Beautiful well kept koas. If you have a car or truck the space might be a little tight but all and all an awesome park.

The grounds look great and hospitality was wonderful, we'll definitely be coming back again, we have been coming over there for the last 4 or 5 yrs and really enjoy it.

My family enjoyed our stay, my cabin was nice and cozy. I enjoyed the bike trail which is a short beautiful ride the the beach. I will return.

The campsite I had was very narrow and had three sewer manholes in the site which made us smell all the sewer for the campground for the whole weekend. For the price of 100 a night I expected more

The gals running the check in were so friendly. During my stay I was called to see if we were going to show up (we were already there). They had two reservations for me. I had changed the first reservation (edited spot) and then failed to cancel the first one. My card was charged and then credited. They did fix it. The sites are so close together sideways we could barely park our tow truck.

We pulled our 37’ 5th wheel into the park 15 min to closing in pouring rain and severe wind! We were greeted with smiles, cookies, dog treats, then guided to our site! Clean, friendly, very well kept! Will be back!

While the staff are very nice we were disappointed 'again'! We left another campground to this particular KOA just to use the spa... we couldn't..it was 113.5 degrees hit by my thermometer. Staffs meter even said 105, way to hot to use. This has happened before. The manager Tim & staff person Mike said it's a faulty pool sensor...AGAIN. A real bummer for us....'AGAIN'!!!! CALL TO VERIFY!!!!

We really enjoyed being there. Very clean, pretty, and we conveniently were next to the basketball hoop which was ideal for my grandson. However, there were kids playing there early in the AM. We were also a little disappointed that the golf closed at 5 pm.

Friendly people, very clean facilities, sites were very nice, we stayed in the patio site and was great. We will come back again. We stayed with another couple and we were able to be next to each other.

Great KOA and the location was great. Lots of trails to walk or ride bikes. The staff were awesome. Very helpful. See you in Feburary

Everyone is so nice. Because we have a smaller trailer, we use the showers provided. They are kept very clean and stocked.

This is our 2nd stay & we have been very satisfied with both-allowing us to vacation w/ friends who own RVs &ud be in walking distance. Nice location close to Avila Beach, Pismo & SLO. The only thing that could improve the accommodation is to improve the furnace situation--we stay plenty warm but it is extremely loud & right outside the bedroom door-like a jet taking off in the night!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Dog area was clean and safe. Pool and hot tub were clean, and nicely warmed. Hookups all worked properly. For those who are not bothered by the highway noise, this is a wonderful park to access Pismo, Avila, and SLO. The park is petite, but the surrounding hills and greenery are so much nicer than other RV parks that look like parking lots.

It was the halfway stop on our way North to Big Sur. A very busy Thanksgiving weekend, but they provided a wonderful stay for the 3 days we were there. Very clean property and facilities, nice pool and spa, very good dog park and walk, and an incredible staff both in the registration and store, but around the grounds as well. Always very willing to help where needed.

We LOVE this park! For us, it's all about location. Even though it is not within view of the ocean, the canyon vibe and proximity (a short bike ride away) to the beach are perfect for escaping crowds. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to serve. This park offers all the "resort" like amenities without the "resort" type feel (if that makes sense). Well done KOA!

We always love staying at our favorite KOA. This was our first big trip with our trailer (we normally stay in the cabins). We had a late check in and they called to give instructions. Drew a map of exactly how to pull into our space. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Great stay!

We came during the 2022 Thanksgiving holiday. We had a motorhome and other family rented 2 cabins. The staff are friendly and helpful. The campground is well kept , with a volleyball net and a fire pit. The dog park was clean and spacious. Our family enjoyed the jacuzzi. There is a fantastic walking trail just outside the campground that goes to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We had the best trip! The camp site could not have been more beautiful- backing up to the creek and the groomed walking trail. The propane fire pit was perfect! And the grill came in handy for cooking our turkey! The park was super quiet and clean. We will be back!!

Our favorite place to stay on the Central Coast. The staff is phenomenal. They are extremely friendly and welcoming. The campgrounds are very clean. The camping stalls are a bit of a tight squeeze but it is manageable. Very close to Avila Barn and Avila Beach, which we loved. The Bob Jones Trail is really pretty. We will definitely be back.

Our only complaint was that no one seemed to be picking up the dog poop in the doggie area. Just AWFUL. Neither the guests nor the camp hosts seemed to think it was a important part of being good campers. Awful. Also, it would be a phenomenal improvement to our stay if you installed a doggie wash station, for after beach visits. I'd suggest near the laundry, so there is hot water.

My friend booked two RV sites for us I was nervous at first seeing the reviews but they def changed management bc the staff couldn't be nicer. They gave our kids a bunch of free toys and were very accommodating. All facilities were spotless and the best of all the Pool (which was pretty big) and jacuzzi were both heated. We went in early Feb when it was cold and my boys are squeamish in cold water but the pool was warm enough for them even at night. Heated pools are huge for us. Super convenient to everything, 5 out of 5, we will be back for sure!

This is a good Koa RV Park. Location is good, it's quiet, the staff is friendly, and both Avila and Pismo Beach are nearby. A bit pricey. Why are people complaining about the freeway noise? We're in spot 81 backed up to Highway 101, and it's not noisy at all. This place is well run and a great place to stay.

We stay here once a year during Christmas time with family and extended family. The cabins are tiny little perfect getaways nothing special, but have all the amenities that you need. The area around has plenty room for kids to play, they have jungle gyms, and walking path for dogs. there is also the Bob Jones trail that you can walk or ride your bike or whatever you feel like all the way down into Avila. We will keep coming back here every year for Christmas.
