One suggestion… please replace the safety strips in the showers… footing in the first one is particularly slippery!

We needed a place to spend the night due to our generator failure. We were extremely grateful to be able to call the campground an hour before closing and reserve a campsite. Thanks for being there!

This KOA is a class act in taking care of its guests. From the moment we arrived the team set out to make us feel like we were family. The bath house was clean and the showers were fitted with upgrade shower heads. Though situated close to the freeway, you didn’t get the feeling you were close to the freeway. Sites were gravel and not very level. Stayed in a class A. Water connection was not on the correct plumbing side so had to share with neighbor- and the water pipe leaked leaving a wet site. Very noisy next to the highway. All that said, the people running the park are very kind and hospitable.

Very clean location with friendly staff. Sites are close together with steep entrance and exit. Near activities. About 20 minutes from biltmore. Clean dog park.

I always love staying at Asheville West KOA. They keep the bathrooms & showers clean & tidy. I do wish they would make note of us responsible dog owners & give us a break on the pet fee though. Us responsible pet owners always seem to pay for those unresponsible pet owners; which is frustrating.

We enjoyed the campground but the people who work there are very pleasant and helpful. Answered all our questions. We arrived early and were registered all smiles. My wife and I would return here and would highly recommend to all.

Staff was outstanding. Facilities were older but well maintained and very clean. Drives and lots need to be graveled and some maintenance performed related to drainage.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately, we had to put up with the smell of cigarette smoke at our campsite. You shouid have smoking and non-smoking sections.

Friendly greeting with a little treat for us and our little pup. What a nice touch. Easy in and out site. Beautiful grounds, wonderful trails. Wish we could have taken advantage of them more. It was a rainy muddy night. We will definitely stay here again if we are passing thru. Excellent dog enclosure, enough for our girl to run and get the wiggles out from a day of traveling.

Our stay was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. KOA's are the best in terms of staffing, amenities, and appreciation for your guests. Yes the highway noise overnight was a bit much but we eventually got used to it. We do know this is completely out of your hands. Thanks for a great camping experience - we spent 6 nights there visiting family and seeing the sights of Asheville!

The bathrooms are very clean and the showers are very warm. I love KOA. I learned about the cabins and can't wait to rent one.

We were so comfortable in our cabin. The cabin and the grounds are very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The campground is conveniently located with a short drive to Asheville.

We had a great experience at this KOA. The spots are largest enough for the biggest RVs and are well-maintained. The staff was always available and very accommodating. The hiking trail throughout the park is a definite highlight. We will definitely be coming back.

We only stayed one night, it was very convenient to the interstate. For that reason, you can definitely hear the interstate a good bit from your site but it was enough to be super bothersome. The facilities were nice and clean and the water nice and hot for the shower. We walked the trails with our dogs which was nice. The staff was very friendly. They took great care of the sites.

It was very convenient. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not notice the interstate noise, nice and quiet.

Very friendly and clean...dog park is really nice and larger than some. Yes it's off of i40 but they will offer ear plugs etc. But it really wasn't much of a problem for us...
