sites can be crammed in and the amount of rules is crazy and no flexibility. Our neighbor had tree issues and they would not help and told him if he did anything they would fine him. Also, we moving sites they wont let you do that before checkin time even when the site was not occupied. If going to this area, use Fort Stevens State park. Very nice and much less cost.

Large property with lots of amenities for children. Camp sites are small however and restrooms are overrun by people and are dirty as are the pools.

Our favorite place to stay with our grandkids. They love it and we feel that it is a very safe place for them to ride bikes and play.

This is a great place for families with kids. There is a wide assortment of fun, free activities, and those with fees are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness overall is good. The only negative is that some of the facilities are in need of maintenance and/or upgrading.

We love this KOA. The amenities are wonderful and the staff was very attentive. Our only complaint is with the indoor pool area. The spa was constantly full of very small children and babies without diapers. The water was very dirty in the spa and the pool. It was unusable for our family for the duration of the stay due to this. The outdoor pool was lovely. It was very clean and the perfect temp.

Kids were running around with no adult supervision. Constant yelling & screaming, while parents were at another site drinking & ignoring them. Worse than a Jellystone campground. Site we had was not close to level. Put a bad taste in our mouths about ever using a KOA again. The BBQ restaurant was horrible. The young gal taking orders was rude. Served us burnt to a char dried out ribs inedible.

This was my family and I’s first stay at a KOA. We had a tremendous time, and couldn’t believe all of the amenities offered. There is something for everyone here. We will definitely be coming back to KOAs in the future and look forward to spending more than one night.

We enjoy staying here every year. We didn’t realize you could pay extra to pick our site, so our location wasn’t preferred but that’s on us. The only real complaint is that the Wi-Fi is awful in the cabins. Couldn’t even check email. We realize camping is to relax but some of us have to check in at work and that was difficult to do so. For over $200 a night, wifi should be easily available

I really like the amenities. Bathrooms are super clean, premises very well kept and personal is very friendly and attentive. My only concern it seems that during our stay we had some issues as folks driving at high speed, not collecting after their pets, walking through campgrounds. KOA could take this into consideration and have more personal looking after the safety of the campers during summer.

It was nice having barbecue at the site with table and chairs. Has a lot of amenities there. The wi-fi needs to be upgraded.

Excellent experience. All Koa staff were super pleasant and helpful. Our only suggestion is to ensure that the hot tub is not overrun with unsupervised kids.

Space 418 was literally in the dirt. Our slide was 1 and a half foot from the neighbors tent. The showers behind the lodge registration were dirty and need renovation.

Had a great time. The campground is clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Getting our RV in and out was easy and the sites have plenty of room. This is a very family friendly park with lots to do for kids.

It was so fun! Swimming out side and inside pools were great we did tiedye t-shirts! And other crafts so fun!! BUT.....OUR FIRE PIT WAS EVEN WITH THEDIRT AND MY 2 YEAR OLD GRAND DAUGHTER FELL IN!! SHE HURT THE BACK OF HER KNEE!

We have stayed at this KOA many times this was the first trip with our 3 grandsons ages 8 and 13 and they all enjoyed every inch of the grounds . Super clean bathrooms and fully staffed kids event grounds with 2 awesome pools “no lifeguards “ . Only downside some sites get really loud after the 10.00 pm quiet time which is not an enforced rule. Best kids campground you’ll find for the $

First time Koa camping. We loved everyone working there and for such a big place was well organized. We're not used the tight closeness of everyone's camp. Like Firepits 10ft from nierbors rv etc. And earplugs needed to sleep. But everyone was having fun. Lot's of kids and activities. We'll use Koa when traveling with grandkids but prefer National and State parks and boondocks.with a view

Very very busy place- even during the week- had to wait for showers and they were used almost all the time, so hard to keep perfectly clean. Overall though, staff was friendly, location was very convenient and tent camping was quieter than rest of the campground, which we preferred.

The barbecue restaurant was very very good, added to our enjoyment during our stay. The indoor swimming pool was over run with children and parents throwing their young children in the pool. Hot tub. (Eight children to include infants in the hot tub) It appears the parents and children posed many liabilities for the KOA. Lack of consideration and safety for older guests

Enjoyed the stay very much, although next time I may request a site away from the kids area. As retirees, it was a bit overwhelming with all the noise. Really enjoyed the bbq; hope he will be there the next time we come.

Seaside KOA is a great location just off the beach located in the middle of the greatest sites along the Columbia river. Just south of Washington quirky Oregon town scenic villages close to modern conveniences Costco ect. The grounds are huge heard of elk wondering close buy. Great family fun with two pools a hot tub a wonderful store and some great food made daily. Lots of activity between fishin

This RV park is a kid wonderland it is so full of kids and activities. My kids had a blast! Only complaint is the dirt. Laying some gravel down would be extremely helpful because it’s like a dirt pit everywhere, including the showers and that gets old. Also need more washers and dryers. We have stayed at many KOA's over the 8 yrs we have owned our RV! And Astoria/ warrenton koa is by far the best one we have stayed at. Nice level spots, sites with personal dog pens ( which we got and loved and will never not get) we are aware this is a new koa amenity, the indoor pool and hot tub was the nicest and biggest, restrooms and showers clean, maintenance was fast, gift shop was nice, they have so many amenities on the Koa grounds , our personal favs were the pool and the rc track, and the close proximity to the ocean. Also it was a nice place to camp in the summer for my 38th birthday! We had a rv site with full hookups and a pup pen , my cousin rented a cabin for a couple nights and they played pool, jumped on the blob pillow, we fully enjoyed our time

We had a tent space with a shelter, and it saved us from getting rained on! We camped under the clouds of rain!
