    The campsites were spacious and can accommodate any size rig. They were clean and pretty level. Pool, splash park was nice. Did not use bath house or laundry. The river access was less than expected. The river deck needs attention so that you could sit and enjoy watching the river.

    KOA park as well as the bathrooms were very clean. Hope to be back in the near future.

    Great people in the office and the restrooms and large air conditioned laundry room were clean and comfortable. The park was laid out nicely and there was plenty of grass for dogs. Lots of wildlife too. I would definitely go back if in the area.

    Our cabin and the entire campground was spotless! The large porches on the cabins was relaxing and the fire pit areas were perfect and safe!!! The only thing I would change is to have a regular sized coffee pot in the cabins if you have more than 1 coffee drinker in the group.

    Beautiful place and perfect for little ones my 2 year old son loved playing at the playground and the splash pad.. very clean and organized and spacious I was able to back in my 40ft camper with ease

    Staff great and helpful. Put us in a shady site that had deer entertain us all evening. Baths exceptional! Cleaned during overnight hours. Kudos to these owners for being so considerate.Some highway noise but not bad.

    This is the second time I have stayed at the KOA campgrounds. The Staff and campground were above and beyond expectations.

    This KOA has several pros: level concrete spaces many with trees, very clean showers and bath house, a shaded K-9 area, a nice pool area, and easy access to the main highway. It also has a few cons: it is right next to the main highway so the traffic noise is present 24-7, entering from the west the big yellow campground sign is after the entrance, the fishing deck needs much repair.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our first time stay at your campground. We especially liked the large paved and level sites. This was our maiden voyage and everything was great. We will definitely come again.

    We had a great site with shade trees and could see wild deer roaming in the pasture next to the campground. The showers and restrooms were clean and well stocked. And the manager was extremely nice and accommodating.

    The highway noise is unbearable for tent camping. The bathrooms were clean and really nice, but the showers have mold in bottoms of them. Needs to be fixed ASAP

    Just wanted a spot to rest overnight after a hectic day dealing with a blowout on the trailer. People at front were cheery and helpful. Park was clean and well kept. I will stay here if in Bastrop again.

    We chose the Bastrop KOA for our maiden voyage in our RV. Elizabeth stopped by shortly after we arrived to make sure we knew how to hook up everything and see if we had any questions. Later, Darryl gave us some wonderful "don't do this" hints which kept us from making some rookie mistakes. The campground is gorgeous and our pups loved the dog park! We can't wait to go back!!! Thanks so much!

    This fantastic campground is very clean, great location on the Colorado River just off of the Hwy. Daryl and Elizabeth are wonderful to their guests. We will definitely be back.

    Excellent overnight stay. That days host stopped by to chat Thought the rates for a pull through were a tad high, I would have expected 40 to 42 at max. Despite price, will be back come early fall.

    Excellent KOA. Very clean and convenient to surrounding area. Campsite pads are very level and hookups are in excellent condition. Only negative is the proximity to the highway and highway noise.
