Very nice HUGE campground. I think they have about 450 sites, but they seem to take care of the facilities very well. The grounds were well kept and the pool was exceptionally nice. Fortunately, we were there for 3 nights. The only problem was the excessive heat and humidity which made it awful to do anything outside. Spent most of time in our RV with the AC going full blast. t

The cabin was nice and clean and the pool was great with the lazy river. The only complaint I have is about the customer service. We were told the price of a golf cart rental was $150 for the day. When I received the receipt, it stated there was a refundable $50 deposit but no one mentioned we would receive a deposit back. When I called about it the younger girl answering the phone was very rude.

The pool with lazy river was great. The zip ride was very crowded, but well worth the wait for the kids. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Cabin was perfect.

Bathrooms could use some updating but not the worst I’ve stayed at. The loud music and partying at the pavilion next to the upgraded tent area was a little rough with having kids. The music was very loud until about 10:30/10:45pm which was hard with kids trying to fall asleep. The store had nice things and most of what you could want. Pool area was nice just a tad chilly water temp.

Accommodations were perfect. Only complaint we had was the women behind the front desk are extremely rude and not welcoming. They seem to be miserable. Maybe they all were having a bad weekend but you should leave that at the door and put on a smile while working in the service industry. Beyond that we had a great stay.

We felt nickled and dime for everything . Staff was very rude!!! Only campground where you have to pay extra to be able to camp next to your family. Out of 3 trips, our request was only honored once. Even after we paided extra. Also wasn't happy that golf carts were running around playing loud music and honking there horns after midnight

Our fee is clearly communicated online and on your confirmation. It is the same procedure as your last stay in which you also left a 1 star, We wish you safe travels on your future camping adventures as it seems our campground cannot meet your camping expectations.

It would be a 5 all the way but only get a 3 because the past 4 times I have visited the Wifi has been the worst I've ever dealt with at any campground. Each time we're told you're improving it.

I've been coming here for about 5 yrs. I've had electrical pedestal issues twice in the last 3 visits. When matainance showed up I was told that there was no issue & was obviously using my surge protector incorrectly which wasn't the case. As a solo female rv-er I am knowledgeable about many things. Please be helpful instead of condescending.

I wish the weekend activities were better shared at check-in so we could have participated in more events. Also advertise that golf carts are available for rent.

They need to get new staff asap...a lot of people are leaving because of the terrible attitudes.

We had a very nice time. It was a bit inconvenient that the water supply was interrupted for about 4 hrs but they were working on the problem the whole time. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. However cable tv is horrible. Freezes constantly-local channels sometimes not available. Very frustrating. For what they charge they should do better.

The campground needs some TLC. There is a lot of potential but the pool did not appear to be cleaned the entire week. The inflatables in the lake need air. There were water and power outages during our stay. Leaving the bathrooms locked for hours. Rental prices are expensive. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work either. Our site was right by the sewer covers so it smelled at times. The lazy river was nice!

I loved my site 339. The only concern I have was camper drive to fast on the grounds.

Very nice campground. Couple of negative observations: sites could definitely be wider-very narrow; golf cart rentals are higher than any other campground that we have ever stayed at.

We have stayed 3 years now. We love it there. They had a water pipe break, the communication was great. Check in was a breeze....just wish more than one key and gate key. When there are 4 adults, we don't always go same place and we had to figure who gets cabin, who gets gate key. Then the other was running with Jerry to let other in. Only drawback

Water pressure out for several hours- members of our camping group used pond water for flushing Some sort of compensation should have been offered. No apparent age limit for operating golf carts (like other campgrounds.) No apparent night limits on bikes or carts. No limits on radio sound level of golf carts. Water was hard and rusty. Overall too expensive.

We had a great time at our annual family reunion there. The only thing that concerned us was the inflatable obstacle course in the lake. My husband swam out there with our grandkids and said it was not anchored down correctly, difficult to climb on and a safety concern.

We stayed on a Deluxe dog site , when we got there we had found some leftover dog poop from a previous camper in the pen. The patio with furniture and BBQ was nice, we didn't have to use our own. With 5 people in the trailer we have to use the public showers, the main hall facilities were nasty and need major upgrades. The water smelled like sulphur coming out of the taps. Otherwise it was good

Pool is very cloudy couldn’t even smell any chlorine in it. Only 4 umbrellas in pool area not near enough if you small kids. Did not mention that they had any activities for kids. When went and asked they pointed to a sheet on the desk that you wouldn’t know was there. Some of the staff in the office was very rude. Bathrooms were gross and very few of them, long line at night.

Great park, weekdays are pretty chill with pool and lake toys, weekends have cornhole, movie, a wet hay ride for the kids, and other stuff that changes based on the theme. neighbors were noisy but the staff addressed it when i made them aware. lots of golf carts, lots of kids. New management this year seems more attentive to concerns and feedback than experienced on previous visits.

This KOA was pretty awesome. The park is huge and it’s to do. My only complaint is that the staff in the store come across very grumpy. They are not very friendly most of the time. If not for this, I would have given 5 stars.

There are way too many golf carts and it's difficult to walk there. It has a lot of campers that look permanent and constantly are on the roads with golf carts. Noisy at night and the people in golf carts play loud music. The internet service was not good there also. Campsites are too close together. Would not recommend.

We've came here several years now and it's always been great! There's lots of activities and the grounds are beautiful. The women's bathroom is always clean but I hear the men's is often dirty. Loud music from the groundskeeper can be annoying by the lake but it wasn't quite hour, we have little kids so go to bed early so that was my only other complaint. Even with those issues wed still recomend

Bathrooms were not great, but got there in the evening so after a long day, we were happy to have a place to rest. Tent camping meant cars driving into and out of facility shined light into tent often but the lazy river and pool were lots of fun (small but my teen and I had fun). BYO pool rings!!! Vegan restaurant in town was excellent

Very friendly people and a store with all kinds of unique items! The park is clean with many things to do for all ages. This is a large park! The lake is awesome!! The cabin was great! The bed mattress was perfect for a great night sleep. We loved our visit and plan to return in a few months to enjoy summer time activities!

Campground is very Clean, Nice & quiet! Love the little pond behind our RV you see the coy & other fish swimming. Only downside is the hard water just change your filters more often.
