Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion offer at any time. All cancellations will be accomplished by guest calling KOA. Guest must reach the reservation service or the campground by phone at least one week before accommodation reservations, and at least 48 hours prior to 4 PM arrival time for RV/tent reservations in regular or shoulder season to cancel a reservation and get a refund. More time is required for holiday and Sturgis reservations: accommodations require 2 weeks notice, and RV/tent sites need 3 days notice for refund. You will be charged a $10 cancellation fee, unless you are a VIP card member. No refund will be issued for email cancellations or those received after the time deadlines indicated above, in spite of any VIP status.
