The park is ice, clean, and quiet. The laundry room was squeaky clean, and the young man at the desk was absolutely wonderful!! He was a most welcome bit of kindness after a long and not so wonderful day of driving and needing to find a last minute same day reservation. The dog play pen was much appreciated by my greyhounds, who’ve been cooped up and restrained to leash walks for a week.

Thanks for your nice review. We have a great housekeeping crew and are proud of our friendly and accommodating staff and management. Our K9 dog runs are a popular item with our guests. Most campers have dogs, and we want to keep our dogs Happy as well!

Easy in and out. Just stayed for a night and the pull through spot was awesome for us. We have a 39 foot ToyHauler.

I really enjoy are camping there that is the only place that we camp at . The workers are very very nice and helpful great people and place to camp at LOVE IT !!!!

The camper we rented was nice enough, but it was the first time we have ever stayed in a camper. Upon check in, we were given no information about how to work anything in or on the camper. The slide out, the awning, the drain for the shower, the heat/air system, or even TV, no information at all. We also were given no information upon booking about what would be supplied, as far as towels, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back during the summer and bring our kids

We have fun decorating our campground for halloween and entertaining our guests. We may add more halloween weekends this year 2024 as Halloween is a big thing in Kentucky!

This is one of my favorite places to stop overnight. Staff is always helpful and the place is always clean!

I loved the cabin. My only real problem were all the hairs on the sheets. I did sleep on top of the bedding, covering up with my blanket I brought from home. There were also a LOT of flies. A swatter would have come in super handy. Honestly, the only part that really bothered me were the hairs. I’ll be coming back.

First off the staff were all really helpful and friendly, but that’s where it ends. The Camp Store is abysmal with only very few useful items on the shelves. Most everything else was arts/crafts. The photos in the ad for the park made it look spectacular. But even in early Autumn the grass was dead and the pull thru sites had few trees with a view f the road to industrial sites. �

The site was fine for the night. Unfortunately the cable and wifi were out of service at the time of our stay. The manager said the problem will be solved as soon as possible. We will return if we travel through the area again.

Second try. Arrived late and left early the next day so did not take full advantage of the facility but we have no complaints or issues other than difficulty getting situated in our site and getting as level as we prefer. We appreciated the young man who greeted us on arrival.

Cable TV not working. Notified the office and was told someone would come and check it. No one showed up.

I am sorry that we did not come to fix your cable. Cable has generally been really reliable, servicing over 96 sites at our campground. We improved WiFi by 10x past two years, which gives you another option nowadays for watching TV shows. And we are adding more WiFi routers this year!

Manger that drives around on the golf cart is extremely rude does not know how to treat people with respect all the other staff members was very friendly other then the manager which is the reason me or the other 3 campers that was with us will not return to this koa

Campground needs TLC. Pool closed before time advertised, Bathrooms need attention, sites are really unleveled and not cared for, Utilities okay, WIFI horrible, roads hard to maneuver for large rigs, Obsticlaes in the way, Store okay, Staff nice, only good for an overnight.

I cannot really say much, arrived around 8 pm and left at 9 am the next morning. The campground is near the highway and looked suited for commuters like us, but not sure if I would spend a longer time there without receiving more information on the area. The campground is very basic but not too bad. I would rate it on the average for a KOA site. Better than other commercial sites I have been.

Thanks for your review. We do have quite a few attractions for vacationers at the campground, and nice things to do within 15 minutes, and less than 30 min to lakes, golf courses, caves and towns. Check it out on our website. A casino just opened near us as well.

Thanks for your review. Yes, we do agree we have some of the friendliest staff. Our hours are set to reflect the amount of traffic and needs of our guests. In the winter the hours are a little shorter.

We stop here once or twice a year on our way east or west from Maryland. The campground is always consistent. It does get a bit muddy when it rains but the sites are long enough for our motorhome and towed vehicle. The grounds are well kept.

Very nice KOA and Melissa at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this campground. We are an older couple but the playground and pool area looked great for families. They have a dog run for pets and the fire pits were cleaned out for you to use.
