Not sure what happened but I had paid the $20 for the hold my spot but when I checked in I had been moved and they told me they did not understand why. I like this option and always use it but have to question if it really does hold your spot?

We have only stayed at glacier resort koa and this one was nothing like it in regards to service and things being opened. Went same time of year so Astoria not an option for a future stay. Across the street was a state park camping much prettier and cleaner than Astoria koa.

It's good for a kid-centric time. While we enjoyed the campgrounds amenities, we'd have preferred more wooded areas. We're not a fan of parking lot type sites with no trees. In fairness, we booked last minute, so we got what we got. I'd encourage visitors who prefer a wooded camping experience to seek wooded sites on the property before booking. Oh, and don't take a spot by the bright lights! Ask.

The television reception is poor. Channel 12 is Fox news. Not Fox. KPTV. Fox carries most of the local college football teams and pro football. I hope you can remedy this situation.

We enjoy our time during the week very peaceful.we were disappointed with being able to get lunch on Friday some of the food was not ready.the showers by the game room need work the showers drain slow. We enjoy the hot tub too!

Excellent Wi-Fi; helpful staff Great amenities and lots of low key family fun activities Big request: when guests check in please verbally remind them to not walk through other camp sites. It was surprising how many adults felt ok walking between our picnic table and RV

Wonderfully laid out for a very nice family vacation spot. Lots of things for the kids to do and even has a huge indoor gym with basketball, pool tables etc if the weather turns bad. Large pull through sites with strong WIFI and very clean. They pick up your garbage every morning as well. They are across the street from Fort Stevens. We will definitely return!

Incredible establishment filled with tons of extra fun stuff for kids to do, very clean. They recognized that there was a bee problem and set up traps everywhere and did trash removal services so that bins weren’t all around and attracting more bees etc. Everyone was helpful, amenities were very clean. Great time!!

Very nice campground. Has lots of trees. Cabins seem very nice and they have quite a few. Have deluxe tent sites with very large camping kitchens close. Did not go into bathrooms so can’t really rate those. Most RV site had cement patios. Ours had a fire ring, table and chairs and a swing. Gravel roads, some roads paved. Sites are not tight. Plenty of space to move around. Very large park

It was a great couple of days. The only thing I would suggest which seems pretty reasonable is check in time should match check out time. We only stayed a friday 3pm check-in, until sunday 11am check-out and did not even get a full 48 hours there to enjoy the activities.

Our 2nd stay & we learned more about the facility. We were concerned about the length of the site for our 35' trailer & extended bed truck. The site was fine and we were able to park the truck perpendicular to the trailer. Our only complaint is that every dog that walked by crapped and we - the non-owners ended picking up. Maybe a sign at the site to remind dog owners to clean up after their pets.

Loved everything about it until we were trying to get ready to leave. The large group that was staying there came over as we were packing up and sat down in our site saying they were moving over to join in the adventure caravan. It would have been very nice if they had just waiting until we have vacated our spot instead of coming over at 10AM in the morning. Nothing to do with KOA, but irritating

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. Check in was easy, the store was well-stocked and everyone was so helpful. We had trouble with our cable and the office sent someone immediately. It was discovered that the problem was the cable inside our trailer. He repaired the end for us,which was way above the call of duty! We are now planning a trip to this KOA with our kids and grandkids,

We pulled in late and the office was closed but our reservation was taped to the door as were others. The camp was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and we will come again.

The campground was very clean and the staff was very helpful. 26 year retired Army Veteran and have stayed in many KOA locations and this is one of the top 5 best.

Dandelions everywhere and peeling paint on cabins, lawns we’re not mowed like it used to be. I was surprised to see it this way . I like the way you can text to get service . This is a new service .

Reservation got messed up, from a 50 Amp to 30 and had to borrow a adapter. But it worked out ok. This has always been my favorite koa in oregon. But they have went up on prices and maintenance has gone down hill abit. Lots of activities and things to see and do in the area.

Location was great to the beach, Astoria and other places of interest. It was very clean. Some buildings are in definite need of paint and a bit of maintenance. We have dogs and the doggy area is of great importance to us for a bit of free time off leash. Four times I picked up someone else's pups yard nuggets. Some more gravel and some weed eating would be nice in there.

We love the Astoria/Warrenton/Seaside KOA. So much fun and even more since the last time we stayed! I noticed how friendly and helpful the staff were. That made it really pleasant also.

Great location, easy check in and out. Tons of things to do at the KOA. We will be returning with our grandkids in the future. The staff are very friendly.

We had a great time at the Astoria Warrenton KOA what a great place it is. The only drawback was putting your garbage out in front of your trailer in the morning for them to pick it up the blackbirds and seagulls. I’ve got it figured out not too big of an inconvenience, but wasn’t real happy about picking up my own garbage around my own trailer.

We only stayed for one night but were very impressed with the campground and all of the amenities. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The one thing I will say is that 11 AM is a very early check out when you are camping.

Front reception real nice - wish we would have chosen the area with trees- lots more private. Constant people walking thru our campsite the entire stay and we even had a little sign of yours on the edge of our site. Seems the long lanes don’t offer shortcuts for people to get to services and play areas. Take couple campsites out make them walk thru areas. People don’t read guides. Won’t r

We have stayed at many KOA's over the 8 yrs we have owned our RV! And Astoria/ warrenton koa is by far the best one we have stayed at. Nice level spots, sites with personal dog pens ( which we got and loved and will never not get) we are aware this is a new koa amenity, the indoor pool and hot tub was the nicest and biggest, restrooms and showers clean, maintenance was fast, gift shop was nice, they have so many amenities on the Koa grounds , our personal favs were the pool and the rc track, and the close proximity to the ocean. Also it was a nice place to camp in the summer for my 38th birthday! We had a rv site with full hookups and a pup pen , my cousin rented a cabin for a couple nights and they played pool, jumped on the blob pillow, we fully enjoyed our time

The only problem of this property is the firewood, doesn't burn is just make a lot of smoke and they doesn't accept returns so is better if you bring your own firewood or get it from a different place this happen 4/12/2024, El unico problema con esta propiedad es la leńa que venden no prende solo ace humo y no aceptan devolución lo mejor es que traigan su propia leña o que la compren en otro lado esto paso 4/12/2024

We had a tent space with a shelter, and it saved us from getting rained on! We camped under the clouds of rain!
