It’s a very convenient stop on our way home to the central coast, but we prefer asphalt or cement pads, this campground is all dirt. The showers were nice, the toilets disgusting. Staff very friendly, was super quiet, no partying or barking dogs.

Easy access from I-15. Level sites. Nice laundry faculty. We arrived very early at 11:00. Amber in the office graciously accommodated us for an early check-in. Would recommend. We are full-time RVers pulling a 45-foot toyhauler. Easy access to sites.

Again, not a fan of sand n gravel pads! Basic wood picnic table, basic bbq. Bathroom showers need a GOOD cleaning with bleach. Pink mold in shower, no beach to sit on after shower. + …very nice shade trees!

We stayed here two nights on our way to Monterrey. Both nights went well. The facilities were good, and the staff fine. There is little to do in Barstow proper it’s mostly just the first significant town on the west side of the Mojave Desert, but it’s convenient because of that.

The camping sites were very nice and private! The laundry room was very dirty and the highway noise was extreme. It was very close to Calico Ghost Town which was nice.

Pricey for this aged and dusty park. It is right off the freeway with lots of associated road noise. Staff not friendly or informative. Pull through slot was very short. Sewer was forward in the slot making for a difficult hookup with a trailer.

Nous avions réservé un emplacement de RV depuis plusieurs semaines. Quand nous sommes arrivés vers 15h30 on nous a attribué le plus mal placé des emplacements ( soleil le matin, soleil l'après midi donc pas d'ombre possible) alors que d'autres emplacements étaient libres et mieux placés. Apres discussion avec la réceptionniste ,nous avons obtenu un changement.

There were horrible winds/sandstorms during our stay. I have a lung disease and am on oxygen. We decided for health reasons to leave early and gave the person at the desk just under 48 hours notice. The person was very abrupt, pointed to a sign over the computer saying "No Refunds for any Reason" and was very dismissive in her attitude. We decided to just take the loss and leave early anyway.

Stated 1 night on way north. Campground was very clean and quiet, but then it is April. Staff very friendly and helpful. If staying more than one night, would have checked out the Calico mine. Would stay again.

Many changes and improvements since we stayed ten years ago. A few items are showing some of repair but a fine KOA.

Toilets were not clean. Certain people did not clean up after their pets. Poop everywhere. The employees were really nice.

It is a very good place to stay when you are on the way to Joshua tree NP. The heatet Pool ans the hot tubs are very nice. The restrooms and showers are very clean! Why 4 and Not 5…..toilettes and showers were partly out of order and the shop didn‘t offer very much.

I booked after hours and when I arrived we had no site number or information packet. We did not know where to park and set up. We had to find an empty site ourselves.

Nice campground, great spots but outer bathrooms need attention and cleaning. Outdoor sink needs repair.

This is the third time I have stayed here. The sites are large, all hook ups work, good amenities, and super good wifi. I will return.

Great park! Very clean and well maintained. They have alot of activities for the kids to keep them entertained. Wanted to visit Calico Ghost town but time restraints did not allow it. Had dinner at Peggy Sue's diner and what a blast from the past that was! Food was excellent. If you are ever in the area I highly recomend Peggy Sue's as a must stop. We will certainly be back!

Staff friendly and helpful. Sites are close but divided by landscaping. Only complaint is the cable TV….very limited channels and no national major channels (ABC, CBS, NBC). Over the air/antenna impossible unless you are in certain sites and get lucky with direction of the wind!

Loved this place! Clean and well maintained. And, this is huge for me, the BEST WIFI I’ve EVER had at ANY RV park, let alone KOA! I’m usually very frustrated with the poor WiFi, and turn it off and use data if it’s available. Your 5G was perfect, and we were in the back of the park! Special kudos! Get all the KOA’s to this standard! Oh, staff were uber friendly!

3rd or 4th time in the last year n half. Always accommodating and helpful with any questions I may have. Park is exceptionally clean and bathrooms in great condition

Large pull in sites. Clean and quiet park. Close to Calico Ghost Town and off road 4x4 park. Easy on and off the Freeway. Motorhomes can be re-fueled just up the road.

Nice campground with a huge dog park. Very convenient stop. Site was Clean and staff was friendly. Would stay here again.
