Stayed in deluxe cabin….very nice accommodations. Would have been good to know there was no bedding on bunk beds, only 2 towels for 4 people & no washcloth.

Cabin and outside patio and seating very nice, Bed was OK, needs new pillows as the ones there are flat and hard. Soap for shower, shampoo and a hair dryer would make the stay more comfortable.

Easy check in, friendly staff and clean facilities. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, roomy and nice it was. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to stay again.

Our cabin slept 5 people & were only allowed 2 shower towels, when I asked for 2 more, I was told they didn't have extras for us. The lady at the front desk was not friendly & seemed annoyed anytime I had a question. Our cabin smelt like sewer & none of the kitchen items were clean. Our hot water ran out within 3 minutes of showering. All tv channels were staticky & the blankets were disgusting.

We rented a cabin for family and an RV site for us. First time renting cabin and it exceeded our expectations. We come here often and have never been disappointed. Thank you to Amber for always being so hospitable to us from the first phone call to book, to check in and out. Also, Thank you to the staff for all their hard work keeping everything clean.

The property was great. We rented a cabin for one night. The surroundings were very comfortable and we loved the porch and the patio and the view of the landscape. It was quiet and clean as well. This location does not provide wash cloth but they did provide towels. So just bring your own. We will stay again if the need arises.

Not a single thing was missed! We rented the deluxe cabin for 5 people and 2 nights. The staff was diligent from the beginning with a checklist to make sure lights, air conditioning, fan, and running water worked. We had plenty of t.p. and they delivered a fire ring via golf cart to our campsite. Our microwave was clean, we had clean mugs for K-cup coffee in the morning. High recommendations!

We stayed in the caboose and loved the experience! It was clean and the grounds were well maintained. We used the laundry facilities, pool, and both bathrooms. We would absolutely stay there again if we ever come back to the area.

The Kampground cabin my dog and myself stayed in was great! but being so close to freeway not so great. The noise from roads especially in pool area was distracting and couldnt hear music that was piped in..oh well We took 2 daily walks thru out kampground was very nice and the fence dog area a plus plus..so he could do his business.

The little cabin was the perfect home for the night with the temperatures over 100 degrees. The only issues were that it could have used a bit more cleaning before I arrived (it was a little dusty) and the water pressure was quite poor (not enough to get the water to move up to the shower head). But I was VERY happy to have a cool place to lay my head for the night.

So helpful in every way. I needed a referral to a dr while there, I got THE BEST dr. The staff drove me to my appointments while on her days off. They gave me a late check out when the Dr appointment was longer than expected. I was travelling solo and would have been in dire straits. Just the most amazing staff.

Our camping cabin was great!!! The staff was amazing! Thank you Penny!! The laundry room was horrible!! Only 4 washers working out of 10… .3 dryers out of 7…owner, please care about us members who pay to stay, drive long distances, need our laundry done! All the staff was extremely polite and helpful to us. We enjoyed the beautiful air-conditioned cabins which were fully stocked, overlooking the desert. Coffee in cabin was so appreciated. Fun arts and crafts for the family & game room. My husband and son were happy to make use of the pool. It was very hot in July and pool was super refreshing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay !

We stayed one night in the caboose. My kids had a lot of fun sleeping in it. I liked that it was close to the bathroom, play ground, and pool. It also had it's own private gated out door area with tables wich helped busy kids get outside, but stay close by. The KOA employees were very nice and helpful during our stay.

Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful! We called a few times before our arrival to ask questions and Penny cheerfully answered all of our questions. At check-in, Amanda was incredibly welcoming to us and was a familiar face whenever we stopped by the gift shop. The grounds were well-managed and had many amenities that I didn't expect- a pool, game room, and playground. Wonderful stop!

We absolutely loved it . The facilities were well mantained. The staff very friendly and helpful. I definitely will be returning to Barstow KOA. We didnt want to leave, it was like home away from home but much more serene and peaceful.

We had a great time but were disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabins. The cabins were $150/night & they were not clean. There was a huge glob of toothpaste left from the previous campers in the bathroom sink. There was a dead moth up on the upper kitchen shelf. There was a cleaning rag left up on the shelf where the clothes hang. The sand pit at the pool had some animal poop.

Water in cabin shower either flows super hot or ice cold (by itself)..was pretty frustrating and hotel across the freeway sounded good for a minute, but I do love this koa and the kids do too! All the staff is so nice and the grounds are safe, but the cabins need a little love, ours was $158 a night and a nice hot/regulated shower would have been great. We had all 5 cabins this trip, c5 was ours

Amanda was the cashier who helped us and she was extremely rude. She made insulting comments under her breath about us, because she was not able to work the cashier correctly, which had nothing to do with us as the customer. We love going to the Barstow KOA, but people like Amanda ruined our visit. Management needs to keep an eye on her, as I'm sure this wasn't her first time or last.

Large pull in sites. Clean and quiet park. Close to Calico Ghost Town and off road 4x4 park. Easy on and off the Freeway. Motorhomes can be re-fueled just up the road.
