We needed a place to stay with our RV as we purchased a home in the area. Our movers came 4 days later than expected which meant I had to scramble to find a spot for the additional days. The 'scramble wasn't necessary as the staff accommodated a move within the park. If I had one issue with the KOA it's the new policy of no cash. Using a CC to purchased a bag of ice, reallly? Otherwise, 5 Star

Not accommodating. Asked for a particular site. We were told that they were very booked and it wasn't available. No one stayed in the spot we wanted the whole time we were there. We were also told back in sites were for long term only. But then watched people come and go in them.

The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. The bathrooms were sparkling clean. The grounds were clean. There were trees for shade.

This visit was our second - the hosts are always so nice! The campground is very clean and kept up and our dogs love the dog park! It's very quiet and there's adequate space in between the sites. The pool was refreshing after a day traveling - nice bathrooms and laundry facility too. This is a wonderful place to stay - I highly recommend it!

Well it was very nice to have a pull in siteit was fairly narrow and we have difficulty filling the car in and worried about the slide outs And opening the door To the motorhome. It was very crowded. The chicken was smooth and efficient. The office staff was pleasant and personable. The pool area didn’t have enough chairs. There were people playing loud music and drinking alcohol in the pool.

There is a sprinkler by a tree/pool that was on the entire time we were there, while other areas could use more watering. Some of the game equipment (volleyball, games, etc.) could use replacing due to wear and tear (long over due for some of it). Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. I would certainly go back.

As first time owners of a motorhome and staying at the Banning KOA it was very easy to book and the lot that we reserved was a very nice size

We overnighted here in a class A towing a car. Arrived after hours and out site information was on the office door. Pull through site was easily accessible, good width, level and long enough to leave the car hooked up. Not far off the interstate but didn't notice the traffic noise. Did hear the train whistle once in the night but that was the only time I noticed it at all. Would stay again.

We keep coming back because of the location but the park just isn’t nice enough, or the spaces large enough, to justify the cost of the sites. $65 a night for a somewhat larger site to accommodate my 34 foot Montana and pickup truck is too much.The sites are so tight, people park haphazardly and very often stick out onto the blacktop. When I left this time, I had trouble getting out.

Very nice KOA! Hospitable associates, very welcoming. Sites are good sized with ample room for parking tow vehicle. Dog park conveniently located and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed. Great location, very clean. Well sheltered from wind. Very little dust. Rest rooms and showers need soap dispensers, hooks and dry shelves to place sundries, clothes and towels etc.

A short drive off the 10. Very helpful and courteous staff. A lovely cool pool on a hot day. Nice mountain scenery.

I llove staying at your Banning campground! My only issue is with the fact that the manager is prejudiced against dogs. Emphatically does not like them due to personal reasons. On my initial stay there, she refused to let my service dog inside the office. And she has now banned me from coming with my dogs. Could you please have a supervisor contact me at 909 737 2394. This place is a dream come true when you've done this long enough to know other parks aren't so clean and the neighbors. Oh my goodness I love them all. I'm kinda shocked at how everyone keeps to themselves it's perfect. Also why are the past people complaining about over vegetation. I wish all the trees and bushes could take over my trailer cause in the summer who cares about the ants. It's heat I'm worried about. Other than that I've been here long enough to know this is my home. No complaints.

Quiet out of the way and about a mile off of the 10 Fwy. Conveniently close to stores, fuel, etc. Most sites are pull-thru. Some have fire pits, raised bbq grills, gravel parking, grass on either side, with full hook-ups. There's a pool for the summer months. A child playground. A small fenced dog park. Frisbee golf, as well as horse shoes. The KOA store doesn't have a lot of food and drinks in it, but it does have some RV items if needed. We were here from Mon - Fri. The weather was nice in early April.

We had an emergency repair at our apartment that we unfortunately had to vacate for the duration of the repair; and my baby is getting over a cold so spreading germs somewhere indoors isn't cool. Plus tight budget so a hotel on such short notice would have been $$$$$. Fortunately; I discovered this place with a few minutes of googling. We were super excited and didn't realize check-in wasn't until 2PM, we arrived roughly before 11AM. The very friendly lady in the office was so accommodating and still allowed us access despite being 3 hours early, and assigned us to our space. Initial impression is that this place is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. We got comfortable pretty quickly and I would definitely visit here again just for fun! And the wifi was very stable and surprisingly fast, considering that it was free! PROS: Pet friendly, Playground, Dog run, Free wi-fi, Quiet, Very clean restrooms and shower area, Grounds well maintained, Fire pits, Plenty to do and explore, Located in a good area, Pool available during summer season! CONS: Honestly, nothing at all. We had no issue during our stay and everybody was very friendly.
