Weekend dates for Halloween festivities were booked. I booked Monday the 30th, as your website stated Halloween fun was still going on on the 30th. What disappointment to arrive and find the Halloween fun went to the 29th, not 30th! Website needs to be clear! Fortunately, my 5 year old grand twins didn't know what they had missed and had fun on the beach, the bounce pad and making s'mores.

As an older couple we were placed right next to the playground. Although quiet time was observed, during the entire rest of the time the noise was loud enough to be disturbing including much shrieking. It would be very good and thoughtful to place RVers based on children. If possible it would also be good to have a second exit on the far side. Travel time to the far side of the park was excessive.

They went above and beyond , our tv went out and they had it replaced with in the a couple hours , great place to stay

We’ve stayed here multiple times and loved every trip! They go all out for the kiddos, there’s always plenty to do for all ages. I really liked the new regulations on the big bounce pillow by grouping big kids together and then little ones. Also, added a maximum capacity. The pool is really big and always kept nice. My only suggestion would be to add more seating in the pool area for parents.

It was a nice surprise to stumble across the Halloween activities and see all the campers and cabins decorated.

Kids where disappointed there was no costume contest this year. Otherwise same as usual

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thanks for the feedback. We have decided to do a costume parade rather than a costume contest. This allows all children on site to show off their creative costumes together in a parade setting vs. singling out just 3 winners each year. We feel this is much more inclusive for the children.

Perfect getaway for families and greay array of activities for all ages. We felt like we did it all staying 4 days, 3 nights. Swimming, mini-golf, bike riding, train rides, decorating pumpkins, playgrounds and of course...campfires and s'mores. We return for Halloween weekend every year and keep inviting more friends to join us each time.

Staff were friendly. The garbage service was a plus. Put it at the end of your site. Kids events were fun.

Bathrooms were lacking in cleaning. The same trash was on the ground from Friday to Sunday morning. The pool area bathroom also had not been cleaned. There was a poop smear on the toilet over the whole stay. Haunted Row most of the animatronics did not have batteries in them or were broken. It used to be excellent, but now it kind of feels like walking into Goodwill. Not sure if we will rebook.

We enjoyed being there for the Halloween festivities. Trick or treating felt like you were part of a like minded community that wanted to give a magical experience to all the kids.

We had a fun time, love all the activities. Steve does an awesome job. I do feel that we pay more and get less now days. That’s unfortunate.

We brought our kids here for and had a great time. The facility was as clean as you could expect for being full with lots of families and kids running around. We had the pleasure of running into Tony from Montana a KOA employee that took the time to help my kids and was so kind. I hope he is still there next time we return. Keep up the great work and may God bless you and your coworkers.

We have been to this KOA several times before and love the indoor pool, as we usually come during cooler weather/seasons and the fun zone is awesome too. We just tried The Halloween event this year and it is epic! Already booked again for next year plus added a bunch of friends that will be joining us! Thank you!

October Halloween activities always fun. A little disappointed with the tractor train this year, I think it needs to be the same as it was years ago, where the big tractor would pull the big trailer where multiple people could get on and drive down to an area where the pumpkins were like a real pumpkin patch. Need more old fashioned harvest fun

Suggestion: better signage for where to line up when registering. Three employees work with guests and there is one Registration sign hanging from the ceiling on the far right side which gives the impression that the line to the left is for store customers making purchases and the register under the sign for checking in. It was off putting to be called out for not lining up in the expected spot.

There is so much to do on site that the kids never wanted to leave! When elementary age kids say it was the best spring break ever and they can't wait to come back, you know it's great! Wether you stay in a cabin or your own tent or RV, you will not regret picking this KOA for your time away from home. Not only is there so many fun activities on site, there is quick and easy access to Fort Stevens State park walking or biking trails, historical sites, and of course beach and coastal walks you just can't beat! Highly recommend checking this one out of you haven't already!!

There was nothing about this experience we did not love. The park is beautiful and so clean. The activities offered to children are amazing. After this experience other campgrounds will pale in comparison. Will definitely be back with grands!

Got a cabin for four and it was perfect. It came with linens/blankets for the bed and bunks, as well as plenty of towels. The fire pit right outside was perfect and loved all the dog areas throughout the grounds. Kids had an amazing time in the indoor pool. Can't wait to come back and explore some more!
