Very friendly people very helpful things in the area. The minor noise of the highway. But all in all the park was beautiful neighbors were friendly. All in all beautiful state wherever we’ve been so far.

Beautiful campground! Very clean, wonderful trails to walk through the forest. Will absolutely go back and visit again. Great for large rigs as well.

We enjoyed our stay until it was time to leave. The dump station is not in a very good location. In order to access our sewer connections on the driver’s side of our RV at the dump station, we were told to drive the opposite way we pulled in which resulted in a traffic jam once we left the dump station because we were going against the flow of traffic. There were 5 other RVs pulling out.

Team was friendly, polite and helpful. The common areas were very clean and kept up to date. The only area of suggestion would be to refresh gravel or consider doing concrete at the sites. Our site was nothing but dirt/mud and it was challenging during rain and keeping our camper (and dog) clean.

The woman at check in was so friendly and helpful. The camp is very clean and well maintained, as well as being so pretty. I had a great time and would highly recommend!

Our stay was a wonderful experience! The staff is pleasant and helpful. The dog park was big so our pup could run. The restrooms and showers were spotless and very clean. They even had a vegetable garden where guests could take free vegetables!! Loved it �

the campground seemed to be very well managed...clean, with nice facilities and everything worked. As long as visitors know to expect the road noise from I-40 they will really enjoy the stay. No complaints about the facility other than the proximity to the interstate.

Conveniently located. As a result, there is some surrounding road noise that you can hear but not see. I had no trouble with it. Neat, organized park. There is a vegetable garden that guests are invited to pick from. A covered pavilion for sitting, grilling, games, and a fireplace for cooler weather. I would return!

The Site was a little muddy and dirty. I think it needed a new layer of gravel to help it out. The approach road to the campground had a couple of very very large pot holes that could use a patching. Other than that it was ok in comparison to other KOA's we stayed at not one of the best but not the worst.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even delivered ice and firewood to our campsite. My kid enjoyed the ice cream golf cart too! We’ll definitely be back.

Clean bathrooms, friendly & helpful staff. Location is convenient to I40. Our deluxe back-in site was level and convenient to bathhouse. Light over picnic table did not work. The squirrels are thieves, watch out! Lol!

The site that we had was very nice. I really liked the picnic shelter. There was plenty of room. My only complaint is that the bath house is a little small and we had to wait several times for it to be vacant.

The campground had a lot of amenities…playground, dog park, water and electric hookups. However, our tent site was not good. We had a gravel driveway and very little grass on either side. The grass we did have was taken up by the 2 rvs on either side of us. We had a 2 man tent so we didn’t need much room… it we didn’t have any good spot for the tent. Kind of disappointing

Very nice reception and very clean campground and facilities. Only stayed one night but never heard the highway. Only issue was only 2 of the 4 washers were working. Fortunately we were the only ones using them.

The personnel were friendly. The check-in was easy, and they accommodated an unexpected 2-night stay. Laundry and shower were clean. Pool was nice. But there is insufficient space for campers/RV’s. The campsites are WAY too close to each other and not deep enough for larger RV’s. Pull vehicles are stacked in the drive path.

The staff was excellent and very helpful! It was a little close to the highway. Our only complaint would have been the bathhouse Was a little dated Other than that it was a great campground!!

Very friendly and clean...dog park is really nice and larger than some. Yes it's off of i40 but they will offer ear plugs etc. But it really wasn't much of a problem for us...

A lot of raid noise, but they tell you that up front. The camp was clean, the staff hard working and friendly! The sites need to be leveled better, but we were able to level using our blocks in our class A. They only have one dog park, and it's over where most of the long terms are ans if you are in the pull through up top its a long walk. They have a nice pool and nice trail around the camp. I'm not sure I would agree with it being called a holiday ( lack of amenities) but a good journey for a 2 day stay.

I was a tad nervous about the noise reading the reviews, but we did not have any issues with the traffic noise. This is a great jump off point to Asheville and close to anything you would need. The facilities were really well kept and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
