We really had a great time they only downfall was no shade and wished they done more activities with the kids overall the staff was super friendly!! Will go back again!!

Am writing this from a perspective of a woman of color who hopes that in providing feedback, it may open eyes to better efforts of inclusion&respect. Made reservations 90 days in advance! POOR REGISTRATION Process, provided wrong directions and WI-FI password. Site was “down the Hill” in a POORLY MAINTAINED area away from amenities. Grass high, picnic benches bowed&unusable, RUSTY GROSS WATE

Great staff, pool was clean and refreshing, hiked and played mini golf as well. We stayed at 9 KOAs in 2 weeks and all different states and this ranked as one of the best. Quiet but also close to get back on the highway. Thank you!

We stayed in one of the cabins. This camp ground is very clean and taken care of and every staff member we talked to was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the pool and also played mini golf. 10 mins from town with lots of food options, 30 mins from Carter Caves. We would stay here again.

Easy on and off. Plenty of space between rigs. Nice pool and miniature golf. A pleasant place to stay for a while.

We had a one night stay in a cabin. Very clean stay was personable with a fireplace just outside the cabin and a pool. Staff were very friendly.

Stayed at this location on our way to Virginia and back. Easy pull through sites, quiet and convenient. Enjoyed the pool on a hot afternoon. Easy check in, good customer service. Two hiccups. WIFI was out on our first stay, water was shut off in the morning of our second stay.

The spot had a bad table with rotten ends on it. The cable for the TV was being used by another camper because theirs was not working. Could not connect the water to the camper because the connecter on the water was broken. Went to use the bathroom at 6:30 am - and was being clean even through the sign said 10:00 am to 11:00 am closed for cleaning. Had asked for a different sight and was told NO !

The primitive camping was not good . It should not be located in your storage area, that will put off a lot of tent campers that would want to stay multiple nights. Had I known I might have considered an alternative. I’m glad I was just traveling through. Other than that the campground was very nice.

Showers are very small and could be bigger. Missing space for a chair. Didn’t like the doors into the shower stalls. They should have an open area on the top.

When we got there the internet was down in a bad way. The host just gave us a pull through full hookup site. Nice upgrade. All in all we had a wonderful experience at this KOA.

We love this KOS. It has so much to offer families and is so personable and the staff is very friendly and always there to help if you need anything. We would definitely stay here over and over again.

The people we have met at ANY KOA have always been nice, friendly & helpful. We have stayed at Ash / Hunt 6 times now & I just booked another 3 nights in July. Nice roads for the bike, lakes/rivers for the kayaks and Ashland isn't too far to head there (even with higher fuel costs) to rule out driving there for a change of dining. Only stayed at 8 different KOAs, but Grayson is in the top 2.

Absolutely wonderful RV Park. Super Clean, Friendly Staff, Lots to do, Great walking trails. And, just down the road from some of the best Black Angus steaks....fresh from the Meat Butchering Market. Highly Highly recommend. We will be back to spend more time since there was a lot more to do.

Everyone was very friendly and very accommodating. No issues there. The only complaint would be the condition of the patio area, "garden area" around the patio, the lawn and the gravel pads. They were so full of weeds that it was totally undesirable to sit on the patio We needed the site due to the length of our rig, but would have liked to use the patio since we paid for it. Otherwise great!

The AC was struggling to cool the cabin. It was definitely hot though. Some king of Black gravel in bathroom and in shower. Made it hard to take a shower. Fire pit for next door cabin was right next to my motorcycle. I got several permanent damages to my Motorcycle cover.

We enjoyed all of the amenities. The playgrounds and pool were especially nice. We traveled with our dog and used the kamp k9 a lot. It was very nice. Everyone was very friendly helpful.

This is a half way point from one destination to another, so we usually stay just one night but we love it, friendly, personable staff and nice a quiet! We are planning a holiday weekend with our family soon here!

Was a little disappointed that spot number 76 that we stayed in did not have fire pit.

We stop here once or twice a year on our way east or west from Maryland. The campground is always consistent. It does get a bit muddy when it rains but the sites are long enough for our motorhome and towed vehicle. The grounds are well kept.

Very nice KOA and Melissa at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this campground. We are an older couple but the playground and pool area looked great for families. They have a dog run for pets and the fire pits were cleaned out for you to use.
