I was having truck trouble and I didn’t have a reservation and they were full but they were able to get me in a spot that they were going to work on and I was able to stay there for the night got my truck up and running

We were only at Asheville KOA one night, we stopped because we lost generator power and needed to get on shore power. The KOA was helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay there again, and maybe see the sights next time. Thanks Asheville KOA,

The people were friendly and the campground was clean. We stayed 1 night on our travels and would do it again.

I love to ride my Harley in the mouuntains, and this is a perfect location to base from. The facility is clean and the staff was wonderful. I would go back there any time I happen to the area.

My partner and I just bought a camper and we wanted to take a trip for the 4th of July weekend. We found this KOA online so we booked a full hook up stay for 3 nights. This campground had everything !! There was a lovely pool, hiking trails, and a camp store with an unbelievable inventory for camping needs. The place was super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything I needed was at this campground, management could not have been friendlier, will definitely stay at this park when returning to the area.

We arrived at a bad time. Heavy storms knocked out the power. Power was off for hours. The park staff was very friendly and communicated with campers very well. Grand children enjoyed the fireworks show.

The staff was very friendly, bathrooms clean, and the camp store well stocked for its size. However three of the four washing machines were out of order. Our site wss in an area that was not that level so after rain a lot of mud washed up on our rug and belongings.

They keep use up-to-date on everything from our arriving after 6pm, events happening at the campground, our power outage, and our check out time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful when we had a question. We would highly recommend this campground.

We used KOA as an overnight spot while traveling to the beach. Check in was easy, staff were friendly and courteous. Grounds were clean and well kept. Met our needs and expectations.

A very nice camp ground with all the amenities, kind and helpful staff, and lots to do in the area. Just be aware if your looking for spacious, spread apart sites, that's not what you'll find here. But still very comfy. The showers were nice and clean too!

Staff was awesome. Julia is very professional and accommodating. Very nice young lady. The location was not good. The traffic was too loud. The park is too close to such a busy main highway. Everything was so tidy clean and nice. It shows when the staff cares that everything is kept clean.

We had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was convenient to I-40, yet set back in the woods such that it felt further away. We always sleep with an inexpensive white noise machine at home and when traveling and weren’t disturbed by any campground or road noise.

Very good experience. Glad we got a back-in site. Less money, not as crowded, and way less road noise than the pull-thru sites. Loved the fresh veggies from the garden. Only complaint was that we wanted to arrive a day early but called a few minutes past 4. Left message and nobody called back. There were plenty of spots. Wish there was a better call back system for last minute spots.

Against the odds, this KOA does its best to provide a nice camping experience. More rocks could be added to the campsite so when it rains, it is not such a mud pit.

The workers were nice. Didn’t visit the bathhouse /common areas. Kids areas looked nice. The sites and road were muddy & need a lot more gravel. It was a mess in and on my camper after the rain. The water spigots are very difficult to turn on even after reading the instructions. Looked like permanent spots near us which needed to be mowed and cleaned up. The area is pretty but won’t stay agai

Very friendly and clean...dog park is really nice and larger than some. Yes it's off of i40 but they will offer ear plugs etc. But it really wasn't much of a problem for us...

A lot of raid noise, but they tell you that up front. The camp was clean, the staff hard working and friendly! The sites need to be leveled better, but we were able to level using our blocks in our class A. They only have one dog park, and it's over where most of the long terms are ans if you are in the pull through up top its a long walk. They have a nice pool and nice trail around the camp. I'm not sure I would agree with it being called a holiday ( lack of amenities) but a good journey for a 2 day stay.

I was a tad nervous about the noise reading the reviews, but we did not have any issues with the traffic noise. This is a great jump off point to Asheville and close to anything you would need. The facilities were really well kept and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
