The bed was very firm and made a lot of noise whenever I moved. Didn't get much sleep during my vacation, and it affected the whole trip. Everything else was fine.

Deluxe cabin is perfect for a visit to Asheville. Loved the fire pit and porch swing and patio chairs. Beds are very comfortable and everything was super clean. Thanks for an awesome stay.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is the toilet tank was extremely slow to refill after flushing. This needs to be improved. Everyone at the front desk was great to work with. We will come back.

The cabins were nice and clean when we checked it. The mattress were very good, some places have very thin mattresses in these types of cabins but not at this KOA! It was also great that the office/bathrooms were very close to the cabins! The KOA itself has a easy layout and nature trails to walk on!

I always love staying at Asheville West KOA. They keep the bathrooms & showers clean & tidy. I do wish they would make note of us responsible dog owners & give us a break on the pet fee though. Us responsible pet owners always seem to pay for those unresponsible pet owners; which is frustrating.

We were so comfortable in our cabin. The cabin and the grounds are very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The campground is conveniently located with a short drive to Asheville.

We stayed in a cabin by the camping kitchen and there was little to no privacy, all of the cabins are right next to each other, also we didn't notice when we booked that we wouldn't have our own firepit, there is a shared firepit. That being said the cabin/campground/bathrooms were super clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. This cabin area would be good for a group.

Very friendly and clean...dog park is really nice and larger than some. Yes it's off of i40 but they will offer ear plugs etc. But it really wasn't much of a problem for us...

A lot of raid noise, but they tell you that up front. The camp was clean, the staff hard working and friendly! The sites need to be leveled better, but we were able to level using our blocks in our class A. They only have one dog park, and it's over where most of the long terms are ans if you are in the pull through up top its a long walk. They have a nice pool and nice trail around the camp. I'm not sure I would agree with it being called a holiday ( lack of amenities) but a good journey for a 2 day stay.

I was a tad nervous about the noise reading the reviews, but we did not have any issues with the traffic noise. This is a great jump off point to Asheville and close to anything you would need. The facilities were really well kept and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
