I stayed here twice in the last 10 days. Both stays were nice. The bathrooms are clean and warm and the site itself is very quiet. I'll probably stay here in the future as I go back/forth out west of my home.

employees informed me to fill my bottles elsewhere on Christmas Eve, they did not inform another customer that there door was open for the entire week they was gone,(they just shut it) and didn’t inform them there hose froze and busted encasing everything in ice, the water ran for 3 days how do you not notice this stuff, when you live 50 yds away? Nice but no leadership, fun yes

Great place. Bathrooms and showers were warm and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Sites could use more gravel. Could use a little clean up. There's a rug in the ditch. Tge grill cover was frozen to the ground. Dog poop on ground, not from our dogs.

Clean nice cabins. Never dealt with the staff in person since we were in very late and out very early. They did have all the information we needed and cabin ready when we arrived so cudos to them for being on the ball. Cabin had everything we needed and was clean, warm and comfy. Good price for the stay too! We would stay here again anytime!

We were in the lower section which prevented us from enjoying the barbecue and Halloween activities up top. It was just too far for us to walk up there.

The cabin we stayed in was nice, but the kitchen counter has a broken spot on it and the outside needs some updating, not much, just getting weathered. Now, the swing was wonderful! We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you want a peaceful and quiet place to stay, come here. It was beautiful!!

Stayed for Halloween, we had a great time. Lots of cool decorations, kids had a blast trick-or-treating.

Park was a bit pricey ($75) but nice level site with good utilities. Stayed one night in site 81, which is a KOA Patio site with full hookups, nice table and chairs and a propane grill because it was one of the few sites available. Second stay in this park because it is a convenient distance from home. The young man in the office was very nice.

Great place to spend the night just off the interstate while traveling through the area, we will return again in the future. The office folks were friendly, the grass was cut, the campground was clean, and it looked like the campground was well maintained. We stayed on one of the KOA Deluxe Patio sites in our big rig and had plently of room for the coach and tow car to fit. Good Job. mw

Fire pits were not cleaned out, grills were not clean, workers were sitting in golf cart in front of entrance to office, site next to us had foil out of grill blowing through site and had food items on ground under picnic tables. This did not meet the expectations of a KOA Holiday park. Maybe more like a Journey.

Short notice but was fortunate to get a site. This was a great stop over. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Had activities for adults - hot chocolate meet and greet. Nice done. The camp manager was very helpful and sweet.

We were in a Class C with a toad and were put in the lower campground, which is basically a gravel pit with hookups. The road going down was rough, steep and narrow and there were no trees or other shade. The facilities were well worn and unless we got a spot in the upper campground, we would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and professional and we got our propane topped off.

The campground was great. No complaints there. One thing that was frustrating is that a white work truck with welding equipment and a LOUD diesel engine was driving around the campground until late into the night. It’s one thing to make a trip or two in and out but this truck seemed to be just driving around for no apparent reason.

Three rigs were placed in wrong sites by the front desk. A calamity of campers completely having to tearing down and then move to their assigned sites and reset up. When trying to purchase services that were advertised on the Ashland KOA emails, I encountered the rudest front desk response from the young woman declining me service and dismissing me without an explaination.

The bathrooms were clean. But was a little disappointed. It is not run like all the other koa's we have gone to. They ran out of ice and had no idea when they would get more. There was no trash pick up.

We stop here once or twice a year on our way east or west from Maryland. The campground is always consistent. It does get a bit muddy when it rains but the sites are long enough for our motorhome and towed vehicle. The grounds are well kept.

Very nice KOA and Melissa at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this campground. We are an older couple but the playground and pool area looked great for families. They have a dog run for pets and the fire pits were cleaned out for you to use.
