We wanted to take our rig out for a one day stay and banning KOA was near by.We didn’t make reservations because when we called they said they had plenty of open sites. While we were checking in we looked around the office for snacks but there were none we were told there is a market 1/2 mile up the road. So we went and got our stuff there. The site was clean be prepared before you go.

Clubhouse closes at 4:30pm. No activities. Tons of large black ants in the dog park. Lots of gopher holes in dog park. Worst part was as night near the tree on our space tons of large brown cockroaches. Couldn’t let dogs out in grass area near our space. Grass needed cutting in our space. A plus, the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and modern. This is more of a lontermers part, not the usual

Easy to book, late check-in is so convenient and makes for a less stressful trip. Grounds were very clean and the public bathroom-shower room was very nice and clean and upgraded! Love it

We stayed for a week although it was very hot out it was a lot of fun. Banning has a wonderful fireworks on the 4th. We stayed here many times and the staff as been fantastic!

Really nice campground. Facilities are top-notch but the morning we left some of the patrons had completely messed up the bathroom but that is not really the fault of the campground but perhaps more frequent cleaning schedules could resolve this. The store could have more stock as well but that is inconsequential.

This was a great getaway. Facilities were clean, and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to trim some of the lower branches on the trees that cover the spots. (The shade was amazing, but some of the lower branches were scraping the tops of some of the larger Class As that were there as they pulled in and out.) I'll be back - this was an awesome hidden location!

every thing was fine,but upon arrival another camper was in our assigned spot which was quickly resolved just moved us to the next space it all worked out as we settled in for a night of rest...this is a clean nice place to camp will return sometime in the future!!

There was a sewer spill in the site next to us that had never been cleaned up in a tree that was removed in our site with a big hole that you could fall into

We had a quiet night, and I feel this location is good for a quick stop. The property is old and there are many full timers with giant messes at their sites. Halg the place looks more like a trailer park rather than a KOA campground. The transient sites are clean and taken care of, and the front office area looks squared away. The rest of the place needs some work.

Pleasant, quiet, no complications, the hook ups are all reliable, the space I had was perfect for my comfort. The location is excellent. Welcoming committee in the office is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient as well as having a wonderful Scottish accent. I look forward to returning.

Nice park that is conveniently located to Palm Springs, outlet mall and casino. Hosts are very accommodating. The tree covered space that we had was very nice and wide. Would recommend. Good for a stop along the way too.

We wanted a short trip close to home and we had a beautiful RV Van. The Banning site was new to us and we were pleasantly surprised to hear the Lavender Festival was taking place through July. We rode our E-bikes there and locked them up and had fun! Three days was short considering we are picking up and dropping off an RV rental, so we have learned to add a day to enjoy the area. Great learning.

This is our third or fourth stay at this location. Thank you to the staff for leaving the well-prepared arrival envelope on the office door. The campsite was clean and everything worked properly. The electrical cover was broken at site 65, but the power worked normally. Deducted one star for no soap for handwasing in the bathrooms near the sinks and one of the urinals was out of service.

This park has seen better days and service continues to be reduced. Trash dumpsters are disappearing. We stay here because of its location, nothing else. This time there was a large group of kids’ softball families, which can tend to be rowdy and loud, but this group nightly played loud music and cackled and drank until 2 am. Why no oversight for the sake of other guests? We should have left.

Park was nice. The grounds were upkept and I always saw someone working around the park. Office was clean and staff was pleasent. Swimming pool is decent. Not much else for children to do while there. I noticed quite of few rigs coming and going. Just there for a day or two. Those I spoke with were retired and traveling. Stopping at this park for a couple days and then get back on the road

Great place for an overnight stay. Absolutely NO road noise as with many KOAs. Exceptionally clean bathrooms and exceptionally clean and neat park.

The camp site was way to small for an RV of any size. I made reservations for a 36ft MH with slides and the site I was given was good for a tent and that is about it.

Really bad experience! The quiet time is not respected. Kids were playing, screaming and running their bikes into ours and other people’s sites until midnight. Loud music and adults screaming around campfires kept us awake until 2 am. If there is security, they do not enforce the quiet time. We told management and they didn’t seem to care much.

The location was in a quiet and safe area with easy access off the freeway. The campground was clean & tidy. The maintenance crew work very hard to make sure the campground is prefect for their guests to enjoy.

Some spots looked nice but ours was not level and had no place to park out towed vehicle. Seemed better suited for smaller rigs.

Several trees throughout the park were not trimmed. Large branches hanging down too low for a tall fifth wheel to pass under without hitting. Sites were not even close to being level which made it difficult to level the RV.

Beautiful camp. The showers are clean, but there is only one hook for your stuff. You need to bring a waterproof bag to keep your stuff dry. Friendly staff.

While we had minimal interaction with staff, communication was excellent and all of the facilities were very clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated the little dog park.

Office hours are limited compared to other KOAs, and their store has VERY limited supplies, and doesn’t even have a lot of the basics. Facility is clean and staff was nice, good place if you’re staying for a night or maybe two tops or if you don’t plan on spending much time there during your stay.

This place is a dream come true when you've done this long enough to know other parks aren't so clean and the neighbors. Oh my goodness I love them all. I'm kinda shocked at how everyone keeps to themselves it's perfect. Also why are the past people complaining about over vegetation. I wish all the trees and bushes could take over my trailer cause in the summer who cares about the ants. It's heat I'm worried about. Other than that I've been here long enough to know this is my home. No complaints.

Quiet out of the way and about a mile off of the 10 Fwy. Conveniently close to stores, fuel, etc. Most sites are pull-thru. Some have fire pits, raised bbq grills, gravel parking, grass on either side, with full hook-ups. There's a pool for the summer months. A child playground. A small fenced dog park. Frisbee golf, as well as horse shoes. The KOA store doesn't have a lot of food and drinks in it, but it does have some RV items if needed. We were here from Mon - Fri. The weather was nice in early April.

We had an emergency repair at our apartment that we unfortunately had to vacate for the duration of the repair; and my baby is getting over a cold so spreading germs somewhere indoors isn't cool. Plus tight budget so a hotel on such short notice would have been $$$$$. Fortunately; I discovered this place with a few minutes of googling. We were super excited and didn't realize check-in wasn't until 2PM, we arrived roughly before 11AM. The very friendly lady in the office was so accommodating and still allowed us access despite being 3 hours early, and assigned us to our space. Initial impression is that this place is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. We got comfortable pretty quickly and I would definitely visit here again just for fun! And the wifi was very stable and surprisingly fast, considering that it was free! PROS: Pet friendly, Playground, Dog run, Free wi-fi, Quiet, Very clean restrooms and shower area, Grounds well maintained, Fire pits, Plenty to do and explore, Located in a good area, Pool available during summer season! CONS: Honestly, nothing at all. We had no issue during our stay and everybody was very friendly.
