Overnight stay enroute AL destination. This is year 4 of staying going/coming to visit grandkids. Park is clean, easy to navigate ( does get a little wet in rain) and if you golf, a free round with reservation. Americus offers dining opportunities, fuel, and a Walmart.

This campground was a pleasant surprise. We stayed 3 nights. It is way off I-75, beautiful park, very, very peaceful surrounds. It would be a great place for a long term stay. Lot's to see & do in the area, Andersonville Prison & Cemetary National Park, Jimmy Carter National Site in Plaines, GA. I hope we have an opportunity to visit again.

The people working at this campground (Paul, Mike, Debra) were as wonderful as the campground itself. The site was large and clean. The campground itself was beautiful. And an incredible gift to have access to the golf course.

Campground is nice, quiet, & lots are fairly large. Downside was we couldn’t get any tv off our antenna & no wireless. They had wireless but it only came up twice during our 3 night stay & then it said “cannot connect to the wireless”. We did have a large motorhome next to us, maybe that was blocking the signal. It would be helpful if they put gravel in the holes in the drives. Friendly staf

After a busy week at a KOA on Florida coast , this was the little down time needed. Beautiful campground, well maintained , and no road noise. Looking forward to spend some time there exploring that part of Georgia.

What a wonderful resort in the country! The clubhouse was perfect for our rally. The only downside was that the restrooms were in a separate building from the clubhouse. We were aware of this when we booked. The sites were flat and all sites were pull through. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain and the grass got a little swampy in places. The staff were wonderful! Thank you!

Debra Sykes and her staff were great. I would rate this campground a 5 if we had not had such a problem with mud since most of the roads are not paved,and we had torrential rains.

We were well cared for despite all the rain. Due to the weather I could not use, nor comment on all of the amenities. The Sunday pancake breakfast was a very nice touch. Much appreciated.

We were there for an RV rally(PSA). The employees were awesome. They cooked pancakes and sausage for our group! I loved walking the trail by the golf couse. Also, several in our group enjoyed playing golf.

Came in right at 5. Were met by hostess and helped to site. Gentleman in office was friendly. Bathroom was clean and well cared for. Very quiet.

Americus KOA has a beautiful location (even though it rained!)... and a very timely welcoming committee (of one!). The only reason I would hesitate on a recommendation is that it is not close to a major highway. It took a bit of driving to get to your site.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff and other campers were very friendly. We golfed every day. Our site was nice, level and grassy. We would defiantly stay again and would nit hesitate to recommend this park

We camped here the month of February. Really enjoyed daily golfing, acquiring new friends and super friendly staff. The course is a little rough in the winter but becomes a lot friendlier as it greens up. Plenty of water & sand challenges and never had an issue getting on the course. With Americus within a 10 minute drive it was convenient for groceries and supplies.
