Hosts are great and very helpful. The multie activities they put together for a weekend are amazing. The facility is in a beautiful area and is clean and well maintained.

The campground felt a little rundown and needing an update. Our site #7 was so close to our neighbors we had to pull out trailer forward in the site so we could sit behind our trailer - not enough room next to it (under the awning). It was nice to be able to walk right to the beach, and all the employees were very friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Though high bank waterfront, access to the beach was great. Easy drive south to Long Beach if you want to see the ocean in action. For sake of planning, if you need items from a major supermarket or gas, stop in Raymond or Long Beach areas, other than the KOA store services are pretty limited in the immediate area.

This was our second time staying at this location. It has become our favorite. The kids love the path to the water and the playground and activities. It is beautiful and quiet.

We had a nice walk on the beach , placed shells to secure our safe passage. Nice break from 100 degree temps inland

Loved our stay. New owners have made this place so much more enjoyable. And they have a fabulous lady managing the place...Chrissy! She made us feel so welcome and she's super friendly! A breath of fresh air! The only person I miss from previous owners is Phoenix! She was just like Chrissy...super friendly a d customer oriented. Love and miss you Phoenix!

This is a lovely place. What it doesn’t provide as to a pool or spa it provides to family. Cell and WiFi is sporadic so if you want to get away from it all. Here it is. They have family activities. Oyster farmer Steve to try oysters. Movies. Tie dye. I love this place.

The staff was fantastic! They had lots of events that were fun for adults and kids. The beach aces was perfect and the campsite was very nice with lots of space. I also really appreciated the text reminders for events and info that the staff sent while we were staying there.

We expected that water would be available at each campsite. This KOA was very peaceful and quiet.

Small campground but very nice. The staff went out of their way to engage campers in the group activities. And they were very gracious when a dufus arrived a week earlier than her reservation, cheerfully looking for (and finding) a spot for her!

No power, noisy neighbor.

We have checked the power to that site and found nothing wrong. Our quiet time at 10PM. Our staff does regular checks in the evenings to make sure everyone is respecting the other guests. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum. We are sorry your stay was not to your standards.

This is my 1s stay in a cabin. I went by your website amenities to know what to bring. When I got there, there was no coffee pot in the room as indicated and no propane grill. I did not bring a coffee maker because it said there was one. And then, when there wasn't, I got charged $2 for a cup of coffee. As much as I paid for the cabin, it should have been provided as indicated on the site.

Way over priced! $110/night weekends, $100/ night mid week. MUD, MUD when it rains. A long way to anything, 30-45 minutes to any town. Bay Center has 1 cafe that's up for sale but the fish is good. Avoid this campground, go to Long Beach instead.

We are sorry the large 50 AMP full hook up pull through site you reserved was not to your expectations. We can not do anything about our location, but we feel that it makes us special, as nice place to get away from everything. The closest town, South Bend, is only 20 minutes from our location

Prices for All KOA’s have gone up way too much. Even the Premier Resorts average $50-$75 per night for their “delux” spots. The folks at this KOA are wonderful and warm and welcoming. Just wish the prices were more reasonable.

The honor system with the firewood was great, loved the activities, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and the camp staff were friendly and professional.

Kind Staff, Quiet Grounds, Fun Activities. Playground & Recreational (Rental) Equipment could use an update and bathrooms needed a bit more attention. Overall, a good experience.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Clamming was a blast! Great little camp store that literally had everything we needed. Fun little tricycles to rent for the kids. Just not much to do at the campground or nearby, so I wouldn’t recommend staying a week like we did. We’d definitely come back for a night or two however.

Employees are great! Friendly and helpful. This isn’t a fancy resort, but it is clean and has nice play areas for dogs and kids.

It's really shameful to charge such prices. The internet service is truly catastrophic. I had to use wifi to work...The tent sites are really very small

We are sorry that the WIFI was not to your expectations. Our wifi is good for checking emails and a quick search. Not for streaming or downloading. We are a very remote location and our options are limited, however we are working on improving this.

What a lovely campground! Lots of trees, plenty of space between sites. Very quiet and relaxing. Host were very friendly. We'll be back in the future.

We had a great time!! The jumping pad was a fantastic addition, and moving the lawn games over there too!! Only suggestion, combine a few tent sites to make site’s larger. Thanks again for another wonderful time

Great park. Friendly staff. Grandkids seem to enjoy the outside activities. Isolated which is good if you bring enough food items. Nearest store is 14 miles.

We spent 9 days here and had a fantastic time. The site is really well maintained and Steve and his team are so friendly and welcoming. There were some great activities for adults and kids and the beach access is an added bonus. Spotless facilities and a nice onsite shop for smaller groups essentials. Fabulous site and Steve and team rock! One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed at.

Host and staff are top notch. Campground clean and easy to find. Only complaint is stairs to beach are STEEP! We could not get to beach due to them. Very quiet and peaceful.

We booked in the evening at the last minute & Brian & Erica were so great & accommodating! We were out of town & on our way home, then needed a place for the night. They have excellent customer service, they got us a cabin ready & showed us where the trail to the bay was. Everything was nice & clean! Beautiful campground! We really appreciated a nice place after a long trip & they were just great! The Wilson's

Very amazing KOA site! Very peaceful and very dog friendly site! We absolutely loved it there! Stayed at Deluxe Cabin K6 . Very nice!!! Highly recommended!!!!! We definitely be back! Amazing management Brian and his lovely wife!

Stayed overnight on 04/03/24 in a cabin with two kids, 8 &13. Super attentive and friendly hosts with on-site store and other amenities. Clam rakes, available for rental are completely worth it, as we caught our limits in about 30 minutes and enjoyed a luxury dinner in no time. It was our first time raking clams and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful with tips (over 15 years old need to get a license off-site). Cabin was cozy and clean. Had a fantastic time. We'll definitely be back.
