Enjoyable stay as always. We were in the 400 series rv sites. Out of the way and pretty quiet. Just right.

The sites in the 400 section are horrible. There is absolutely no space between the sites - no privacy at all. The sites are all dirt, rocks, and mud. We backed up to a neighborhood. This did not feel like camping but parking in a dirt lot. I can't believe how much money I paid for this. The only thing that was nice were the amenities and activities, most staff, and the proximity to Ft. Stevens.

This place was amazing and we loved all the included amenities and activities! There was so much to do at the resort and the staff we all incredibly friendly and helpful. Both the cabin we stayed in and the restrooms/showers/laundry we all well-maintained and clean. We will definitely be back!

Place had lots of amenities. We were kind of way far out compared to where all the activities were for the kids. It would be really nice if you made a path from that area through to the activities. It was a long walk to get there on foot. Kids had a great time. Waited 1.5 hrs to get into site so they could clean it. Even after the wait the site had small debris on ground and unclean fire pi

This place was so jam packed together and too many people everywhere. The next cabin was less than 3 steps from ours and our cabin had deflated mattresses and a door that didn't shut all the way. The pools were cloudy, the bathrooms and showers absolutely filthy and no staff seemed to be anywhere to help. The only reason I rated it a 2 was bc the check-in in lady was super nice and helpful.

This campground is perfect for families with kids. Our kids are adults but the spaces were large enough, kept clean and offers everything needed for any RV trip

We had a great time. I would have given it a 5 star review if the roads were paved. The kids had trouble riding their bikes on the gravel. This was the nicest KOA that we have stayed with and we will be back again!

My only complaint is there needs to be a bathroom down by campsite 427 and it would really be nice to have adults o my swim, I only went to pool once becuz of so many kids cannonballing, diving and racing across!! It was NOT peaceful or relaxing!!

Campground was nice, workers were friendly. There was lots of activities to do. We tried the indoor pool and mini golf.(They could use some she golf clubs, they were getting very worn) Bathrooms were fairly clean. Would stay again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. We chose a loop far away from the play and rec area. We did not have a a bunch of kids running around the area we were in, and that made a big difference. The staff was friendly and the grounds, and bathrooms were VERRY CLEAN! Wifi was great! We were so please with the stay that we joined the rewards program. Gray's Comfort BBQ was the cherry on top! We will be back!

Trash, laundry hanging on fences and RVs, dusty, cigarette buts and trash in play areas, diaper babies in pool and spa, trees not trimmed. Jamie manager very curt and accusatory when discussing damage to our 2021 rv from low hanging tree limbs. We have come here many times but this will be last. Do better popular and be professional KOA

First time staying at a KOA and already planning on coming back. Stayed only one night just needed a place to sleep. Very clean throughout entire grounds. So many amenities wish we were staying longer. Staff was very friendly. Can not wait to come back and stay longer.

Amazing campground. It’s evident that the staff really enjoy their jobs and they are so accommodating. Facilities and grounds well taken care of and there’s so much fun stuff to do!

What a fun place for our 9 year old son!!! We stayed 3 nights and he was never bored…between mini golf, swimming pools and his new favorite “sport” bouncy pillow never a dull moment. Every staff member was gracious and knowledgeable. Especially Lucas and RJ at the bouncy pillow place. Both gentleman were so good natured and great with the kiddos. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved it. Plenty of things to do and staff is just amazing!!!!! Cleanliness is wonderful Only thing I would add is another board to the corner of the dog park as my dog squeezed out and visited someone in a nearby tent We’re too old to chase dogs anymore Thanks for all you do

We enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was fine... pretty small in all ways, but clean and bed was comfortable. However, your tiny "kitchen" arrangement was not the best, compared to other KOA's we've stayed at. Some large utensils and a larger bowl would be very helpful. People do prepare food while camping. Replacement garbage bag was not provided after 1st one was full.

We had an amazing time! The fun zone was great and my son loved the pools and crafts. Especially the stuffed animal making part! The garbage service was incredibly fast and conventional, we would put our bag out and it was gone in 15 minutes. The only tricky part was there were always a lot of cars coming and going.

Enjoyed our stay once again. All Employees were pleasant and interactive with the kids. Clean and entertaining. The campsite next door was a bit more rowdy and had especially barky dogs but overall it was great.

Great time with the grandkids! Lots of different things for them to do. They loved making their tie-dyed shirts and they turned out great. Bingo and KOAroke was a hit. Hot tub was great for adults. Indoor pool was chilly.

I made reservations and paid for them a year in advance. Told them I wanted a paved upgraded pull through and a deluxe cabin for my son and family near each other. I received a dirty gravel site and my sons cabin was across the park. Screaming kids until midnight. Won’t ever be back.

the outdoor pool was fun. Cabins, bathrooms, and showers were kept clean. There were a lot of activities for kids, even though we did not have time to do them all. The kids enjoyed the gift shops and we took advantage of the fire pit out front one night. The camp kitchen was clean and spacious. Lots of outdoor activities in nearby locations including beaches and the state park.

We had a wonderful stay! We even extended our stay because we enjoyed our time there so much! Only a few negatives: -Our truck would not fit in our RV spot with our trailer so we had to park in overflow parking; they would not move us spots -The pool is not monitored & a group of kids were jumping off of chairs & out of control -Buying alcohol is hit or miss whether you show id or not

The kid amenities are amazing. My son and I had a blast. The last night was a little stressful due to 3 earwigs making their presence known in the cabin but other than that it was great! See you in a few weeks.

This was my first time going to a KOA, but I have a feeling this is one of the better ones! My nieces and nephews were in kid heaven. And I also really liked the BBQ place too. Thank you!

Close to Astoria and Fort Stevens Park. Large park with a lot of camper turnover. Employees seem to be challenged to keep up with maintenance of restrooms. There are not enough restrooms/showers in the "400" section to accommodate the tent campers and RV campers. There was construction going on, so I assume they will be adding more campsites. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The only problem of this property is the firewood, doesn't burn is just make a lot of smoke and they doesn't accept returns so is better if you bring your own firewood or get it from a different place this happen 4/12/2024, El unico problema con esta propiedad es la leńa que venden no prende solo ace humo y no aceptan devolución lo mejor es que traigan su propia leña o que la compren en otro lado esto paso 4/12/2024

We had a tent space with a shelter, and it saved us from getting rained on! We camped under the clouds of rain!
