Nice overnight stay. One suggestion--- at check in, the attendant should go over all amenities available. We had no orientation...and missed the laundry which would have been good to know. Otherwise...nice place (plant some trees!!).

Bed was comfortable. Coffee wasn't good and I brought my own blend but no way to heat it so a small microwave would be nice just to heat the special coffee I drink. I also recommend a box of kleenex and a roll of paper towels in the room just in case I spill water or coffee. Small pillows would be good to sit on as swing and table chairs as they are hard to sit on. Otherwise, I liked the cabin.

When I saw the directions to the Ashland/Huntington West KOA, I was concerned about access via 'Industrial Drive'. To my surprise, this was one of my favorite camp sites on our recent trip. The facility is well maintained, relatively new, clean, well equipped, and, did I say 'CLEAN'. Even their firewood is split in sizes which accommodate an evening camp site fire.

We got in late and stayed til checkout time using the laundry and shower facility. Everything was perfect. Campground host and staff were friendly and thoughtful. The handicapped site was perfect for our son.

We stayed at this KOA in September but on the upper part. This time we were on the lower part. The WIFI didn't seem to be working, our cell phone coverage was spotty, and OTA TV stations were hard to receive (the lower part is surrounded by hills). Additionally, our spots (and neighboring spots) had tall grass, including by the game room. The upper grass, WIFI & cell coverage was better.

Only spent one night, but was greeted warmly. Site was spacious and level. Even the cable was full digital and not analog. Easy on and off the freeway but yet far enough away to avoid the sound.

It needs an owner who cares For a “Holiday”, it barely makes the hurdle. Could be awesome….but looks like it is just an investment…. Not loved

I have been at this campground before and it was much better the last 3 times I was there this time the gras was at least 8 inches tall and there where weeds and grass around the plants that where over a foot tall where the picnic tables where you could barely see the gravel because the grass and weeds had taken over most of the employees where fairly new only one had been there a year

Shoved to the armpit of the campground. Grass wasn’t mowed, had ticks crawling on us. No concrete patio. Wasn’t remotely level. Zero WiFi or satellite capability. Didn’t realize when I booked online that I wouldn’t get the site that was was advertised. Would not stay again knowing that’s where we would be placed.

The stay was absolutely perfect the only thing i felt sorry was for the camp workers dealing with the disgusting kids that kept trashing the bathrooms. Fortunately the camp employees kept up on the cleaning which was very impressive. They always have the cleanest bathrooms and showers everytime we have stayed. So many activities this year within the camp too very exciting to see . Thank you !

The grass was way to high, there was dog poop all in our site, no fire pit, we was staying in the lower section and my kids was walking down the hill from the pool and an employee told them the can't walk down the hill. I have stayed here a few times but honestly I think this will be my last time

1st stay was a disaster. Got in late and no keys to cabin or acknowledgement of my prepaid reservation. Called but got no response even using the emergency number. 2nd stay one week later also prepaid reservation was late arrival also 10 pm. Cabin was not cleaned or ready for our stay. Management was obviously not able to sustain resort to KOA standards. Will never go back to this KOA.

Very friendly group and so helpful! The bathhouse was spotless whatever time of day it was. The only down side was that the grass was rather high but other than that it was great. We will definitely return.

The best KOA we've stayed at. Far enough off the highway there were hardly any road noises. Nice level sites that are easy to get into and out of. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. Our stay was during the off season so we didn't get to use the amenities, but they seem to be in great shape. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here awhile but this was the first time with the new owners they were great very good experience sadly the pool was closed but didn’t hurt our stay hopefully next few weeks with be back open

The Ashland/Huntington West KOA was such a wonderful campground. The paved ADA deluxe patio site was so nice, with it's fire ring, bbq grill and beautiful patio furniture. The staff were amazing. Always friendly and eager to help us with whatever we needed. I am handicapped and needed the nice level site we had. We appreciate our week at Ashland/Huntington West KOA and look forward to coming back.

cabin was very nice ..you as owners spend all that money on cabin but put a bed in it not worth sleeping on. you need to sleep in it 3 nites and tell me if you would come back..loved park and cabin but bed sucked sorry will not be back.. or any other k o a get a hotel grade mateass

Clean park, quite with nice areas for pets and children. Easy access. We were in spot 081 easy pull-thru. Front desk staff was friendly- she needed a little more training on how to check people in but we all have to learn. I would stay again if In the area.

We stop here once or twice a year on our way east or west from Maryland. The campground is always consistent. It does get a bit muddy when it rains but the sites are long enough for our motorhome and towed vehicle. The grounds are well kept.

Very nice KOA and Melissa at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this campground. We are an older couple but the playground and pool area looked great for families. They have a dog run for pets and the fire pits were cleaned out for you to use.
