easy to access. It’s also great to have Ace Hardware and Mike’s grocery so close. I’m sure we will return.

The campground was clean and ready to go when we got there. This is our 10th year staying at this KOA and we enjoy it every time. The staff is friendly and helpful and there’s always plenty of fun stuff for the kids to do.

Wow, the sites with the private hot tub are amazing! All staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed the pool and mini golf a lot. My only minor complaint is that some sites had trucks sticking out too far, so getting our big class A out was a bit of a challenge. We will be back for sure!

our stay was great. we like the koa marina for the amenities they offer. we started our stays with little kids and now have teenagers and there is always something to do. we love the mini golf and this year rented ebikes. we love the improvements that are constantly being made.

Love Bear Lake Koa Marina side. The property is clean, organized, and fun activities. The employees are top notch and provide excellent customer service. By far one of my favorite KOA camp locations! Thank you for being an awesome crew every time!!

If we had kids I would probably given better review. We are older and wanted to peace and quite but this is not the place for that. Made the best of it. Dusty and no grass.

This is one of the best KOAs we've ever been to. Super clean and many amenities for the whole family. Mini golf, playground, bikes, dog park, swimming pool, wifi, fire pits and very nice outdoor furniture.
