Every employee was kind with smiling faces. We even needed a wrench before we could pull out early that morning, so I called the front desk and they let us borrow one.

The original campsite they schedule me for was impossible to back into with the campground already full. But (Jazz) went back to the office and found me another spot that I could get into and helped get my trailer into position. Had they not found another spot I would have left and looked for another campground.

Nice peaceful campground! that is halfway between our home and Myrtle Beach! we go to Myrtle Beach every year So you will see us every time we go to Myrtle Beach!

We were in a handicapped site. It was not a pleasant site. Too much road noise and not a pleasant place to sit out. We have stayed at this campground before in a no handicapped site and enjoyed it.

Staff was very courteous, professional and went out of their way to help when propane service was closed but they assisted any ways. Only problem was the tightness between sites and roads/lanes, especially with campers who fail to park within their sites.

Campground is nice with many amenities. People who were staff were super friendly. Campground spots could do with a bit of leveling & at least a good covering of gravel. A small concrete patio would be nice. (Space was muddy when it rained.)

Everyone was so friendly. The campground is kept very clean. Very peaceful and a beautiful place to stay. Only thing that could be improved was the playground. Kiddos were a little disappointed.

Site was not at all level, very dusty and in need of gravel, cable did not work at all and internet was in and out.

Stayed for two nights to see Asheville after driving the Blue Ridge Parkway. Clean showers and bathrooms, friendly hosts and easy check-in.

Extremely clean and well maintained campgrounds. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. They provided an escort to our campsite. Bath house and restrooms were always meticulously clean! Only detractor from a 10 star rating is the close proximity to I-40 and the highway noise. But the convenience can’t be beat!

Your dumping station requires you to drive against the one way road so you can access the tank hookups which are always on the driver side of the trailer

Owners have a bad attitude, the 1st response when we had an issue was to refund the money and leave. Not a businessperson response to try and remedy the situation.

Campground is easy to get to from the highway. There is a lot of road noise (engine braking). The campsites are semi-level and rocky. They are very close together and not spaced out enough compared to other KOA's we've stayed at. Full hook up was nice and no issues with that. Dog park was a nice bonus that we didn't have at other KOA's. Front office and camp workers were nice.

It was an amazing stay! You have the best employees! The location was great, facilities was clean and well maintained, and close to great hiking and attractions! We will definitely stay here again and tell our friends about this KOA!

We arrived a little early and Pam was able to get our site taken care of and we checked in early! Bathrooms were super clean. The whole campground was clean. There are some really cool trails crisscrossing around the campground that were fun to hike. We had a nice shady site with a covered picnic table. We would 100% stay at this KOA if in the area again.

The KOA was nice, the staff was great, and the amenities were clean. The freeway noise is audible, but if you look when you book you know what to expect. We were not disappointed by this, it came with the location. The proximity to Asheville and Canton is great, along with Chestnut Nature Preserve/Berm Park.

Bathrooms clean and functional. Signs asked to wipe down shower after use but no paper towel or squeegee available to do that and when camping your only towel needs to be used more often so not realistic to use that on a public shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Too bad so close to freeway and our stay had many barking dogs around. Fun ice cream delivery.

Great place for a quick getaway. Bath house was small. Playground was very basic and a good walking distance for kids. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Very friendly and clean...dog park is really nice and larger than some. Yes it's off of i40 but they will offer ear plugs etc. But it really wasn't much of a problem for us...

A lot of raid noise, but they tell you that up front. The camp was clean, the staff hard working and friendly! The sites need to be leveled better, but we were able to level using our blocks in our class A. They only have one dog park, and it's over where most of the long terms are ans if you are in the pull through up top its a long walk. They have a nice pool and nice trail around the camp. I'm not sure I would agree with it being called a holiday ( lack of amenities) but a good journey for a 2 day stay.

I was a tad nervous about the noise reading the reviews, but we did not have any issues with the traffic noise. This is a great jump off point to Asheville and close to anything you would need. The facilities were really well kept and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
