The manager had very poor people skills. Yelled at me by the office. Moved my things at camp with out talking to me. I will never recommend this KOA

The lady working in the store is a bit of a Karen. The park is very clean and nice. The season campers are so nice and friendly. The koa provides a lot of activities which is nice. I would give the internet service (that we pay for) zero stars. I could not even get a signal on my phones wife to make a call or get emails. That problem needs to me #1 on the list to fix.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were ok. Sites are large enough but not in the best condition. Had to watch our footing as there were quite a few holes in the ground. The site did not look liked it had been cleaned. Cigarette butts and a dirty glove were left on the site by the post.

Great park and easy to get into sites, friendly staff. Only stayed a night passing through the area but the park was really well kept up.

Even with the rain, we had a great time. The manager and his wife and staff all went above and beyond to accommodate our large group and some last minute site changes. Store rearranged and looks great too!

We were on a 3 wk visit of the Great Lake area. This was the nicest of any of the campgrounds we stayed, we will return, thanx!

This is our 3rd year for the Halloween weekend. We love coming here. Facilities are very clean. The whole campground is clean. The staff and new owners are absolutely amazing. Can't wait till next year.

No escort. Dirt road to site. Site not cleaned. Not worth the price paid.

We were given a site that we had to go way around in the back and had to back in and surrounded by the fenced in dog parks. There were alot of pull thru sites closer for one night.

It was a one night stay so I didn’t get to see much. I arrived at 3:30-4 and the store closed at 5. My primitive tent site was fine. More or less level.

The lots are to close! And our lot was to far away from the bath house! There should be bath house close to each lot! We enjoyed the people we were around!

We were seasonal campers but left this year before the end of the season. There reason is that it has become too busy and no longer enjoyable. It used to be a place where you could relax and unwind, but with all the loud music and golf carts with their bright lights going well after dark/quiet time, the place no longer met our expectations. The facilities are great, just not the people you let in.

We love this campground and have been coming since being Circle B. Unfortunately we found the golf cart pass to be ridiculously priced at $25 per day and force weekenders to pay the season pass of $75. We brought ours and paid the $75 and hardly even rode our cart! I feel that the daily rate for allowing outside carts in should be considerably less to make camping here more affordable!

We go here every year for first weekend in October for Halloween activities we always have a great time . Some job on the haunted barn as always See you next year.

Roads were very narrow, sites were very close together. Nice trick or treat evening for kids and adults.

We are glad you and your kids enjoyed our trick or treating on park. However are sad to hear the roadways impacted your stay to the point of a 1 star review. In the future if you choose to camp with us again call us so we can find the best site in the park to save you from navigating roadways.

Your front desk staff have “NO”customer service skills. My welcome to the KOA was, “What’s your name”. The price you charge for site 101 is ridiculous. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, October is off-season, and your rates should reflect just that. I’ve had better sites at different KOA’s for a far lesser amount.

We appreciate your comment, Site 101 is a Full hookup Site, 50' long, with cable and wifi. October is a busy time for our park thanks to our great Halloween activities for kids and families including our 100 year old Haunted Barn, trick or treating, and live entertainment. Travel safe

Even though I have rated it a 10, please understand,I absolutely love the campground but I will never stay in cabin 307 again. 307 is in horrible condition.It is in need of some serious updating,cleaning and repairs. I understand the rust in the water but it smells terrible.They do not FIT four comfortably. Investing in these cabins would show You really care about your customers. Pd alot, disapp

we love this koa and the only reason I give 4 instead of 5 is we lost water our last night there and the next morning trying to tear down. not their fault but it was an inconvenience. we still love the place and will go back for sure.

Had a great time cabin was clean and sufficient for our stay just wish we could have exchanged towels and got clean ones had to go buy towels I perfer to use a clean towels who wants to wipe with a used towel no thankyou I understand your green thing but the kitchen sink wastes more water waiting for it to get warm. And if I would go wash towels I see no difference in exchanging thanks

Spent one night here on our way to Flagstaff AZ. Was amazed at how many sites they had. The whole campground what very clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and very helpful. This campground is a big hit with lots of planned activities. It's obvious that this is a popular place as there were very few open campsites.

We rented the 4 person cabin and the TV didn't work, the sheets felt like they had dirty in them, many of the outlets didn't work, the water ran black and then got cold. Told staff and nothing was done or no compensation. Price was way too high for all of this. Most likely will neve be back.

We value your comment, During your stay when we brought your concern to our attention you stated you did not want us to enter your cabin during your stay when an investigation was offered. Upon checkout we did not find any signs of black water and found the TV was on HDMI input, not cable. Thank you

Our stay was very pleasant, we were celebrating our 43rd anniversary. The grounds were very clean, restrooms always clean, pleasant staff making sure that our stay was enjoyable we've been here during different times of the season, this particular time was during a Halloween celebration, it was a blast.I would recommend this campground for anyone, plenty to do for the family of all ages.

I was disappointed by what you advertised as a fishing pond. The lot was really small and was sandy in front of our camper which was quite a mess. But most of all we rented a pond lot to fish with our boys and wasn’t able to due to trees and mossy water.

Placed next to a busy Highway with 18 wheelers rolling by all night only a few hundred feet away. The campground was nearly empty so why did they put us there?

Right? its a blast for kids AND grownups. The zip line swing is really popular! We plan on adding additional fun to that area this fall/ winter including a new gagaball pit and cornhole boards!

The only reason I did not give you a perfect score on the entire stay is due to the horrible water quality. That is not acceptable to anyone who camps there. Hopefully a filtration system will be installed sooner than later. I personally won’t be back until it is taken care of. When you pay the extra money for a campsite you expect good quality services. Just saying.

Our water is softened and all well sources are tested at least monthly through an independent laboratory. We appreciate your feedback and are still exploring ways to improve our water systems to better meet your expectations.

Bathrooms were not great, but got there in the evening so after a long day, we were happy to have a place to rest. Tent camping meant cars driving into and out of facility shined light into tent often but the lazy river and pool were lots of fun (small but my teen and I had fun). BYO pool rings!!! Vegan restaurant in town was excellent

Very friendly people and a store with all kinds of unique items! The park is clean with many things to do for all ages. This is a large park! The lake is awesome!! The cabin was great! The bed mattress was perfect for a great night sleep. We loved our visit and plan to return in a few months to enjoy summer time activities!

Campground is very Clean, Nice & quiet! Love the little pond behind our RV you see the coy & other fish swimming. Only downside is the hard water just change your filters more often.
