Lots of family activities during Halloween. We like a little more peace and quiet at campsites. Just our preference. Nice campground!

The great weekend activities for the whole family have definitely hired some new stuff that is super friendly. The only real downside of this point is the fact that the rates keep going up and it's getting to be not affordable for regular people

We stayed here to spend time in Asheville area. This is THE best campground WiFi we have ever experienced. Repeaters throughout the campground. Makes it easier for kids devices or streaming something in a rainy evening. Lakes and stream give campground a outdoor feel. Bathhouse water pressure and hot water were excellent. Nothing negative to say. Area was under a burn ban so no campfires a bummer

Really nice campground. Clean and well maintained. The only thing I would recommend is that when a guest asks for some ideas of things to do in the area, that your staff not respond with”I have no idea”. People come there from out of town and will sometimes need some input on places to eat, things to do and how to get there. That interaction was not what we expected.

This is a beautiful campground. We enjoyed a site along the river. We were able to walk around the lakes with our dog, and the dog park was great for a little playtime off leash. I appreciate the text messages I received from the campground staff welcoming us and keeping us updated about things happening while we were staying. This is definitely place we will return to in the future!

Besides not being able to have a camp fire due to restrictions out of your control my family enjoyed their stay and our kids liked all the activities offered to them!

They were super awesome and helped us switch campsites due to not having sewer and me not knowing honey bucket service had to be prescheduled. We are already planning our return trip.

Friendly staff, reacted fast to our questions before the stay and gave recommendations on the area. Our cabin was great with view on the lake, with heater and even a TV. Bathrooms may need an update and you can hear the street.

Road noise, train noise, and helicopter noise was constant. I walked further into the campground the noise was still bad. Beautiful area but tough to sleep.

We arrived late and the gentleman who was assisting late arrival was wonderful. He got us to the site and suggested since no one was parked behind us was to use it as a drive thru, we did and it made it so simple for my husband to park our camper. The minor problems with the campground the campers were parked on top of each other, for the price it could have been better. We arrived late no res.

This park does a fine job for your stay. It lacks the outstanding appeal as a destination. Some sites are to close together and things don’t look as clean and organized as they could. Coming through the area I would stay again but now I know which sites to pick.

The check in and out process was smooth and easy. Our camping cabin was clean and ready to go. Also, good location for visiting Biltmore, Blue Ridge Pkwy and hiking.

Campsites are pretty tight and only allow one vehicle per site making it hard with guest. Overall was a decent stay.

Location convenient, staff friendly.. Let’s talk bathrooms. Out of 4 men’s washrooms each one had plugged toilets - for 5 days! Washrooms poorly, or not at all.

When I checked in, the young lady cashier was not very friendly. The campground is beautiful and well kept. To many big trucks passing by on the road at all hours. Jake breaks and road conditions were at time annoying. Field people were very nice. Overall, I give it a rating of 7 due to above reasons.

Wonderful stay, park was very clean and would have given 5 stars but 2 of the bathrooms did not have hot water. Will stay again, staff was very pleasant.

I stayed at a FHU back in site. Clean campground. The river running through the campground is a great feature. The kids enjoyed the playground and other kid activities. The sites are tight. Decent location and drive to Asheville.

Enjoyed the walks aronund the ponds with Family and Dogs. Staff very friendly and attentive.
