The women’s bathroom smelled like cigarettes and was not cleaned the entire time we were there. 5 days. The same stains were on the toilet seats. The shower floor was disgusting. We will not be staying there again.

The spot was very uneven. We tried serval time to get it right, even going as far as moving the gravel around. It was a lost cause. The camp it self was very clean and well kept. The stuff very friendly. The bathhouse was also very nice.

The park is well kept, and orderly, and the staff friendly. We have stayed there several times for only one night each time. The only complaint we would have is that after tuning our TV in, we have never been able to receive more than one channel, which was some kind of news channel. By the time we realized that problem, the office was closed, and no one to ask for help.

We had reserved eight sites for the weekend. Unfortunately, two of the sites that were assigned to us had trees and hedges that were so overgrown that our rigs couldn’t fit in the space. Luckily, two of our campers had to cancel, so we were able to shift people around into spaces that didn’t have such overgrown foliage. Also, the dog run area was very neglected.

Great location, visited Palm Springs, and Oak Tree whilst here. Great facilities, got the laundry done whilst sunbathing by the pool.

We were assigned to a stall, that in my opinion, was narrow. It had a picnic table that could really use some fresh paint and it was on a concrete slab that was cracked and is a safety hazard. Grounds upkeep is needed, for the grass is extremely yellow and dry and the bushes and shrubs need to be maintained. The WiFi is spotty. However, the pool is nice,

New management has done a terrific job cleaning the park up . They have been trimming trees and bushes and doing repairs . It’s a pleasure to stay here.

The campground is very nice. The only thing is that the office is closed early and opens late for travellers and there is no one to answer the phone on Sunday and it is then difficult to know whether to stop. Yes, there is packets for non-reservations and that is a great thing, come in late and register. We stayed twice and would stay again. Very level lots, good connections. great breezes.

We thought we were getting a fhu pull through with extra grassy area. In fact, we payed for the extra grassy area. The space we got was a pull through but the extra grassy area had a dead fallen tree with grass that hadn't been mowed in a long time. Not what we were expecting.

Run down. Weeds, ants in dog park, picnic tables in bad shape. 1 of the woman’s shower stall had no lock and wall hooks broken. A lot of run down trailers.Area around them dirty and not kept up. .Area around them is dirty and not kept up. Campers next to us were allowed to keep 2 dogs in small kennel unattended over night. Not good!!!

Lots of neglect. Dirty windows and buildings. Most trees have old dead branches. Lawns are either overgrown or dead. Appears ready to go out of business. Not a good image for KOA. Most campers came one night and then left. Only full time trailers seem to be living at this campground. Buildings are all dirty with need f window cleaning, replacing blinds, etc. No activities for family & kid

Its a very quiet place to be and you can have good access to the pool and if you have kids the playground. Not alot of people, but the ones that were there were all so nice.

We wanted to take our rig out for a one day stay and banning KOA was near by.We didn’t make reservations because when we called they said they had plenty of open sites. While we were checking in we looked around the office for snacks but there were none we were told there is a market 1/2 mile up the road. So we went and got our stuff there. The site was clean be prepared before you go.

Clubhouse closes at 4:30pm. No activities. Tons of large black ants in the dog park. Lots of gopher holes in dog park. Worst part was as night near the tree on our space tons of large brown cockroaches. Couldn’t let dogs out in grass area near our space. Grass needed cutting in our space. A plus, the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and modern. This is more of a lontermers part, not the usual

Easy to book, late check-in is so convenient and makes for a less stressful trip. Grounds were very clean and the public bathroom-shower room was very nice and clean and upgraded! Love it

This place is a dream come true when you've done this long enough to know other parks aren't so clean and the neighbors. Oh my goodness I love them all. I'm kinda shocked at how everyone keeps to themselves it's perfect. Also why are the past people complaining about over vegetation. I wish all the trees and bushes could take over my trailer cause in the summer who cares about the ants. It's heat I'm worried about. Other than that I've been here long enough to know this is my home. No complaints.

Quiet out of the way and about a mile off of the 10 Fwy. Conveniently close to stores, fuel, etc. Most sites are pull-thru. Some have fire pits, raised bbq grills, gravel parking, grass on either side, with full hook-ups. There's a pool for the summer months. A child playground. A small fenced dog park. Frisbee golf, as well as horse shoes. The KOA store doesn't have a lot of food and drinks in it, but it does have some RV items if needed. We were here from Mon - Fri. The weather was nice in early April.

We had an emergency repair at our apartment that we unfortunately had to vacate for the duration of the repair; and my baby is getting over a cold so spreading germs somewhere indoors isn't cool. Plus tight budget so a hotel on such short notice would have been $$$$$. Fortunately; I discovered this place with a few minutes of googling. We were super excited and didn't realize check-in wasn't until 2PM, we arrived roughly before 11AM. The very friendly lady in the office was so accommodating and still allowed us access despite being 3 hours early, and assigned us to our space. Initial impression is that this place is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. We got comfortable pretty quickly and I would definitely visit here again just for fun! And the wifi was very stable and surprisingly fast, considering that it was free! PROS: Pet friendly, Playground, Dog run, Free wi-fi, Quiet, Very clean restrooms and shower area, Grounds well maintained, Fire pits, Plenty to do and explore, Located in a good area, Pool available during summer season! CONS: Honestly, nothing at all. We had no issue during our stay and everybody was very friendly.
