Je suis très déçue d’avoir reçu mes confirmations de réservations en anglais . De plus lors de notre départ Dimanche, je n’avais pas reçu de courriel mentionnant que nous ne pouvions pas quitter avant 11h malgré le fait que la préposée à la sortie nous a mentionné d’un ton plus qu’ordinaire qu’elle avait envoyé un courriel à tout le monde . Very nice place. The roads in are 8% grade at least. The road inside, is 14% with speed bumps on it. Once on top, very beautiful views. Nice sites will be fantastic when trees mature.

4 belles journée de plaisir avec les enfants. Le personnel etait très courtois. Bon service. Les enfants ont adorés joué dans la piscines, les jeux d'eau et la trampoline. Le chalet 6 personnes était parfait pour nous 4. Nous y retourneront l'an prochain.

Un beau terrain, bien situé, avec des installations supérieures. Très propre, gens accueillants et attentionnés. Parfait pour les familles. Il y a cependant un irritant majeur, le passe-temps des adolescents est la parade en kart de golf. Il en passe continuellement et avec les bruit des pneus sur la gravelle, ça devient carrément dérangent. Je vais recommander votre camping mais!!!!!

Our first time at this campground, at first I didn’t know what to expect as I was looking at the very steep grade we had to climb up. After we got settled, it’s very windy at the top. The site we were on was quite large but couldn’t fit the truck in only on an angle, we have a fourty two foot fifth wheel. Laundry facilities are reasonable but two washers were down. Wifi was an extra charge.

Le terrain des tentes n’était pas assez spacieux pour recevoir notre tente comme on voulait, le sol n’était aussi aplatit qu’il le fallait pour bien dormir et ne pas se réveiller avec des mals de dos..! 2- trop d’insectes dans le coin et de toutes les sortes..! Surtout quand les jardiniers travaillaient les terrains à côté, cela faisait enrager les insectes et se dirigeaient directe

Vraiment beau camping, très grand espace pour chaque roulotte, bien aménagé. Précautions à prendre car beaucoup de vent, attention à vos auvents et accessoires de camping. Bel accueil des préposés, courtois . Site paysager à couper le souffle, lac, montagnes, etc. Seul point négatif, CART de golf qui se promène après la noirceur, nous étions au I23, et je me pensais sur une autoroute

Propreté impeccable, accueil chaleureux et une employée pour nous guider jusqu'à notre terrain.Vue panoramique imprenable quoi demander de mieux.ce KOA se retrouve dans mes tops 10 un incontournable si vous visitez le Bas St-Laurent.Un gros Merci.

Les emplacements de camping et les installations sanitaires sont super. Les activités sont limitées et les installations sont corrects. Il pourrait y avoir de l'animation pour les enfants.

We have camped at many excellent KOA locations across North America. Bas St Laurent is outstanding. Every possible amenity is provided, the staff was terrific and very helpful with my limited understanding of French. Super clean in an amazing setting with views of the lake and ski hill.

We had a sudden death in the family, you wouldn’t even give us any refund, what’s so ever. Customer service is a forgotten art, at this campground. We understand that you are in business to make money, but no refund, for 5 day of camping we couldn’t use, due to our loss of a family member, really shows, your greed. Dorothy

We thank the staff for being bilingual. Our French is pretty rusty. The sites are quite clean and the campground is quiet. The garbage area needs to be cleaned up as it is a mess.

Très beau camping, très propre, personnels très accueillante, parcontre être pogner à aller chercher des bracelet inutile à tout les jours que personne vérifie et de plus c'est très loin de tout rien à faire dans les alentours et extrêmement venteux le lac est pas navigable.

Endroit très venteux. Déçu de nous avoir fait enlever notre tapis disant qu’il n’était pas conforme. Avec la pluie, c’était très désagréable de ne pas avoir notre tapis. Après avoir fait beaucoup de camping, c’était la première fois qu’on nous exigeait ce désagrément.

Great laundry and shower facilities! Kids loved the pool! I appreciated that there was a lifeguard. We were pretty disappointed about the jumping pillow being broken. At our campsite the mosquitoes were unbearable! Worst we’ve ever experienced and would not pick that site again. Also, we were across the highway from the toilets, which was hard with kids.

We arrived late at night and found 3 envelopes in the bin but no indication which one I should take. Without realizing it, I took the one for tent camping and we found ourselves driving our RV down that winding road in the dark. Then we had to drive it again to get back to the gate. Since we had paid ahead, I don’t know why you couldn’t have left an envelope with our name on it as other camps

The facility is nice and most the sites have a very nice of you. The staff is also nice and helpful. Unfortunately in spite of the staffs efforts the Wi-Fi is very poor quality. It frequently kicks you off the Wi-Fi and It took me one day to get on the Wi-Fi even with the help of the staff. I work remotely during my travels and found this to be very frustrating.

A beautiful and well kept property. Great views. Quiet setting. However, two concerns: 1) staff did not know how to apply KOA points against the cost of our stay so we paid full price. 2) The garbage drop off area was disappointingly filthy.

The view was incredible. Amenities were also great. The staff was very friendly and although my ability to speak French was poor, their English was enough to exchange the required information with confidence. I wish our site was closer to the amenities for the kids, but otherwise the stay was perfect.
