Very nice yet the cost didn't permit me a stay as long as i would have liked. I am fortunate that KOA does afford opportunities to stay and use discounts, special deals and such. Yes, I saved my points to have this time away at less cost and had a very good, welcoming, comfortable stay. I will save and definitely plan to return again. Thank you

Great spot, amazing services, clean restrooms and showers. So close to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Regular kids’ programming. An amazing KOA!!

Perfect location without all the hassle of downtown Bar Harbor. Convenient to have the shuttle which allows dogs too. I only wish there had been a pool to use too.

Great location on the water. Well maintained facilities. Friendly staff. Need more than 3 showers for the facility. Laundry room needs a quarter machine. Fix your washing machines and dryers!! Too many out of order!

This was our first stay in a KOA park. We had some reservations because of the price, but feel it was worth what we paid. So many amenities and we felt like we were in a resort with room service! We loved that the garbage was picked up at our site, the Lobster Trap Cafe, and our beautiful oceanfront site.

We have been staying annually or more for years. The improvements are noticed and improve your campground. The only issue is some folks have too many dogs. One person walking five dogs. Several others with three. Many left outside in pens unsupervised. While we get to listen to barking with every bird or passing dog. It’s not a deal breaker, just a growing, and unchecked, nuisance. Thank you for a great stay! The campground and facilities were spotless and well manicured. We loved sitting in Adirondack chairs and watching the sunset over the bay and even got to see a couple of seals. Close proximity to Acadia National park and downtown. So much to see and do!

The whole staff and Mike the manager we’re exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They took our concerns seriously and dealt with them in a very quick and timely manor. The WIRELESS INTERNET is improving steadily yearly and seems a positive work in progress. There is No Cable TV service there anymore, so it is excellent that they are trying to address the laggy slow internet streaming issues.

A very nice campground close to the water. The premium sites and waterfront sites are somewhat close together but that’s understandable since everyone wants to be near the water. All of our campground neighborhoods were friendly and the quiet hours are respected.

I think it is overpriced. I knew before coming it was sea water and more like a cove but the stench while the tide is out is pretty bad. We had waterfront but really didn’t have access to the water through the many grasses which I understand are necessary just should be considered in the price. That being said the grounds and the staff were impeccable. Price for our site should be lower thoug

We booked a delightful campsite on the bay; worth the extra $. Clean restrooms, great laundry facilities. Convenient to Acadia NP. We were only able to stay overnight; we’ll be back.

Fantastic campground on the ocean cove, premium site by waters edge, watched the tide and gorgeous sunsets!! Great leaping off point for Arcadia National Park and Bar HARBOR sightseeing! The staff were attentive and having on site lobster and other food a huge bonus! Thanks

The facilities are very clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Campers are respectful and quiet. The best part is the Lobstah guy!! We ate the freshest most tender Lobster right at the campground! No lines, no waiting and very reasonable prices.

Overall, it is a great campground in an awesome location. Restrooms and showers were great. Loved the onsite lobster and live music on Sunday. Only downside was that my site was in standing water after a hard rain. Credit to the wonderful staff who scrambled to drain the water as best they could. Bottom line is that I would absolutely stay here again. Ps they have fantastic sites for big rigs

Our first visit to Bar Harbor was amazing. The KOA was very, very nice. Clean facilities, wonderful staff and being right on the water made it even more memorable. We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely beautiful campground! We were near the bathroom facilities and also very close to the ocean. There were many beautiful ocean view sites. The dog park was a good size and very clean. The entire campground was very clean! The location was just right. It is close to the Bar Harbor center, Schoodic point loop road and Cadillac Mt. these are the places we were interested in visiting!

The staff was great, very accommodating. The facilities clean. I choose not to rate. This campground is very nicely manicured and presentable but when I want to go to a campground I'm looking be in the woods and not right next to my neighbors. The rate I paid for a NOS I shouldn't have to hear my neighbors or theiranimals. I was very disappointed in the layout of this facility.

It was uneventful which is always good. We needed a new transfer switch put in and the KOA provided nes and we had the repair made. There is a free shuttle system which we used and it was fantastic. Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Oceanside KOA and will definitely go back again! Very friendly staff and clean bathrooms and views of the ocean were beautiful. We only wish that our site (104) had been level.

Very nice KOA right on the water. Stayed 5 nights and chose a site with sewer, so we weren't able to see the water from our site. Next time may book ocean site and pay for honey wagon service. The wind was always blowing along the shore though. Acoustic duo Him & Her on Sunday night was fantastic. Only complaint is the wood we bought from KOA was wet and would not burn. A pool would be nice.

Love this campground. The staff is super helpful. The little cafe has good food and the lobstah roll is our favorite!!! Even though we have no children, we enjoy the activities for the kids as it just makes the place happy!! Especially love to watch the fellow that drives the train car in the evening. He looks like he’s having even more fun than the laughing children!�

Stayed at an Oceanside Cabin during our Acadia explorations. We were very impressed with these accommodations and the view of the water. Taking one star off for the noisy road right by these cabins. The rest of the campground was peaceful and lovely. You'd think for the price we were paying the noise would have been minimal.
